Obamacare All About Abortion and "Chirica"?

It all seems to be coming together to point in one direction.

We all know that Obamacare is all about Control. Power, Control, and of course, all that Money. It is the biggest Government intrusion and takeover in our Country's History. Many, including I, believe that this is completely unconstitutional. The Supreme Court is set to look at it this Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

As of late, we have learn many things that are in the Law. First, Contraceptives WILL be paid by all Insurance Companies, including Religious Organizations that are against promoting Sexual Behaviour.

Then we learned that, not only will Contraceptives be "free" for all Women, regardless of age, now a $1.00 will go to pay for Abortions. One Dollar for EVERY Premium payment paid will go directly to pay for Abortions. Again, no exceptions. So YOU, regardless of what you believe, WILL be paying for Contraceptives and outright Abortions.

By wait. Not only that, not only Contraceptives and OUTRIGHT Abortions, YOU will pay for young Women to be STERIALIZED. Yup. Sterilization will now be "FREE" for any Female that seeks it.

What does this mean? This means, those on the Left, who seek a "Chirica" policy will now be able to fill these young, impressionable, immature girls, heads with garbage like this. "You know, kids are bad. They hold you back. They cost the States and Federal Government Money. Study after study PROVES that Families with more than one kid are less intelligent, poorer, and less productive. {Not kidding} Kids are just a burden on Society in General. Hey, you want a Career? You want to have all the Sex you want without worry of this Sickness called Pregnancy? You don't want to be Punished with a Baby? Now you can get Sterilized. It's FREE." {Sigh}

Like clockwork, the ignorant Sheeple out there will fall in line and call this a "GOOD THING." Besides, if Sterilized, it will also cut down the cost on Contraceptives and Abortions. So it's a "GOOD THING." Now be a good little Citizen and go get Sterilized.

Think I'm way off base? It all seems to be coming together to point in one direction. We already know that the whole Abortion thing in Obamacare is nothing more than an attempt to secure the Legalization of Abortion. If all these thing in association with Abortion is in the Law, than it will be even that much harder to overturn Roe vs Wade. They are attempting to integrate it as much as possible into Law and normalcy in people's everyday lives. They hope that in time, people will simply accept it.

We already know that Pelosi, Clinton, and a few others, have come right out and said China's one Child Policy makes sense for us here. Now Females everywhere can be Sterilized for "Free." We can't have poor people having kids. Costs too much.

No folks, Obamacare, if even for no other reason than pure Cost, NEEDS to be overturned, defunded, found unconstitutional, or whatever. It needs to be wiped out. Period. Once fully implemented, they can come out and "DICTATE" anything they want. Contraceptives, Abortion, Sterilization, denial of Care, what you eat, don't, how you live, ANYHTING. They can just Dictate and it becomes Law, no process, no discussion, no Vote. Nothing. They can just come out and say "Due to the Cost of Healthcare, Fast Food is now deemed Illegal. All McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, ETC, will be closed down." That's it. It will happen. That is simply too much power for ANY one person to have. You have to remember something. Even if Obama and Crew get thrown out, as they should, in November, if Obamacare is NOT wiped out, and it goes into full effect, someone else will have the Power. Picture someone like George W. Bush coming in. You want someone like HIM having this power? Think about it.

All of this is nonsenses and a distraction. Obama and Crew NEED Votes in the worst way. The LAST thing they want you or anyone else talking about is THE ECONOMY. So they COMPLETELY MAKE UP this war on women and Contraceptives. They ask Romney about it out of the blue, and dig up an old Video of Santorum giving an answer that they have constructed into something that was NEVER said. Then they get this ignorant Pawn named Fluke, to make an asinine statement. Rush jump in and well, you know the rest.

NO ONE ever called for the Banning of Contraceptives. No one on the Right is talking about Abortion, Contraceptives, or anything else. The LEFT is. The Obama Administration is orchestrating this whole thing. Just do not discuss the Economy.

Texas does not allow YOUR money to be used for Abortion. The people of Texas LIKE this. Obama and crew don't. So they announce, "No more money for you. Unless of course you change your ways and Pay for Abortion." They said, and continue to say "Screw Off." So who is hurt? 130,000 low-income Women.

Now of course, they want to blame Texas. But the truth is, it's the Federal Government playing Politics with these Women's health. Texas has had this Policy for quite some time, but NOW it's an Issue? They, Obama and Crew, put on a show to tell the LWL base BEFORE they even talk to anyone in Texas. It's all Show and Bunk. It's all Politics. It has NOTHING to do with Women's health. ZERO!

According to Fox News - Obama administration to end funding for Texas health program over state's abortion law Published March 09, 2012

HOUSTON – The federal government will stop funding a Texas health program that serves 130,000 low-income women because of a state law that bars abortion-affiliated clinics from getting public money, a top U.S. health official said Friday.

{Sigh}They are just attempting to further the appearance that there is this "War on Women." That's all this is. Reality is though, the only ones effected by this Show is the 130,000 low-income Women. The program goes away, they get nothing. They will be back in the Emergency Rooms for Healthcare.

Gov. Rick Perry calls it like it is here.

Perry blasted Sebelius' announcement, insisting Medicaid rules give states the right to determine which clinics are qualified to provide women's health care.

"The fact that the Obama administration would announce its decision to deny care for more than 100,000 low-income women during a press event before giving official notice to the state is a clear demonstration of the political motivation behind this decision," he said in a written statement, adding that Texas officials are still waiting for official word on the decision.

There really is no other way to look at this. This is EXACTLY what Obama is doing. Playing Politics with the Health and Well being of those he CLAIMS to be all about helping.

As is the case with other programs now in the national spotlight, the Women's Health Program provides cancer screenings, family planning and other women's health services. About 44 percent of women in the Texas program go to Planned Parenthood clinics, although none that accept funding from the program may perform abortions, and no federal funds are used to terminate pregnancies.

The problem in Texas is being caused by lawmakers' desire to prevent state funds from going to Planned Parenthood. The state is implementing a law that bars public funds from going to any programs, organizations or groups that are affiliated with abortions, even if they don't perform them.

After touring a hospital in Houston, Sebelius said the state law violates federal Medicaid regulations that require women be allowed to choose where they go for health care. Federal funds flowed to Texas under a waiver, but "we plan to let Texas know that that waiver will not be extended," Sebelius said.

Because it's an election year and we are in trouble.

The money will be phased out so women have time to find alternative care, she said.

The state was warned that implementing the law would jeopardize federal funding, and Texas chose not to immediately enforce it when it was passed, Sebelius added.

"They knew ... they are not allowed to deny women the right to choose," Sebelius said. "Women would be losing their doctor, their medical home, their choice."

THERE IS NO RIGHT TO COMMIT MURDER!!!! There is no "Right" to take the life of another based on convenience or choice. There is none. Abortion may still be legal in this Country, but it is not a "Right" that others must pay for. If you want to have an Abortion, or SEX itself, then PAY for it. PERIOD! No one is saying that you can't. We are just saying it's NOT my responsibility to pay for YOUR decisions. Then you have this that bothers the Hell out of me. Listen to this and tell me this is NOT something you would hear from Pelosi or the Liberals calling for a China like, one Child Policy.

Stephanie Goodman, spokeswoman for the Texas Department of Health and Human Services, said money to pay for the program would be diverted from others that are under budget — though she didn't offer specifics. If that doesn't cover the costs, she said, the state would increase its deficit to pay for the services because officials believe that if low-income women don't have access to birth control, the birth rate would rise and cost the state another $57 million in maternity bills.

{Sigh} Abortion and Contraceptives SAVE the State Money? Children are a burden? Did she not just say this? I'd like to know more about this Chick. But even if we accept the premise, which I do not, that this is Fact, it is STILL not MY or YOUR responsibility to pay for it. More on this in the DLA Segment.

Last year, Texas lawmakers slashed state funding for women's health and family planning programs by $73.6 million — cutting services to 160,000 women. They also took $10 million from a separate family planning budget line and shifted those responsibilities to organizations that administer Medicaid in Texas.

Now, with the expected cut in federal funds, "there's a huge gap in family planning" in Texas, Sebelius said.

State Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee, D-Houston, said she and members of Congress are negotiating with Sebelius and federal officials to find a way to ensure that the funds don't stop flowing.

And while Sebelius said her department has been trying to work with the state to provide a solution, she didn't indicate that would happen before March 14, when the state plans to begin enforcing the law.

"We have been working with Texas. We're eager to work with Texas to find a solution," Sebelius said. "But if Texas chooses to go down a road that violates the law, we really have no choice."

Just because this Administration deemed a Law, doesn't make it right. If THEY cut the funding, it is THEM that will be denying these Women access. Not Texas. Obama. I hope Texas stands strong on this. Continue to tell the Truth about this Gov. Rick Perry. Don't give in to this nonsensical Political pressure. Continue to stand for what the PEOPLE in Texas want. And they don't want this.

I decide I want to have sex ten times a day, but I want YOU to buy my Condoms. What would you say? You Sexist PIG! You Immoral Reprobate. You Ignorant, Selfish, Greedy, FOOL! You BETTER buy them for me. It's a RIGHT! Just because I do not want to pay for the Condoms, doesn't mean I should not have Sex. So YOU better buy them for me. {Sigh}

You see how arrogant is absurd that it. But this is EXACTLY want the Liberals want you to do. Well, for Women anyway. You guys out there. Screw you. Well, then again, I guess that's the point. 47 Percent Want Obamacare Repealed

A new Poll out there, I know, I know, Polls, but a new Poll out there says that 47 Percent want Obamacare repealed. They understand that it costs WAY too much, kills the best Healthcare system in the World, and is simple NOT sustainable. We do not want the Government deciding who gets what treatment, from what Doctor, when. We all understand that this will mean that some Government Bureaucrat, sitting in some office somewhere in DC, will be tasked with who lives and who dies.

The problem with Obamacare is a simple one to understand. It is not viable. It is NOT sustainable. So Rationing WILL be a MANDATORY necessity. We already know how they will do this. Obama and his Health Adviser already told us. Age will play a major factor, along with the cost of the Treatment. In the Words of Dr. Emanuel

"However, other things are rarely equal—whether to save one 20-year-old, who might live another 60 years, if saved, or three 70-year-olds, who could only live for another 10 years each—is unclear."

Remember him? That's right. He is Rahm Emanuel's Brother and one who helped in the creation of Obamacare. He said this also.

"We had a big controversy in the United States when there was a limited number of dialysis machines. In Seattle, they appointed what they called a 'God committee' to choose who should get it,"

AKA Death Panels. He is also the guy that wants to do away with the Hippocratic Oath. Costs to much to "Do not harm." Hell Obama told someone that their Grandma should just take a Pill and Die. Remember that? So we KNOW what is coming with Obamacare.

According to Reuters - More Americans than not want health law repeal: poll

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - As the Supreme Court prepares to review President Barack Obama's healthcare reform, more Americans want to see it repealed than want to keep it, a poll released on Wednesday shows.

A Gallup survey of more than 1,000 U.S. adults found that 47 percent favor the repeal of healthcare reform, versus 42 percent who want the law kept in place. Eleven percent had no opinion.

I wonder if the fact that nearly HALF this country is Unemployed right now had a factor? This may or may no surprise you. I agree with the 50 percent.

But the survey also showed that 50 percent of Americans believe the federal government has a responsibility to make sure everyone has health coverage, compared with 46 percent who do not.

Now I think we can all agree that for those US CITIZENS, big stipulation there, for those US CITIZENS who TRULY have no Healthcare, the Government SHOULD come up with something to help THOSE folks. That number is actually not that big. Cut out all those that are here Illegally, and those that do not have Healthcare due to their CHOICE, and what you have is somewhere around the size of Rush Limbaugh's Listening Audience. Somewhere around 20 Million people. That's IT.

No one in this country wants to see people die in the streets. People in this country, Legal or not, are NOT dieing in the streets. They just simply are not. EVERYONE in this country can go to the Hospital when needed, regardless of their ability to pay.

What we do need, is some kind of program to take care of those that do not have Health Insurance, that can not afford it. But we do NOT want a complete takeover of the ENTIRE Healthcare Industry, with the Government deciding who lives and who dies.

According to this piece:

The findings said 56 percent of adults continue to prefer private insurance versus 39 percent who would favor a government-run system. That compares with a 61 percent to 34 percent margin a year ago.

So although this is not being reported, AT ALL, or even talked about any more, STILL, 56 percent would rather leave this to the Free Market. It is in the hands of the Supreme Court now. Should be interesting to see how this turns out. Do away with this Nonsensical Government Overreach, and take a HUGE step in helping to reduce the Debt. Allow it to stand, and take a HUGE step in the direction we are already heading. The Death of America.

In today's Health and Science Segment, I want to talk about the AMA. Now I, and many like me, have been telling you that the American Medical Association does NOT represent the Majority of Doctors in this Country. They never really have. But since Obama and Crew took over, more and more Doctors are not only leaving any weak association with the AMA, they are coming right out and DENOUNCING them.

Back when Obamacare was being debated, if you can call it that, the AMA came out and said they, Obama and Crew, have the AMA's full support. Remember that one Photo Opt? Uh, I mean Press Conference, or Healthcare Speech? Yeah that one. The one where the White House was handing out White Doctors Coats to all that were there. To attempt to show that Obamacare was supported by this huge Majority of Doctors? It wasn't true then, and it is NOT true now.

According to Forbes - Doctors And AMA Split Over Contentious Issue Of ObamaCare

For more than 160 years, the American Medical Association has served as the self-appointed chief lobbying group for doctors. But the AMA’s lofty status has been under threat over the last several years — and is under attack today. In fact, the AMA now only counts about 17% of doctors as members.

17 Percent? You know what that means? 83 percent folks. 83 percent of Doctors denounce the AMA. Not kidding.

According to a new survey, the majority of doctors do not believe that the AMA represents their views and interests. Much of that dissatisfaction stems from the organization’s support for President Obama’s contentious health care reform package.

That shouldn’t be surprising. The AMA declares that its core mission is to “help doctors help patients.” But ObamaCare undermines that pursuit by making life harder for physicians and driving down the quality of care available to patients.

Not to mention the fact that NOW The Government Wants Your Health Records. All of Them This directly violate the Doctor Patient Privilege, and is yet another step to put the Government between you and your Doctor.

The survey — conducted by physician recruitment firm Jackson & Coker — is a brutal indictment of both the AMA and ObamaCare. Just 13% of doctors agree with their trade association’s support of the health reform law.

Some doctors are even dissociating themselves from the AMA. Of those who have terminated their membership, 47% cited the organization’s continued backing of the health care law as the primary reason. Increasingly doctors are turning to associations like Docs4PatientCare and the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons that actually do represent their interests.

The Jackson & Coker survey joins a large stack of research with similar findings. In February, the National Physicians Survey discovered that more than three times as many doctors believed that the quality of American health care would “deteriorate” rather than “improve” under ObamaCare. Nine of ten physicians think ObamaCare will have a negative impact on their profession.

Get that? "Nine of ten physicians think ObamaCare will have a negative impact on their profession."

There’s no doubt that it will.

Why? For starters, the law doesn’t address one of doctors’ most serious concerns — reimbursement rates for patients covered by Medicare and Medicaid. In fact, it stretches these programs’ shaky finances even further.

It also CUTS Medicaid and Medicare by $500 Million.

On average, physicians treating Medicare beneficiaries receive 81% of the rate private insurers pay. For Medicaid patients, reimbursements are even lower — just 56% of the private rate. In 2009, underpayments to hospitals amounted to $36.5 billion.

Cheerleaders for Medicare and Medicaid claim that the government is just driving a hard bargain. But these underpayments end up hurting both healthcare providers and patients.

Doctors pocket about $20 for each Medicaid patient they see. By contrast, an hour with a privately insured patient means payment of up to $260.

To compensate for lower government rates, doctors must increase their patient load. Every patient consequently spends less time with the doctor.

In some cases, doctors are responding to low reimbursements by refusing to see patients with public insurance. The American Academy of Family Physicians found that 13% of doctors did not partake in Medicare in 2009.

The numbers are even worse for Medicaid. The Houston Chronicle reported that doctors in Texas are leaving the program because of declining reimbursements at an “alarming” rate, with more than 300 drop-outs between 2008 and 2010. In Dallas, just 38.6% of physicians participated in 2009.

Given the paltry amount they’re reimbursed for seeing a Medicaid patient — and the cost of overhead — a doctor may actually lose money on each additional public patient he or she sees.

As the number of doctors who will treat them dwindles, beneficiaries of public insurance often must resort to costly alternatives like emergency rooms (ER) — even if they only need routine care.

More than 30% of Medicaid enrollees visited an ER in 2007, compared to the less than 20% of Americans with private insurance.

These visits exert a huge burden on the U.S. health care system. A 2009 study in the Annals of Internal Medicine found that treatment for three common illnesses cost an average of $166 at a general practitioner’s office. The very same treatment could run upwards of $570 in an ER.

Up to 27% of visits to ERs across the country are for non-emergency medical treatment. These unnecessary visits end up costing the country approximately $4.4 billion each year.

ObamaCare will only make these matters worse. By 2019, Medicaid will cover at least an additional 18 million Americans. All these new beneficiaries may have nominal insurance coverage. But they’ll struggle to secure a doctor’s appointment and will thus turn to already over-worked ER staffs.

The AMA claims that its top priority is helping doctors. Yet the organization has backed a law that would force some physicians to work longer hours for less pay and others to operate in perpetually overcrowded emergency rooms.

If doctors — those on the front lines of American health care — don’t support this massive overhaul of our medical system, then who can?

So the next time you hear anything about how the AMA recommends this or that, or claims this or that, just understand, even if it is TRUE, that is only 4 Percentage Points above that number of Doctors who will not even treat anyone with Government Run Healthcare. That means that ONLY 17 percent of Doctors MAY agree with what the AMA is claiming. That is right now. Tomorrow? Who knows. But any Organization that claims to represent only 17 percent of the total people in the Field, should be disbanded. For SURE not be taken seriously.

This time, America is learning about the federal government’s plan to collect and aggregate confidential patient records for every one of us.

So forget the Doctor Patient Privilege, now Obama and Crew and others in Government will know all your Health information. Including your Personal information like how you are paying for it, ETC. When are we going to see Obama's? Hm? When will he release HIS Health Records? While he is at it, why not release his school records as well, maybe then, he will actually have something to point to to show his Brilliance. Yeah I know.

Get ready folks, 2012 is coming. We need to get rid of Obamacare all together. We need to reverse all the damage that this Administration has been doing. We need to get rid of Obama himself. We need to send reinforcements. Only by sheer numbers can we fix the mess we are in. Four more years of Obama and Crew? THAT we can not afford. America itself is at stake here. The Good news? As the Health Adviser to President Barack Obama, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel also said the United States should erect a decision making body similar to the United Kingdom's rationing body, the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE)—to slow the adoption of new Medications and set limits on how much will be paid to lengthen a Life. AKA Death Panels. He said that the Old should be left to die because they will cost too much money and Healthcare should be spent on the Young.

Remember what Obama told a woman asking about her Mother? He told her that she should take a Pill and let her die, before giving her expensive Healthcare. She is just too old to live any longer. Not a priority.

Mayor Rahm Emanuel is giving city workers an important health choice: enroll in a new wellness plan, expected to be unveiled Friday, or pay a higher premium.

The price if they don't enroll: $50 a month.

The program includes an initial screening that focuses on preventative care for asthma, heart disease and diabetes. City employees would then receive wellness training to achieve long-term health goals, including weight loss.

On the surface, I know, some of you think this is a good Idea. Hey, he is helping people to be healthier. But this is just the beginning. The problem is, the Government has NO RIGHT whatsoever, to tell you how to Live your Life. NONE. They have NO RIGHT to tell you what to eat, how to and when to exercise. Force you to submit to Testing. They have NO RIGHT whatsoever to do this. Now if they came up with a Program that educates people on the best things to eat, help people to quit Smoking, and give them access to Healthier Living, GREAT! But to MANDATE it, or else? They do NOT have the RIGHT to do that.

"We will help you be a good steward for your health," Emanuel said Friday, "but if you choose not to, you'll pay that price and that is the price you'll have to pay."

The mayor believes the program will help cut the annual $500 million bill for health care for city employees.

"We are going to implement a citywide wellness plan for city employees," Emanuel confirmed at a recent press conference, "because health care costs for the city are being driven by 10 percent a year, and we're not seeing revenue grow that way."

Now this is just ONE City, in ONE State. Imagine the cost for a National Healthcare Program? Imagine how much they will want to CUT that? Imagine HOW they will attempt to do it. One Trillion? Again, $500 million for ONE City in ONE State? Imagine the Cost for the Nation? It will be FAR greater than one Trillion. So they will HAVE to ration. Because they will not be able to pay for it. You old people, get out of the way. Fat people? Smokers? Diabetics? People with existing conditions? Screw you. Go die. We can't afford you. We need YOUNG, Healthy, hard working GOOD CITIZENS. Not you.

Congratulations Mayor. For actually believing that you have the RIGHT to do this? You ARE the Idiot of the Week. It's coming folks. First Chicago, then America. Obamacare MUST be repealed and done away with, and Obama MUST be thrown out of Office. We DO need Hope and Change, and THAT does not include Liberals that want total and absolute Control over your Life from the Cradle to the Grave. We need FREEDOM back in this Country. We need Government OUT of our Personal Lives. We need Government OUT of the WAY of American Greatness and Progress. We do NOT need Government deciding how you live your lives, or, who lives and who dies.

I know some of you will not like this. But the FACTS are the FACTS. It WAS Fannie and Freddie that started this whole mess. It WAS the Democrats that stood in the way of more Government Regulations. It was people like Barney Frank who said "I see nothing wrong with Fannie and Freddie. There's no problem here." {Barney Frank impersonation} Oh great, I just spit all over the Computer. "There is nothing wrong here. No. No need for these investigations." {Barney Frank impersonation} It was people like Maxine Waters that called the Investigators Racist. "I think we need to Investigate the Investigator. There is no problem here. The Problem is this Investigator." {Maxine Waters Impersonation}

Just the FACTS folks. It IS FACT that it IS the Liberal Leadership that began spending out of control. Started Regulating, well, Companies that they do not like. GM Pays NOTHING in Taxes. This is because they are in bed with the Liberals, and Obama himself. It is FACT that Jamming through Obamacare created the uncertainty that helped bring us to were we are now. Record high unemployment. As Obama is about to add 18 thousand PLUS to these numbers thanks to him closing down the Space Shuttle Program. It is FACT that those Shovel Ready Jobs never happened. Where is all the money? Double dip Housing Recession. Despite all the programs to save it. No Jobs, Foreclosures, uncertainty of Obamacare and NEW EPA Regulations, the Green Movement BS, ETC.

So yeah, Bush spent like 700, or 800 Billion on the Bank Bailout. But all this did was open the door for Obama to pend MORE than all Presidents up to NOW. Obama and the Liberal's QUEST to create a Liberal Socialist Dictatorship that created the mess we are in. Then they come out and say they want to double down. Spend MORE.

They lie all the time. Obama even Lies to his own Base. "I will close Gitmo." Still open. "I will end the war." He doubled down, and CREATED two more. "I will save the Economy and create Jobs." He has made it worse. He cost us Tens of THOUSANDS of Jobs. The De-Facto Moratorium caused Tens of Thousands of Jobs, and RAISED Energy Costs. He CAUSED Thousands of MORE Jobs lost in GM and Chrysler, forcing Dealers to close down all across the Country. He caused THOUSANDS of Jobs by causing small Businesses to close down all over the Country due to uncertainty over Obamacare, Taxation fears, and Green Regulation Fears. He WILL be causing Tens of THOUSANDS MORE jobs when the Shuttle lands for the last time. I just saw a Restaurant that fears they will close down because they rely on tourists and Employees at Cape Canaveral.

These are the FACTS. Like them or not. These are the FACTS. Forget what Obama and Crew tell you. These are the FACTS.So now this brings me to our Idiot of the Week. She actually said this. She fumbled through it, but she actually said it.

Most reoccurring theme is Tell us HOW. She is an Idiot. She is from a different Planet. She is a Twit. Well, she is a Twit. But no one is believing this. It WILL do, like most things that Obama and Crew say, the exact opposite.

But that is not the reason I will post it. No YOU need to know the TRUTH about what is going on with this.

Remember back when Obama Nominated Elena Kagan? This was my first impression of her.

Sigh} What do I think of Elena Kagan? She is an Idiot. She has no experience. She is a Liberal loon. The Media is attempting to pass her off as one of the most intelligent people in the room when the evidence points to otherwise. She IS Obama.

Seriously folks, she is a joke. she should be laughed all the way out of Washington. the MMD {Mass Media Drones} should have a FIELD DAY with her. Not attempt to paint a false portrait of who she is NOT. But we all know true journalism is dead, and they simply repeat whatever they are told to. True or not.

Even someone that KNOWS her well, claims he has no idea where she stands on issues. He has no idea WHAT experience she has for this job. He is seriously at a loss. His name is Clinton News Network's own Jeffrey Toobin. You know, CNN? The Network who's Co-Founder even thinks has become nothing more than a joke. But this guy KNOWS her.

I went on to post his comments about her. In part, he said this.

Judgment, values, and politics are what matters on the Court. And here I am somewhat at a loss. Clearly, she’s a Democrat. She was a highly regarded member of the White House staff during the Clinton years, but her own views were and are something of a mystery. She has written relatively little, and nothing of great consequence.

Then he wrapped it up with this.

But on the Court, Kagan will have to do something she’s not done before. Show her hand. Develop a clear ideology. Make tough votes. I have little doubt she’s up to the job, but am less clear on how she’ll do it.

Then I said this.

So being her friend, and a paid member of the Obama State Run MMD, he is furthering the notion that she is highly intelligent. But even he, a "long time friend" of hers has no idea what she did to qualify her for this Nomination. But then again, Obama is the least qualified person to ever win the Presidency. He has no experience whatsoever. Look where we are now.

As a little time passed, we DID learn that she was there the whole time. She started out with the Clintons. How much? What was her involvement in the whole Lawsuit that lead up to the Impeachment? What was her involvement in White Water? Well, they never did tell us.

What we DID know, and still do, is that she is nothing more than an Obama Lackey. Just another one of MANY Obama Lackeys. From all those Czars, to Cabinet Appointees, and even Supreme Court Nominees, Obama put in place Lackeys that will do nothing to slow, but rather FURTHER his agendas. We wanted to update you on our ongoing efforts to uncover the truth about Justice Elena Kagan’s involvement in ObamaCare before being appointed to the Supreme Court. As you know, 27 states have filed lawsuits challenging the law’s constitutionality and it is expected that those suits will ultimately be decided in the Supreme Court.

Today our fight for transparency won a major victory. Citing information uncovered over the past year by CNSNews.com (a division of the Media Research Center), 49 Members of Congress have sent Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith a letter requesting that his committee open an investigation into discrepancies between sworn statement by Ms. Kagan and emails that she sent while Solicitor General in the Obama Administration.

As a result of our research and this letter from 49 Congressman, Chairman Smith has sent Attorney General Holder a letter to inform him that he has until July 29th to arrange interviews with Solicitor General Kagan’s former staff members and provide the rest of the documents that were withheld by the Justice Department in their response to CNSNews.com’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Implicit in this letter was that a subpoena would be forthcoming if these documents and individuals were not made available.

For the last year, CNSNews.com has been fighting to get a full accounting of Justice Kagan’s involvement in preparing to defend ObamaCare from the onslaught of lawsuits that the administration was aware of even before the law passed. CNSNews.com took the lead by filing a FOIA request and then fighting in federal court to compel the Justice Department to honor it.

In her capacity as Solicitor General, Kagan was the administration's top litigator and typically would have been the point person to defend this law. There was a seven-week period (March 23 - May 10, 2011) after ObamaCare was passed but before Ms. Kagan was nominated for her position on the Supreme Court.

Were Solicitor General Kagan to have been involved in any planning for the defense of ObamaCare or even to have so much as expressed an opinion on the law’s Constitutionality - she would be required by law to recuse herself from an Supreme Court challenge of ObamaCare. There exists broad consensus among legal scholars that the fate of ObamaCare will ultimately be decided by the Supreme Court.

Time to wrap things up with the Idiot of the Week. Back on September 16, 2010, Rep. Anthony Weiner D-NY, was all about Obamacare. He even claimed HE wrote it.

Here's a clip of Rep. Anthony Weiner at a town hall meeting, asked about the health care bill, declaring, "I wrote the bill. ... The bill and I are one."

Weiner made the comments on Monday night at the Middle Village Property Tax Association, taking rather strong ownership of the congressional reform bill that few are embracing when a voter asked about it. Weiner had been a strong advocate for a single-payer option, which was never part of the final drafts.

Well, we all know what happened. It passed. It became the Law of the land, until a Judge struck it down ruling the whole thing Unconstitutional. That is not stopping Obama and Crew from continuing to implement it. But now, the Bill, I mean Weiner, wants to be the next Mayor of New York, wants NOTHING to do with the Bill he CLAIMED to have written.

According to the Politico - Anthony Weiner: Waiver might work for New York

Rep. Anthony Weiner said Wednesday he was looking into how a health law waiver might work for New York City.

Weiner, who is likely to run for mayor of New York, said that because of the city’s special health care infrastructure, his office was looking into alternatives that might make more sense. Weiner is one of the health care law’s biggest supporters; during the debate leading up to reform, he was one of the last holdouts in Congress for the public option.

“The president said, ‘If you have better ideas that can accomplish the same thing, go for it,’” said Weiner. “I’m in the process now of trying to see if we can take [President Barack Obama] up on it in the city of New York, … and I’m taking a look at all of the money we spend in Medicaid and Medicare and maybe New York City can come up with a better plan.”

New York is one of two states that pass on Medicaid expenses to cities and localities, so “the city winds up having an enormous Medicaid expense,” Weiner said.

Well, then you should be all FOR it. Right? Obamacare will SAVE us money. Right? YOU wrote the Bill. YOU are all for it. Before you were against it?

The congressman was trying to debunk Republican “myths” about the health care law during a speech at the Center for American Progress. He used the waivers as way to describe how flexible the law actually is and how “this notion that the government is shoving the bill down people’s throats” is not true.

“The administration needs to make this argument more forcefully,” he said. “A lot of people who got waivers were … people who are our friends.”

The New York Democrat said that he does not have the power to get the city to apply for a waiver but that he is “personally looking at whether he can make the numbers work.”

“We in New York already have hospitals, we already employ doctors and we employ nurses. We have a lot of uninsured people. … [Setting up] the exchanges is the one piece of the puzzle that would be difficult for us to do,” he said. “I’m just looking internally to whether the city can save money and have more control over its own destiny.

"Save money and have more control over its own destiny?" THAT is what EVERYONE wants. Not just friends of Obama and Crew. EVERYONE. We all want the Government to step aside and allow ALL Americans the RIGHT to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. We HAD the greatest Healthcare System in the World. Obamacare threatens to, and WILL, if left un-repealed, destroy that. Our Idiot knows it. That is why he wants a Waiver. Yeah, he might want to claim credit for writing it. He might have preached about the Virtue of it. He may want YOU to be forced to obey it. As long as, uh, he doesn't have to as well. But then again, he IS a Liberal.

With Obamacare MANY Will Lose Coverage

THURSDAY, Feb. 3 (HealthDay News) -- Under the new Affordable Care Act, the health reform package signed into law by President Barack Obama last March, millions of Americans whose income fluctuates during the year may lose health insurance for periods of time as their eligibility for different programs changes.

The authors of a new study appearing in the February issue of Health Affairs estimated that as many as 28 million U.S. adults might "churn" in and out of health insurance programs during the course of a year, sometimes losing coverage more than once.

"It's a critical issue," said Cathy Schoen, senior vice president of The Commonwealth Fund, who was not involved with the study. "You could get a raise or lose a week of work or gain a week, and move in and out of coverage."

Now I know, I know, people out there are saying, "But Pete, this happens NOW. All the Time. At least this way, they will not drop over to nothing." Well, this article brings that up as well. But there is one thing that they leave out. Here continue reading.

The problem is a version of the "churning" in and out of Medicaid that has occurred for years, but with some improvements.

Under the traditional Medicaid system, people shifted between having coverage or not having coverage depending on how much they were making.

Under the Affordable Care Act, Americans can move between two programs: Medicaid, which will now be offered to all those whose income does not exceed 133 percent of the poverty line (about $13,800 per year), and premium subsidies in state-run insurance exchanges, which will be available to people above that dividing line up to 400 percent of the federal poverty level (about $41,500).

But when their eligibility fluctuates, they're likely to lose coverage at least for a period of time.

"The good news with the Affordable Care Act is that, rather than falling off of public coverage into nothing, which is what happens now, there's the potential to have you picked up right away by the exchanges," Schoen said. "But unless you coordinate the plans that are being offered and the networks being offered, you could still have a lack of continuity."

So it's your own fault if you lose coverage. YOU are to stupid to deal with the Obamacare Plan and loopholes. That's not totally true.

"The [insurance exchanges] and Medicaid worlds don't exactly align so there may be one-to-two month gaps without coverage," added study co-author Dr. Benjamin D. Sommers, an assistant professor of health policy and economics at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston. "The administrative costs are also huge. And even if there aren't gaps in coverage, Medicaid and the exchange plans could be very different in terms of networks. One month you're seeing a particular doctor, and the next month that person's not in your network."

So even if YOU do your part, and set it up where you can go from one plan to another, you may not have the same coverage, and or Doctors, and or ANY coverage.

Say you make XYZ, and have Medicaid Plan xyz. Now you lose money this month that SHIFTS you to Medicaid uvw. But that doesn't kick in until you file these papers, and now wait. But wait, you get an increase in income, now you no longer qualify for Plan wuv, you are back up to XYZ. But wait, you have to fill out this Paperwork, and wait.

Now say you are being treated for something by Doctor A. Then your Plans Change and Doctor A is no longer covered. Now you have to see Doctor F. But he doesn't cover what you need. So he refers you to Doctor R. You pick up all these costs. But if you are in the Void, then none of that matters anyway. You are not covered. So just deal with it. Take a Pill or something. Right?

How many of you have Medical Plans that do this? No one I know. But YOU WILL have one that does this, because Obama wants to MANDATE you get one. It's called Obamacare. This is another example of what awaits ALL, in the name of a few. To make it fair for all, all must suffer equally. Right? Continue on..

By taking a look at U.S. Census data from the last five years, Sommers and a colleague estimated that in the first six months, 35 percent of families with incomes below 200 percent of the poverty level ($20,760) will change eligibility while half (28 million) would have crossed the threshold at least once during the first year.

An estimated one-quarter of beneficiaries will likely have their coverage disrupted by crossing the income dividing line at least twice in one year, and 39 percent will over the span of two years, the authors added.

Within four years, up to 38 percent will have their coverage disrupted four times or more, they predicted.

And the authors expressed the concern that some people will just get sick of the aggravation and paperwork, and opt to live without health insurance.

Which is the reason for the Obama Mandate. Which has been ruled unconstitutional. So IS a violation of Law. So far, this hasn't stopped them.

Because income changes are more common among younger, better educated adults, the insurance pool could be deprived of the healthy members it needs to stay financially solid.

There are several ways to remedy the problem, the authors stated, one being to set up a guaranteed minimal enrollment period, say, for 12 months, so people would only be reassessed once a year.

It would also help if there was overlap between the Medicaid and exchanges' programs so people moving from one to the other wouldn't have to change doctors or drug formularies, the authors added.

"It would be easier to fine-tune if it was a continuous program," Schoen said, and it would reduce costs.

AKA Single Payer, AKA, Universal Healthcare. Obamacare. One plan for all, THEY dictate to you who gets what covered, for how long, and who dies. The Government will save money, by NOT treating those they can get away with. Meanwhile, EVERYONE else suffers. Make no mistake about it folks. Boldness and Right.

Hey folks,

Time to award the Display of Logic Award. This is another one of those, is there any doubts? Yes, this winner of the Display of Logic Award displayed not only the ability of understanding of Truth and Rightness, but the courage to stand up for it. The ability to do the Right thing.

He came to work, doing what he has done for years. A case was brought before him that questions that validity of the Rule of Law, the Constitution, and the limitation of the Federal Government.

He looked at all the evidence before him, and he Ruled the only way he could. The Government over reached it's authority, and that they backed themselves into a corner by not allowing a severability clause, in which case something could be removed if deemed unconstitutional, then the whole thing must be thrown out.

His name, is Federal Judge Roger Vinson. The Case is Obamacare. More Specifically the Mandate for every American to buy Health Insurance. The problem is, the Federal Government cannot mandate, or command, anyone to by ANYTHING. They simply do not have that Authority.

Now the fact that this Administration is simply trying to ignore this, doesn't change the fact that this one Judge, KILLED Obamacare. Regardless of what happens in the future, this Judge EARNED the Display of Logic Award.

Congratulations Judge Roger Vinson. THANK YOU for doing your job, and for doing it well. Thank you for being bold enough to Rule in favor of the Constitution, even if it does go against the Administration. Keep up the good work.

This is too good. So just Monday, Federal Judge Roger Vinson in Florida ruled Obamacare unconstitutional. Two thirds of the American People, 26 States, and MANY in Congress agree with this Judge. What is the White House response? The Judge is out of touch. He is "well out of the mainstream of judicial opinion"The Judge? Try anyone that SUPPORTS Obamacare. THEY are the ones that are well out of the mainstream of judicial opinion, or ANY opinion.

Look, what you heard all day, and what you are most likely to hear in the Days to come, is that it's tied. Two to Two. Two Judges ruled for Obamacare, Two ruled against. That this means nothing. The is simply not true. This Judge, and THIS Ruling KILLS Obamacare. Period.

So what is their response? Attack the Judge.

"The analysis is on the whole is, to put it charitably, unconventional," said one official. Another said repeatedly that it is an "outlier" that contradicts other rulings.

And this.

In a blog post on the White House website, Assistant to the President and Deputy Senior Adviser Stephanie Cutter wrote that the case is "is a plain case of judicial overreaching."

"We don't believe this kind of judicial activism will be upheld and we are confident that the Affordable Care Act will ultimately be declared constitutional by the courts," she added.

The TRUTH is, this Reagan appointed Judge, looked at the Law, looked at the Constitution, and ruled that due to the lack of a severability clause, the whole thing is unconstitutional. Because you cannot separate, the MANDATE that all buy insurance being unconstitutional, you must rule the whole thing unconstitutional. And this BS you may have heard or read about it being OK for Obamacare to proceed while the appeals are pending? Total BS. The Judge NEVER said that. He KILLED Obamacare. He even quoted Obama while doing it.

“I note that in 2008, then-Senator Obama supported a health care reform proposal that did not include an individual mandate because he was at that time strongly opposed to the idea, stating that, ‘If a mandate was the solution, we can try that to solve homelessness by mandating everybody to buy a house,’” Judge Vinson wrote in a footnote toward the end of his 78-page ruling Monday.

Now the White House is trying to COMMAND other States to flat out IGNORE this Ruling.

The White House officials said that the ruling would not have an impact on implementation of the law, which is being phased in gradually. (The individual mandate, for example, does not begin until 2014.) They said that states cannot use the ruling as a basis to delay implementation in part because the ruling does not rest on "anything like a conventional Constitutional analysis." Twenty-six states were involved in the lawsuit.

So forget what this Ruling says? Wrong. We need to, and so do they, like it or not, listen to this Ruling. Obamacare IS unconstitutional. He KILLED it. For now. A higher Court may over ride this, but for now, it's dead.

OH By the way. Remember what I said yesterday?

Told you so. This is a Blogger, and you can find many others out there saying the same type of things. They attack what they fear. Palin and Rush, Talk Radio, and Fox News. They ONLY attack that of which they fear. {Laughing} Do not worry, the MMD {Mainstream Media Drones} will not be that far behind. {Smile}

All those fighting to repeal this, keep it up. Do not rely on or count on the Courts. Kill this thing dead. Make it pointless to continue in the Courts. If you can, then it's looking pretty good in the Courts as well. It IS unconstitutional. It needs to be killed. 26 States, Two Thirds of the American People, the MAJORITY of the House, and MANY in the Senate, KNOW this is wrong, and want it gone. Make it so.

Happy Tuesday to you. Do not fret, the From the energy Front is coming right up. But first, I love this. Most of you know, that there are more than HALF of all the States, actively suing the Federal Government, over Obamacare.

Well, the one in Florida has just been decided. The Judge, Federal Judge Roger Vinson, agreed with, and even QUOTED Obama, then struck down Obamacare. Not kidding folks. According to The Washington Times - Judge uses Obama’s words against him

In ruling against President Obama‘s health care law, federal Judge Roger Vinson used Mr. Obama‘s own position from the 2008 campaign against him, when the then-Illinois senator argued there were other ways to achieve reform short of requiring every American to purchase insurance.

“I note that in 2008, then-Senator Obama supported a health care reform proposal that did not include an individual mandate because he was at that time strongly opposed to the idea, stating that, ‘If a mandate was the solution, we can try that to solve homelessness by mandating everybody to buy a house,’” Judge Vinson wrote in a footnote toward the end of his 78-page ruling Monday.

Judge Vinson, a federal judge in the northern district of Florida, struck down the entire health care law as unconstitutional on Monday, though he is allowing the Obama administration to continue to implement and enforce it while the government appeals his ruling.

How many of you knew that Obama said this? How many remember all the contradictory things Obama has said? That's what the New Media is here for. To remind you. Just wait, the Left will be blaming Talk radio on the Judges decision. Just wait.

The footnote was attached to the most critical part of Judge Vinson‘s ruling, in which he said the “principal dispute” in the case was not whether Congress has the power to tackle health care, but rather whether it has the power to compel individual citizens to purchase insurance.

Judge Vinson cited Mr. Obama‘s campaign words from an interview with CNN to show that there are other options that could pass constitutional muster including then-candidate Obama‘s plan.

During the presidential campaign, one key difference between Mr. Obama and his chief opponent, then-Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, was that Mrs. Clinton‘s plan required all Americans to purchase insurance and Mr. Obama‘s did not.

Congress eventually included the individual mandate in the bill it passed, and Mr. Obama signed that into law in March. Since then, he and his administration have defended its constitutionality, arguing the mandate is the linchpin that brings in more customers to insurance companies, which in turn allows those companies to expand the availability and lower the cost of coverage.

Much of Judge Vinson‘s ruling was a discussion of how the Founding Fathers, including James Madison and Thomas Jefferson, saw the limits on congressional power. Judge Vinson hypothesized that, under the Obama administration‘s legal theory, the government could mandate that all citizens eat broccoli.

White House officials said that sort of “surpassingly curious reading” called into question Judge Vinson‘s entire ruling.

“There’s something thoroughly odd and unconventional about the analysis,” said a White House official who briefed reporters late Monday afternoon, speaking on the condition of anonymity.

Like what? He listens to Rush Limbaugh? {Laughing} Just wait folks. Just Wait.

As you can see, it really is not good in Lib Land. EVERY Liberal Agenda is being challenged from Obamacare, EPA Authority, Amnesty, the attacks on the First and Second Amendments. EVERY Agenda. Well? First, welcome to the OPNTalk Blog SR. I've answered questions like this MANY times. Just look at what time I posted yesterday's "Daily Post" and if you listened to Rush, the EARLIEST you are going to get his show is 9am West Coast. I'm NOT mindlessly reposting ANYTHING.

Now what you will hear all day is the MMD and the LWL saying this was all pointless. This will never even come up for a Vote in the Senate. {Because Harry Reid and Obama are both scared it WILL pass. There are a lot of Democrats that are up for re-election in 2012. They want to keep their jobs. If that means going against Harry Reid and Obama, so be it.} They will say that Obama will never sign a Bill doing away with his greatest accomplishment. They will tell you how this was all a big fat waste of time, and we have more important things to worry about. They will tell you that this means, and did, nothing.

Yesterday at the start of his show, Rush Limbaugh said this.

Dingy Harry said there's not gonna be a vote. He knows he might lose it. There's a bunch of Democrats in the Senate up for reelection in 2012, and he doesn't want to have to force those guys on the record. He is afraid of all the Democrats in the Senate who would vote to repeal this thing. This is by no means anything other than an expression of and a sticking to of principle. No political theater intended here. Isn't it interesting how the momentum can shift in just one political day? Prior to the vote yesterday, people on our side, "It's over, we lost the momentum, ah, this stuff in Tucson," now everybody's back up, and revved up, ready to go.

We, and others, are all saying the same thing, contrary to the MMD, because it is TRUE. There are 27 seats up for re-election in the Senate in 2012. If it means sacrificing Obamacare to get re-elected and to protect the Democrat Majority in the Senate, SO BE IT. They really care for nothing more than to be re-elected and holding on to power.

Look, like I also said yesterday,

They are WRONG. What this DOES do, is energize the American People. What this DOES do, is let the People know, "We heard ya. We are here to work FOR ya. We will not back down." What it did do is set a stage that the LWL now have to decide how to proceed. They have Three options.

The three options are business as usual, Pretend to Change, or ACTUALLY Change. They are EXTREMELY distraught over losing the House. They DO NOT want to lose the Senate, and or, the White House in 2012. They want the House BACK. So if it means sacrificing Obamacare, even at the possible cost of losing the White House, so be it. They can still get a lot done with a Republican President, as long as THEY control the House and the Senate. They do not want this tidal wave that sweep them out of the House to come back around in 2012. They KNOW that the Majority of the American People want this Repealed. They NOW know that the House Republicans are no joke, and they are SERIOUS about listening to the People.

If they are thinking Politically, and lets face it, when are they NOT, they would Repeal Obamacare. Kill it dead. Then they would work WITH the Republicans to come up with an Alternative that is good for ALL. Oh sure, they will tick off the LWL. They will upset the Left Wing Fringe Loons. But they will gain respect and maybe even a little like, by those in the Middle. The Moderates, Sane Democrats, and Republicans that will sacrifice their Party, if their Party puts up a RINO, for this to all get done. It really is a NO LOSE Scenario for the Senate to Repeal this.

No SR, sorry. This is HUGE. This is the first step towards a brighter tomorrow, and the American People are ready for it. Sorry. {Smile}
