Rudy Giuliani Wants Hillary To Run,

Hey folks,

Good Thursday morning. Only one more day to go. 75 days to go to mid term elections. Things starting to form for 08. Presidential hopefuls are often asked "Who would you like to run against?" They usually tow the party line, and are "Politically Correct" in their answers. They say things like, "Well, I would like to run against this one, or that one. It would be good for the country to get to decide between policies and I’m confident, that the American people will do what is right." Blah, blah, blah.

So what about Rudy Giuliani? According to this News Max article he wants Hillary Clinton to run. Why?

"Hillary probably has the distinction of being the best fund-raiser for the Democratic Party – and the best fund-raiser for the Republican Party," the former New York City mayor declared. "It’s true she creates a lot of passion on both sides.

"Democrats seem to support her as their main candidate for president . . . and it seems like Republicans are just waiting for her to be the candidate so they can vote against her."

LOL, he’s 100 percent right. Americans in general cannot seem to get over the whole Clinton era. They still remember Bill and all the idiocies he accomplished in office. They NOW know what happens when you are weak on military and national security. Then you have Hillary herself.

" I’m against Ethanol. I for Ethanol. I’m for abortion in any form. I’m against abortion. I am for and voted for the War. I’m against the war. Bush should be impeached." Yes she knows where she stands on tough issues. It depends on where she is at the time.

Now back a while, Rudy said he was running. He said there is no doubt about it. But now, at least according to NewsMax.com,

"Giuliani has said he won’t decide whether to run for president until after the 2006 elections. But he has been boosting his own profile within the GOP by stumping for candidates and doling out money to Republican candidates.

As NewsMax reported earlier, Giuliani gave $126,900 to GOP candidates from Florida to Washington last month.

His political action committee, Solutions America, has collected $2 million this year."

I hope the ones that reported him saying he was running "No questions about it" were just incorrect. I hope by him waiting and watching what happens in the mid terms, isn’t a sign that he wavers in tough decisions. But we would really have to get to know him better on a national scale. He was great for NY. He COULD be great for the country.

One thing we do know though, on this issue, he is one hundred percent right.
Peter
