I Voted For the guy.

Hey folks,

Talk about Voter Remorse? Gov Jeb Bush gone. James Oscar "Jim" Davis III was no real option. Then came Charlie Crist. Charlie talked the talk. He said all the things that Conservative Floridians wanted to hear, with the exception of the Abortion issue. He was the EASY choice.

Then when he got elected with 52.4% of the Vote, he failed to walk the walk. He embraced much of the Lib Loon agenda. Embraced Obama. Even sold out some of the issues that he talked so well about. He was seen for who he is. A RINO. A McCain. He was no conservative after all.

Then along came Marco Rubio. Now here is a guy that seems to be a TRUE Conservative. He throws his hat in the Ring for the US Senate Seat, and the contrast between him and Crist could not be more clear. In this Political Climate, people are searching for TRUE Conservatives. Crist is not. So when the Polls started to show Rubio kicking his can all over the place, Crist bailed. He even called Rahm Emanuel, Obama's White House Enforc,,,uh,,I mean, Chief of Staff, to try to get Obama to back him. Maybe Crist was Liberal Plant the whole time? Who know, but Emanuel didn't take the call. They are backing Kendrick Meek.

Now Crist says he is, and it's perfectly legal, keeping his Republican Party affiliation, but he is running as an Independent. He hopes to pull off a Lieberman. I know, I know, the conventional wisdom states that and Independent always takes Votes away from the Republican and thus guarantees a Democrat Victory. However, this year is NOTHING even close to Politics as usual. What is the Obama Media saying? Our friends over at Newsy.com have the following.



I actually think this is going to be even more of a boost to Rubio. I really do. The Republicans are not happy with Crist AT ALL. As a matter of fact, they just sold his Portrait on eBay. {Laughing} Get this.

Florida GOP officials took down an oil portrait of Gov. Charlie Crist just hours after the governor they helped elect dumped the Republican Party to announce he would run for the U.S. Senate as an independent, senior staff members told Fox News.

State party officials, who have removed any likeness of Crist, are auctioning the portrait they purchased for its headquarters in Tallahassee on eBay. Party officials say they paid $7,500 for the Crist portrait and another painting.

Officials also removed his signatures from all party materials.

He is toast folks. That's the reason for the desperate call to Rahm Emanuel. He KNOWS he is toast. Why not just accept the loss? The Golden boy, once thought to be the next Republican Nominee in 2012 to go head to head with Obama, is now trying to be Obama's best bud. So what happened? YOU. You happened folks.

The move punctuates the shocking end of Crist's relationship with Republicans who once touted the Florida moderate as a possible 2012 presidential candidate. Crist was heavily favored to win the Senate primary last year. But his campaign quickly became a lost cause as the tea party movement embraced another candidate, Marco Rubio, and held up the governor's literal embrace of Obama last year as evidence that Crist was too liberal.

Congratulations Charlie, you ARE the Idiot of the Week. If you just walked what you talked, and were a TRUE Republican, you would have been the next President of the United States. But you put your own self preservation over all those that propelled you to power. So sad, so sorry, SEE YA!
