Now here is Hope and Change I can Believe in.
Hey folks,
Gov. Chris Christie in NJ, Marco Rubio in the Florida Senate race, and NOW Gov. Jan Brewer, the Republican Arizona Governor, talks about signing Immigration Bill SB1070 into law Friday, April 23, 2010, in Phoenix.
She said the bill "represents another tool for our state to use as we work to solve a crisis that we did not create and the federal government has refused to fix -- the crisis caused by illegal immigration."
That's right folks.
The sweeping measure will make it a crime under state law to be in the country illegally. It will also require local police officers to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are in the country illegally.
Now wait a second. She did not sign a Bill making it Illegal, they ARE Illegal. She signed a Bill telling Law Enforcement to Enforce the Law. Well it's about time. Get this.
Earlier, President Obama called the bill "misguided" and said it could violate people's civil rights. He said he's instructed the Justice Department to see if it is legal.
They are ILLEGALLY HERE. They do NOT have Civil Rights. They are not US Citizens. They are Criminals. They do not want to be "harassed?" Come here LEGALLY.
Talk about Politics as usual. Pandering to the Illegal Aliens for Votes, is what Obama is all about. It is what Amnesty is all about. Tax and spend, or as the Loons are doing now, Spend and tax, entitlement programs, and unsustainable spending ARE Politics as usual. Gov. Chris Christie, Marco Rubio, Gov. Jan Brewer, along with a few others DO represent TRUE Change and a Hope that we can get back to a Government OF the People, By the People, and get away from the "Ruling Class" mentality.
Congratulations Gov. Jan Brewer, for seeing the Logic in ENFORCING the Law, and seeing that Amnesty for Illegals will indeed be hurtful to all, you are the winner of the Display of Logic Award. Thank you for having the courage to stick to your morals and follow through with your word.
