Politics Set Aside, The Right Thing To Do

Too bad some on the Left is not doing the same.

Hey folks,

Welcome to the Big Sunday Edition of the OPNTalk Blog. Normally I would wish everyone a Happy Sunday. It's not a Happy Sunday. Normally, I would introduce myself, and let you know where you can find me elsewhere. You know who this is, you know where to find me. I'll simply post the links. Facebook, Twitter, Tom Sullivan Radio Listener's Club, Email - opntalk@gmail.com.

I've been following this horrifying Shooting Spree in Arizona pretty much since it happening yesterday morning. It has really effected me and my heart is going out to all involved. More on that in a second. Coming right up today?

Yes, the show must go on as they say. Since some on the Left will NOT be putting politics aside, some blaming Sarah Palin, some blaming the Tea Party, some blaming Obacare, some the REPEAL attempt of Obamacare. Some on the Left, according to a good Friend of mine in the know, say that they are debating who will take her place if she passes.

Those on the Right? According to Reuters - Healthcare vote postponed due to shooting: Cantor
(Reuters) - The House of Representatives will postpone next week's vote to repeal President Barack Obama's healthcare reform legislation due to the shooting of Democratic Representative Gabrielle Giffords, House Republican Leader Eric Cantor said on Saturday.

"All legislation currently scheduled to be considered by the House of Representatives next week is being postponed so that we can take whatever actions may be necessary in light of today's tragedy," Cantor said in a prepared statement.

Giffords had received threats for her support of the healthcare reform bill and her office in Tucson was vandalized after the measure passed Congress last March.

Repeal of the law is a priority of Republicans who won control of the House in November elections, and it is expected to pass the House easily when the vote takes place.

The effort is not expected to advance in the Democratic-controlled Senate, however.

Cantor said he would release a revised House schedule on Sunday.

"It is horrifying that she was exposed to such violence at an event designed to reach the people she represents," Cantor said.
So it's not just repeal of Obamacare, but ALL Legislation currently scheduled to be considered by the House of Representatives next week is being postponed. Those on the Right want to know the FACTS. We want to know who he was working with. We want to know what his motives was. The Left? Playing Politics as usual. OK. As they say, the Show must go on.There is other news out there. But I assure you this. I will update WHENEVER new information becomes available.

This IS a terrible tragedy. And questions need answering. But one thing is for sure, Life goes on, and we will get back to business at hand as soon as we can. We STILL need to take this Country back from the Liberal Democrats that have declared it unjust and in need of complete destruction, in the hope to remake it into something it should never be. This guy seems to be a loose screw, and possibly a Patsy. But he does NOT represent true American Patriots that will do anything within the LAW, at the Voting Booth, through Phone calls and Emails, and the encouragement of newly Elected Officials to do the Right thing.

I'll be right back.
Peter
