Imus Blamed For Governors Accident?

Hey folks

As you all have most likely heard by know, New Jersey Governor Jon S. Corzine was in critical condition following a SUV accident. According to AP -N.J. governor critical after SUV crash, by Geoff Mulvihill,

Gov. Jon S. Corzine was in critical condition Friday but expected to recover after his SUV crashed into a guard rail while heading to a meeting between Don Imus and the Rutgers women's basketball team.

Police were searching for a pickup truck driver whose actions were blamed for the crash on the Garden State Parkway.

Corzine, 60, suffered numerous fractures, including a leg, his ribs, sternum and a vertebrae, authorities said.

There you have it folks. Yes, there was another vehicle involved, but he would not have been on that road, at that time, if Don Imus had not said what he did toward the Rutgers women's basketball team. If Imus was not stupid enough to make these now famous racist, sexist and completely egregious comments, there would have been no need for the good Gov. to be making the trip.

The governor won't be able to resume his duties as governor for days, if not weeks, and he won't walk normally for months, his doctor said. Fortunately, he did not suffer any brain damage, said Dr. Robert Ostrum, who performed two hours of surgery Thursday night at Cooper University Hospital.

Senate President Richard Codey has taken over as acting governor.

"He's in serious shape, but he's alive and going to survive. Hopefully, he'll be back to work in a few weeks," Codey said Friday on WNBC-TV.

You see how evil Imus is. If the Governor was to have died? Imus would be blamed for his death as well. It’s a good thing for him that Gov. Corzine will live.

Folks, I promise you that I will find news today that has nothing to do with Imus. I am getting pretty tired of talking about him for now. I’m sure the MMD is not done with him yet, and I’m sure we will revisit this whole mess in the future, but for now. Let’s move on.
