Conservatism Ascendancy

FINALLY! Someone on the Right is seeing the truth. The Reality of the situation. Finally, we have someone on the Right, in Leadership, telling us that they are finally getting it.

Mike Pence, who is the House Republican Conference Chairman, made this statement.

“Whether it’s Delaware, Nevada, Alaska or Florida, we’re in a time where the American people are looking for candidates of conviction and character who are willing to bring common sense into the nation’s capital."

Yeah. The Republican Establishment Leadership and "Conservative" Media said Chris Christie would not win in NJ. Not only did he, he is FIXING NJ, and is enjoying a 54 percent approval rating. The Republican Establishment Leadership and "Conservative" Media said that Scott Brown would not win in Massachusetts. He did. The Republican Establishment Leadership and "Conservative" Media said Christine O'Donnell would never beat Mike Castle in Delaware. She did. Now they are saying that she stands no chance? I think not.

I have a prediction. She WINS Delaware. No matter how dirty the attack ads get. No matter how heavy her baggage. She WINS. Why? Two reasons. One, she is not going to reach across the isle and Vote for something that she KNOWS goes against the Will of the People. Two, she does NOT have a D following her name. For those two reasons, she is not a RINO, and she is not a Democrat, she is going to take Delaware. If the Establishment likes it or not.

But Congressman Mike Pence also understands that AFTER you talk the talk, you better be ready to walk the walk.

When the new Congress is sworn in, it should act immediately to slash taxes for working families, small businesses and family farms, he says.

“It should act immediately to restore fiscal discipline in Washington, D.C., which would give confidence to our capital markets and stop crowding out private lending.”

Fiscal discipline should begin with repealing healthcare reform, Pence says. “House Republicans won’t rest until we repeal Obamacare lock, stock and barrel,” he said.

Repeal, repeal, repeal. That IS what the majority of Americans want. Repeal Obamacare. Repeal the out of control pending. Repeal ANY thought of Cap and Tax, or Amnesty. They want REPEAL Liberalism in any form it takes.

Congratulations Congressman Mike Pence. For showing that you have the ability to LISTEN to the American People, and HEAR what they are actually saying, you are the winner of the Display of Logic Award for Sunday 091910. I know, I know, of course he hears us. After all, He does declare that he is "a Christian, a Conservative and a Republican, in that order." Yet still, he gets it. I wish more in the Establishment would as well.
