Government Will Not Stop Crossing The Line

Hey folks,

I keep telling you not to get caught up in the whole Class Warfare thing. I keep telling you that YOU are next. Once the Government starts down a road, they become a freight train off the tracks, mowing down anything in their path. They will just continue until they are stopped. Then when you stand at the front of that train and look back, you see a whole host of unspeakable damage that now has to be cleaned up.

I keep telling you that the new Liberal Movement is nothing more than a quest for Tyranny. It is NOT the Liberalism of old. I warned you about this for two years prior to Obama getting elected. I pointed out the Hard Left's own words, and actions. I backed what I was saying with historic facts. I showed you how it could indeed happen here. In the greatest country on the face of the planet.

However, I also know that some of you bought into the hype machine that was driving Obama. You did get caught up in Class Warfare. Some of you STILL believe that it is a good thing that Obama fired a CEO of a private company. That they are working on capping private salaries of these "Evil Rich Fat Cats" and telling private companies how to run their businesses. "It's all about 'Fairness.'" Right?

Folks, they will not stop at CEOs. I keep telling you they do not care about you. That was the reason for me posting the whole Gay Marriage thing. You Liberals out there keep voting for these same people because they SAY they care about you. Yet, after they get in, they tell you "Well, we care, but, uh, we're too busy to do what we said right now, so, uh, sorry." Yet you keep voting for them. They keep screwing you. They keep pushing the envelope and you keep making excuses.

Now Obama and Crew have completely crossed the line. They are so far over the line that there is no line anymore. Bush cracked the door, Obama and Crew kicked the door down and are attempting to make a home in YOUR HOUSE.

But now, in a little-noticed move, the House Financial Services Committee, led by chairman Barney Frank, has approved a measure that would, in some key ways, go beyond the most draconian features of the original AIG bill. The new legislation, the "Pay for Performance Act of 2009," would impose government controls on the pay of all employees -- not just top executives -- of companies that have received a capital investment from the U.S. government. It would, like the tax measure, be retroactive, changing the terms of compensation agreements already in place. And it would give Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner extraordinary power to determine the pay of thousands of employees of American companies.

The measure is not limited just to those firms that received the largest sums of money, or just to the top 25 or 50 executives of those companies. It applies to all employees of all companies involved, for as long as the government is invested. And it would not only apply going forward, but also retroactively to existing contracts and pay arrangements of institutions that have already received funds.

In addition, the bill gives Geithner the authority to decide what pay is "unreasonable" or "excessive." And it directs the Treasury Department to come up with a method to evaluate "the performance of the individual executive or employee to whom the payment relates."

So now the Federal Government is attempting to control how much EACH employee is worth in salary. Just like the fact they did not stop with the CEOs, they will not stop with just THESE industries. This will continue. Even though this is completely and one hundred percent unconstitutional.

So what's next? Get ready folks. Here comes more self given power. Here comes more control. Here comes more interference in your PRIVATE LIVES. Here comes more GWBS. According to the New York Times, The Waxman is about to announce a new Cap and Trade Bill which requires that emissions be reduced 20 percent from 2005 levels by 2020. That's even more than Obama's plan of 14 percent. But as I keep telling you also, this is impossible. Why? Because the natural resources and technology to meet it do not yet exist. There is NO Alternative Energy Source as of yet. However, they want us to switch to it. To WHAT? As of right this second, this is nothing more than a 648 page Bill that does nothing more than increase the Federal Government's power and control, even more, over Private Industries and YOUR private lives.

Folks, it's time for you to wake up. It's time for you to understand what is going on. It's time for a drastic CHANGE. The Obama and Crew Freight Train is off the tracks and heading right for your house. Are you REALLY that willing to lay down in front of it?
