Another Victory For What Is Right
Hey folks,
Yesterday was another good day for what is RIGHT, truth, and justice. Another case of logic and just simple truth, winning out over idiocies and hatred. We really do need to get a pill for some. {Smile}
I’m debating a long time friend right now at News Times Live on the Scooter Libby COMMUTATION. It is not a pardon. But to correct an obviously political and excessive sentence by the judge. My friend has lost his mind. I said this.
You are not a stupid guy. I respect you and have had many heated debates with you over the years. But then 2000 happened. Bush became President. I think you got infected at that time. It has grown worst over the years. Any other topic, if you ever talk about anything else, you can be reasoned with. But when it comes to Bush? You lose your mind. I think we need to call the psychobabble people and tell them they need to certify BDS {Bush Derangement Syndrome} as a new mental disorder so we can contact the big drug companies and get you a pill.
I do not know who coined the phrase, Bush Derangement Syndrome, but I think I’ll be using it more and more. There is no other explanation why otherwise normal, intelligent, and decent people, loose their mind whenever the name Bush is mentioned. It MUST be a mental disorder.

In a 2-1 decision with Republican-appointed judges in the majority, a three-judge panel of the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the plaintiffs had no standing to sue because they couldn't prove their communications had been monitored by the government.

The decision underscored the difficulty of challenging the anti-terrorism program in court because its secret nature prevents plaintiffs from obtaining surveillance information. The National Security Agency had refused to turn over information about the warrantless wiretapping that would have bolstered the court case.
"This is a Catch-22," said Steven R. Shapiro, legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union, which filed the lawsuit. "I think what in effect they're saying is that we can't tell you whether you have been wiretapped because that's a secret. And unless you know you've been wiretapped, you can't challenge that program."
If you are not doing anything wrong, why care? Besides, they are NOT spying on Americans to see what you had for breakfast. They may check you out if a TERRORIST contacts you from another country. It was not then, now, and , never will be DOMESTIC spying.
I love the reason this all came to be.
The ACLU pursued the lawsuit on behalf of other groups, including lawyers, journalists and scholars who asserted that the government monitoring prevented them from doing their jobs properly. The suit was filed in January 2006, a month after the program's existence became known publicly.
Well, if you are talking to terrorists, you need to be monitored. I couldn’t care less if you like it or not. They are monitoring THEM. But if you are going to deal with terrorists, then you should be treated as such. If what you are doing is on the up and up, you have nothing to worry about.
Remember all the stories coming out of some in the Mass Media. Communications with terrorists. Videos of our men and women being killed. Statement from terrorists. Photos, ETC. They are upset that if the terrorists know they are being listened to, they may stop. Amazing.
The ACLU, is an outdated, useless Liberal tool. That’s all they are now. They once had a reason for being, now they are a waste of time. Oh, by the way.
"The case is not moot because the government could continue the program at any time," said Robert A. Sedler, a law professor at Wayne State University. "But because it's not now in effect, the Supreme Court is not likely to hear it. It's simply not an important case anymore."

If you are not a hit and run posted, would be you so kind as to answer one simple question? Are you SURE you are willing to accept Tryanny?
I cannot put it any more bluntly than that. When you go to the polls in 08, this very country is at stake. Your very life as you know it, is at stake. The American Dream, could very well DIE. Do not underestimate, down play, or just wave this off as politics. This is REAL. America itself could very well die in a matter of a couple of years. Why? Because there are some that want to kill her. I’m not talking about terrorists, I’m talking about the LWL.

Maybe she will use some of that money that she gets when she destroys capitalism. Remember she wants to take the profits from big companies. She said she would. She told you OUTRIGHT, that she will attempt to steel from the rich, to give to the poor.
"The other day the oil companies reported the highest profits in the history of the world. I want to take those profits and I want to put them into a strategic energy fund that will begin to fund alternative, smart energy, alternative and technology that will begin to actually move us toward the direction of independence. I have to tell you, I am not running for president to put Band-Aids on our problems."

"I prefer a 'we're all in it together' society," she said. "I believe our government can once again work for all Americans. It can promote the great American tradition of opportunity for all and special privileges for none."
That is Socialism. Communism. That is Tyranny. She ACTUALLY said this.
"There is no greater force for economic growth than free markets. But markets work best with rules that promote our values, protect our workers and give all people a chance to succeed," she said. "Fairness doesn't just happen. It requires the right government policies."
"Fairness doesn't just happen. It requires the right government policies." Did you get that? She also said this.
"We have sent a message to our young people that if you don't go to college ... that you're thought less of in America. We have to stop this," she said. "Our country cannot run without the people who have the skills that are taught in this school."
Remember she was speaking at a school that trains Highschool Students for careers in the construction, automotive, graphic arts and other industries. Basically a Votec school. So according to Supreme Leader Clinton, College is no longer to be placed in a position of importance. She would make everyone equal. Remember, she will take profits from those who have worked hard, and give them to those that did not work as hard. This SHOULD infuriate you.
Yes I’m going way long here. But I want you to think about this. I want you to actually UNDERSTAND what she is TELLING you she will do as President. She is coming right out and telling you, that if you work hard, go to college, make something of your life, she will take from you what you have EARNED, and share it with someone that has never worked a day. This way it’s "FAIR." Make no mistake about it. This is what she is saying. The article goes on.

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney on Thursday criticized Democratic rival Hillary Rodham Clinton as a European caricature who would turn the United States into a welfare state.
Speaking to about 200 people in Sioux City, Romney said he wanted to highlight the differences between himself and Clinton, the front-runner for her party's presidential nomination.
"Her view is the old, classic, European caricature that we describe of big government, big taxation, welfare state," said the former Massachusetts governor.
"She gave a speech a couple of days ago and laid out her vision for America. And as I listened to her I figured her platform wouldn't even get her elected in France," Romney, who was a missionary in France, said to chuckles and applause.
He went on to say this.
"I'm convinced if Hillary were president ... that we would see instead of a stronger military and a stronger economy and stronger families, we'd see a weaker military because she would ... be able to spend money on the social programs that she favors," he said. "We'd see a weaker economy because she'd raise taxes and we'd have less money going into the private sector and creating new jobs. We'd see weaker families as well."
So am I. As a matter of fact folks, The LWL has proposed the largest tax hike in American history times two. EVERY Democratic Candidate is telling you they will rise your taxes. EVERY ONE of them.
Folks, you need to wake up. You need to LISTEN to what they are coming right out and telling you. From trying to strip the President his Commander and Chief Constitutionally given position and authority, to traveling the world, meeting with America’s enemies in a time of war, attempting to create their own foreign policies, to wanting to silence any opposition, they are showing and telling you who they really are. You need to educate yourselves on what will happen if they get what they want. The very America that you know and love, will be gone. Tyranny will reign. Instead of a free society, we will have a Socialist society. Do you TRULY understand what that means?
Some people like Hannity and Rush, think that Hillary has this locked up. As a matter of fact, Rush has said on his radio show, that "As we sit here today, Hillary Clinton has about an 80 percent chance of becoming President." Let me remind you of Hillary’s own words.

Just a couple of reminders folks. First, an "executive order" means she wants, she gets. She, as President, simply says, this is the way it is. That’s it folks. Does not matter if you agree or not. Does not matter if Congress agrees or not. But then again, with the LWL still in control, there will be NO opposition anyway.
That brings me to reminder number two. If you decide to sit out the election, if you do not vote, you ACTUALLY vote for the winner. I warned you about that before. "What do you mean. I didn’t vote, so this is not on my hands." WRONG. By you not voting, you VOTE for the winner. Let’s take this past election. You didn’t vote to teach the Republicans a lesson. The Democrats won. If you HAD voted, your vote may have made things go the other way. You did not vote, therefore, things went the way they did.
You had better get ready for this one. You had better get to the point of understanding what is REALLY on the line here. This is not politics as usual. This is not just Left and Right. This is not just another election. This could very well be this country’s very existence. This could very well be your freedom. The American Dream. Reality. Life as you know it. You had better learn, listen, and understand.
