Pelosi and Democrats Walk Out On America AGAIN.

There you have it again. The Idiot Pelosi and the rest of the LWL turn the lights off, mics off, and walk out on America. While gas prices are still forcing some to chose what to give up just to be able to go to work, Pelosi and her TIC {Too Ignorant Crew} ATTEMPTED to shut down the House and go on Vacation. They just said SCREW YOU, AGAIN! The Politico reported this.

Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) and other GOP leaders opposed the motion to adjourn the House, arguing that Pelosi's refusal to schedule a vote allowing offshore drilling is hurting the American economy. They have refused to leave the floor after the adjournment motion passed at 11:23 a.m. and are busy bashing Pelosi and her fellow Democrats for leaving town for the August recess.

At one point, the lights went off in the House and the microphones were turned off in the chamber, meaning Republicans were talking in the dark. But as Rep. John Shadegg (R-Ariz..) was speaking, the lights went back on, and the microphones have been turned on as well.

But C-SPAN has stopped broadcasting the House floor, meaning no one is witnessing this except the assembled Republicans, their aides, and one Democrat, Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio), who has now left.

This is historic. Why would C-SPAN Not cover it. Well, I'll let YOU think about that. Then the Democrats called the Republicans that wanted to delay their Vacation to WORK FOR YOU, "Morons." Yup.

Democratic aides were furious at the GOP stunt, and reporters were kicked out of the Speaker's Lobby, the space next to the House floor where they normally interview lawmakers.

"You're not covering this, are you?" complained one senior Democratic aide. Another called the Republicans "morons" for staying on the floor.

The Democrats turned out the lights a second time. They are turning the lights out on YOU folks. This is the way they see you. Morons. They are not effected by the high gas prices. They are not effected by the high food prices. They have more money than most of you will have in your entire life. What do they care. They mostly charge YOU for THEIR gas anyway. Now that they went on Vacation without lifting their ban, WATCH the prices go back UP. They do not care about you, and you SHOULD NOT care about them. Talk about time for change.

Roy Blunt issued this statement.

"For the last two months, Republicans have used every single tool available to us to allow this House to vote on expanding access to America's abundant, diverse and currently locked-away energy resources. During that same time, Democratic leaders have used every single tool available to them to deny this House that opportunity. They've even gone as far as preventing rank-and-file Democrats from working with Republicans to bring forth commonsense, bi-partisan energy solutions for the American people.

Today, their goal was to adjourn the House as quickly as they could -- even as Republicans stood by on the House floor prepared to debate the merits of producing new domestic energy for the American people. Instead, Democrats gaveled the day closed, switched off the cameras, turned off the lights, cut the mics, and ran for the exits. But Republicans remain on the floor right now: ready, willing and able to lead on the most important issue facing the American people.

But while Democrats showed today that you can run from a debate on energy, they won't be able to hide from it much longer. It's my hope that they'll come back in September chastened by their constituents, and ready to work with Republicans on tackling the energy crisis facing this nation."

Then he gave a list of bills that not one single Democrat signed off on.

They are stalling until the election. They seem to some how think that if they take over the White House, you will just accept whatever they tell you. You will not have a choice. Non-action on energy, ACTUALLY HIGHER Gas Prices via higher taxes on Big Oil and YOU, Amnesty, Higher Taxes to pay for the GWBS Scam, although Obama said yesterday he is against it, reparations, Socialized Healthcare, Silencing Free Speech, TYRANNY. You will accept it period.

RNC Chairman Robert M. Mike Duncan released the following statement.

"I want to commend the House Republicans for once again standing up for the needs of the American people. While Democrat Members of Congress were all too quick to cut out of town for the August recess today, House Republicans stood their ground this afternoon, demanding the Democrats address the need for more American energy and lower gas prices. Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her Democrat Members can expect to have their vacations interrupted by the resounding call of Americans demanding relief at the pump and independence from foreign oil.

I applaud the efforts of the Republican Congressmen for putting Americans' needs ahead of their own, demanding action from the Democrat Congress, and revolting against politics as usual in Washington."

But WAIT! Is there hope? Has the Messiah seen the light? According to the AP- Obama shifts, says he may back offshore drilling By MIKE GLOVER, Associated Press Writer

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said Friday he would be willing to support limited additional offshore oil drilling if that's what it takes to enact a comprehensive policy to foster fuel-efficient autos and develop alternate energy sources.

Shifting from his previous opposition to expanded offshore drilling, the Illinois senator told a Florida newspaper he could get behind a compromise with Republicans and oil companies to prevent gridlock over energy.

Well, after he gave us the ultimate solution to our energy crises, "Just inflate your tires and get tune ups and we can save the same amount of oil as drilling." He has just said THIS.

"My interest is in making sure we've got the kind of comprehensive energy policy that can bring down gas prices," Obama said in an interview with The Palm Beach Post.

"If, in order to get that passed, we have to compromise in terms of a careful, well thought-out drilling strategy that was carefully circumscribed to avoid significant environmental damage — I don't want to be so rigid that we can't get something done."

"The Republicans and the oil companies have been really beating the drums on drilling," Obama said in the Post interview. "And so we don't want gridlock. We want to get something done."

What about being seen as yet another Flip Flop? Obama said this.

"Like all compromises, it also includes steps that I haven't always supported, I remain skeptical that new offshore drilling will bring down gas prices in the short-term or significantly reduce our oil dependence in the long-term, though I do welcome the establishment of a process that will allow us to make future drilling decisions based on science and fact."

I wonder if they will now all of a sudden be FOR drilling now that the Messiah said so.

Yes folks, once again the Democrat Leadership turns out the lights on Americans They say SCREW YOU. They run for the exits to go on Vacation. Leaving you once again, unprotected, and hurting. Those hurt most? The poor and Minorities. Are these NOT the people the Democrats are suppose to be FOR?
