That’s It, Bush Was Wrong. The War Is Over

Hey folks,

Yes, the LWL, MMD, and all the Hollywood foreign affairs, and war, experts were right. Bush {The President} was wrong. Turns out the Bin Laden had nothing to do with 911. So if Bush lied about bin ll then this whole war is a scam. A vast Right Wing conspiracy. Bush probably got this guy to do it. Then of course, if we did not need to go into Afghanistan, then we had NOTHING to do with Iran. We need to stop this Hitler whatabe. Bring our troops home. They are dying for NOTHING. The AP says,

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the suspected mastermind of the Sept. 11 attacks, confessed to that attack and a string of others during a military hearing at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, according to a transcript released Wednesday by the Pentagon.

Mohammed claimed responsibility for planning, financing, and training others for bombings ranging from the 1993 attack at the World Trade Center to the attempt by would-be shoe bomber Richard Reid to blow up a trans-Atlantic flight with explosives hidden in his shoes.

In all, Mohammed said he was responsible for planning 29 individual attacks, including many that were never executed. The comments were included in a 26-page transcript released by the Pentagon, which also blacked out some of his remarks.

Then again, you of course have another possibility. Bush got this guy to confess to all these things, because he cannot win in Iraq. So by getting this guy to confess to nearly ALL the attacks, he can say, "See, we got the one who planned it all. There is no sense in perusing Bin Laden. We won. Now I’ll bring the troops home."

But wait. According to Reuters,

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the alleged mastermind of the September 11 attacks on the United States, has admitted responsibility for those and other major al Qaeda operations, according to the transcript of a hearing at Guantanamo Bay released on Wednesday.

"I was responsible for the 9/11 Operation, from A to Z," Mohammed, speaking through a personal representative, said according to the transcript of the hearing on Saturday at the U.S. military prison camp in Cuba released by the Pentagon.

Mohammed, a Pakistani national, also said he was responsible for a 1993 attack on New York's World Trade Center, the bombing of a nightclub in Bali, Indonesia, and an attempt to down two American airplanes using shoe bombs.

"I was the operational director for Sheikh Usama (Osama) Bin Laden for the organizing, planning, follow-up, and execution of the 9/11 operation," he said through his representative, a member of the U.S. military.

Apparently, the AP got it wrong. He was Bin Laden’s second hand man. But he was the mastermind. He planed and carried out the missions. So since President Bush cannot get Bin Laden, he can say this gut was worse. We won.

Then you have this story from The Washington Post,

A recently completed Dutch study of 242 Islamic radicals convicted or accused of planning terrorist attacks in Europe from 2001 to 2006 found that most were men of Arab descent who had been born and raised in Europe and came from lower or middle-class backgrounds. They ranged in age from 16 to 59 at the time of their arrests; the average was 27. About one in four had a criminal record.

The author of the study, Edwin Bakker, a researcher at the Clingendael Institute in The Hague, tried to examine almost 20 variables concerning the suspects' social and economic backgrounds. In general, he determined that no reliable profile existed -- their traits were merely an accurate reflection of the overall Muslim immigrant population in Europe. "There is no standard jihadi terrorist in Europe," the study concluded.

OK, I’ve had enough. I cannot take it anymore. How about, oh, I don’t know, they are all MUSLIM? Remember how the Mass Media Drones, never tell you the names of certain criminals. The taxi driver. The kid in the mall, whatever, if their names happen to be Muslim? Or, even when they release the name, Mohamad this and that, all five, six ten, then they say, "We are still trying to discover the link." {sigh}

I bet you this folks. Someone, somewhere today, will attempt to use this to attack Bush and the Administration. They will twist in ten ways from Sunday.

You know, there IS another explanation, This Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, may just be nuts. Maybe, just maybe, he is also looking for a high martyr status. Maybe all these jihadists are nuts. Of course, Bush is responsible for that as well. Let’s watch and see.
