Congressional Rules Barring Free Speech

What a bunch of BS

Hey folks,

Forget about all this Racism stuff. It just shows how desperate they are. They are no longer beating the dead horse, the corpse is not even there anymore. They are kicking a bottle of glue. They are launching all this Racism nonsense because they KNOW they are losing and this is all they have left. It is completely bogus and not even worth all that much time defending against. They are actually BREEDING Racism. Not helping the situation. Most definitely NOT helping their cause. You know you are not a Racist. They are just doing what they always do, attempting to scare or sham you into accepting their insane agenda. It's not working.

But to BAN criticism of the President? You know, this is amazing. Not surprising. But Amazing non-the-less. This is so Unconstitutional that I find it hard to believe. Well, OK. No. I really do not find it hard to believe, dealing with this President and Crew. But it is just mind boggling.

Go to China and criticize the Leader. Iran? Cuba? North Korea? See what happens to you. In this country, we have the First Amendment. The First Amendment, for those who may not know, is this.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Yes. You can not yell fire in a crowded theater. Yes. You cannot make Death Threats. unless you are a far left Kook wishing President Bush dead. Then it's covered. But tell the truth about Obama? He lies? This is forbidden now. I'm not joking.

According to the Politico - House guidelines for presidential put-downs'Under

Section 370 of the House Rules and Manual, it has been held that a member could not:

• call the president a 'liar.'
• call the president a 'hypocrite.'
• describe the president's veto of a bill as 'cowardly.'
• charge that the president has been 'intellectually dishonest.'
• refer to the president as 'giving aid and comfort to the enemy.'
• refer to alleged 'sexual misconduct on the president's part.'''

You can call our country hated and evil. You can call Congress people "nitwits." But do NOT DARE to call the President a liar. You can not even say he is "intellectually dishonest." Of course you would have to have intelligence first, but you get the point.

Yes, call the greatest country on the planet, oppressive, evil, or whatever you want. These are guidelines for those put in the charge of the CARE for this country. However, do not DARE question the President. Do not DARE to tell the TRUTH.

Until Joe Wilson shouted "You Lie," the only Joe Wilson I knew was that of the CIA mess. We finally have a Republican, let me rephrase that, we actually and finally have a POLITICIAN that is brave enough to stand up for what they truly believe and speak the TRUTH, and the Left what to make sure that this never happens again.

I'll tell you what. If I were a Congressman, the very next time the President started telling lies, you know, like today most likely, I would stand and yell even louder, "YOU LIE!" When the Press has it's feeding frenzy, I would PROVE the President a liar. Then I would remind my Colleagues in the Congress that we have a little thing called the Constitution. I understand that they think that they are GREATER than it, but they are not. Sorry, it is NOT a violation of the First Amendment to tell the truth. Even "Fire" in a crowded theater, if the theater is on fire.
