Republicans NOT Starting to Listen.

To THE People.

Hey folks,

I know, I know. I'm just as disgusted as you are. I'm down right Pissed Off if you what to know the REAL Truth. After DAYS of the Republicans showing signs that they are FINALLY starting to listen to THE PEOPLE, they pull THIS? As I sit here today, I'm disheartened, depressed, and EXTREMELY disappointed.

Just yesterday I praised some of the GOP Leaders and I said this.

"So is the GOP finally LISTENING? Some of the signs seem to be saying Yes. Keep it up. Stand tough. America itself is on the line here. WE, The People, got your back."

I praised Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for saying this.

"In my view the president has presented us with three choices," said Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., referring to efforts to raise the $14.3 trillion debt ceiling. "Smoke and mirrors, tax hikes, or default."

"Republicans choose none of the above," McConnell said. "I had hoped to do good; but I refuse to do harm."

And of course THIS. THIS is a hundred percent true.

"After years of discussions and months of negotiations, I have little question that as long as this president is in the Oval Office, a real solution is probably unattainable."

House Speaker John Boehner said he wants Obama to put a PLAN together, since he has nothing, in writing, so that the House and the American People can actually SEE what Obama wants to do, and so that Obama can't change his mind tomorrow. In other words LIE. The Republicans were all over the place talking about how we will NOT raise the Debt Ceiling, nor will we raise Taxes. This is the President's Problem. It IS. HE and his Crew, are what got us where we are today. If we do NOT raise the Debt Ceiling, it will be Obama who decides who gets paid and who doesn't. We have the money to pay the Debt. We will NOT go into default unless Obama CHOOSES to. There is no pending Doom.

They have energized the Base. They have Fired Up the Conservatives. The American People were FINALLY starting to see the possibility of REAL Hope and Change that they could REALLY believe in. So what do they do? {Sigh} They create a back door way for Obama to get whatever he wants.

Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky offered a backup plan that would, in effect, guarantee Obama requests for new government borrowing authority unless Congress musters veto-proof majorities to deny him. McConnell said he was forced to introduce the plan because he didn't see a path to an agreement so long as Democrats insist on revenue increases.

McConnell said Wednesday that his proposal was a "last resort if the president continues to shirk his duties to do something about our dire fiscal situation."

"Make the president show in black and white the specific cuts he claims to support. If he refuses he'll have to raise the debt ceiling on his own," McConnell said on the Senate floor. "But he's not going to get Republicans to go along with that."

Senator? Mitchy, Mitchy, Mitchy. By YOU offering "a backup plan that would, in effect, guarantee Obama requests for new government borrowing authority unless Congress musters veto-proof majorities to deny him." YOU ARE going along with it. You IDIOT! The "Backup Plan" IS going to be the agreement that WILL allow Obama to borrow whatever he wants WITHOUT him giving up ANYTHING. You can not wash your hands of this one Mitch. By offering this Proposal, you are giving Obama PERMISSION to do whatever he wants. We have him in Check Mate. He will have to CAVE and WE win. But you just removed your piece and said to Obama, "Here, get out of the corner."

Well, OK. He is a long time Senator. The Senate is still in control by the Democrats. But hey, at least we still have the House to stand in the way of this completely ABSURD plan. Right?

"I think everybody agrees there needs to be a backup plan if we can't come to an agreement," Boehner said in a Fox News Channel interview Tuesday afternoon. "And frankly, I think Mitch has done good work."

NO WE DO NOT! We do not need a Backup Plan. STOP spending IS the Backup Plan. It is the Forward Plan. It is the ONLY Plan. We do not need back doors, top floor windows, fire escapes, smoke filled rooms, or anything else. What we NEED is REAL Conservatives STOPPING Obama and Crew from destroying this Country. What we NEED is People like YOU, to hang tough and DO the Right thing. We do NOT want you to work WITH the Liberal Loons to destroy this Country. We do NOT want you to wash your hands and think you are guilt free. What we WANT is YOU to stop this HERE. And stop this NOW. Not in 2012. Not after we go another 2.7 TRILLION in debt. NOW!

As far as I'm concerned, Mitch? Your toast. Unless you completely withdraw this nonsense, I will call for the Tea Party, or ANY True Conservative group, to find someone to run against you. Maybe you have been there a bit to long. We do NOT want Politics as usual. Because this is NO LONGER Politics as usual. This is a Battle for AMERICA itself. You want to be with the Liberals, then JOIN THEM. We do not want you.

Speaker? John? Buddy? I love ya. But if you back this plan, you are a one term Speaker. You will loose the House. Pelosi, if the Lib Loons are as Stupid as I think they are, will be the NEW Speaker. We the People are NOT playing. If you allow Obama to walk away from this with everything he wants, YOU are a bigger disappointment to me than Charlie Crist was here in Florida. JUST DON'T DO IT!

Look, EVERYONE knows that we will NOT default unless OBAMA chooses to default. He will HAVE to cut Spending. Where he does, WILL tell the American People what he is all about. It IS his problem. We need people like you to STOP him. Not give him a back door to do whatever he wants. LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE. The majority in this Country do NOT want the Debt Ceiling raised. We do not want MORE out of control spending. We WANT YOU to STOP Obama.

Instead of having Hearings on a News Paper Scandal in the UK, how about Hearings on the Constitutionality of, well, just about ANYTHING Obama has done in the past Two and a half years? How about repealing or defunding Obamacare? How about DEFUNDING A LOT of Obama's pet projects that CAN and WILL save America A LOT of money? Stop playing games, and lets get to work on FIXING the Problems. The PROBLEMS are Obama and Crew. Do the RIGHT thing, we will have your back. Allow these type of games to be played, you are on your own until we get a Voice again at the Ballot Box. And it IS just that simple.
