He will be missed.

Hey folks,

Before we get started, a sad note to pass on to you. A TRUE Conservative has passed on. He did it all. He was a former quarterback for the Buffalo Bills before getting into Politics. Then he represented western New York for nine terms in Congress, leaving the House for an unsuccessful presidential bid in 1988.

Eight years later, after serving a term as President George H.W. Bush's housing secretary, he made it onto the national ticket as Bob Dole's running-mate.

He bowed out of Politics but was still a very powerful TRUE Conservative voice. Back in January, he announced the sad news that he had Cancer. He has lost that battle at the ripe old age of 73, at his home in Bethesda, Md.

God Speed Jack, you will be missed. May his family have the peace and comfort they need at this time.

Speaking of true Conservatives, I am going to attempt to help the GOP in just a little bit. Of course up first is your H1N1 {Swine Flu} Update. Then some of your reactions to this whole mess.

Another thing I'm getting tire of. People making fun of those truly concerned about this. "Oh this is not big deal." ETC. "You are just blowing this way out of proportion." Well, folks, if you are truly concerned about the Swine Flu, and you want answers, you are not alone.

OK, because I want to get going here, I HAVE to comment on this one. Talking about the Swine Flu? I guess we can now officially call it the SWINE Flu. But not because we got it from them. We gave it to the pigs! I'm not making this up.

According to Yahoo News - Canada: 1st pigs found with new swine flu virus

OTTAWA – Pigs on a Canadian farm have been infected with the new swine flu virus — apparently by a farm worker back from Mexico — and are under quarantine, officials said Saturday. It is the first known case of pigs having the virus.

We made those poor pigs sick. So now we know how the Swines have the Flu, how did WE get it?
