More PC BS. The Olympics Are Coming

You all know I'm a fan of the Olympics. I love them. I love cheering on the American Teams to win the Gold. When I was growing up, I heard the same Chant in Pro Wrestling. Whenever someone like Sgt. Slaughter was taking on the Iron Sheik or the Russian guy. I hear the chant at Soccer Games. I have no problem with someone showing love for this Country. USA USA USA.

So seems this High School had a game. It was Alamo Heights vs San Antonio Independent School District. When Alamo Heights won the game, some of the kids starting chanting USA USA USA. The people became Appalled!!!! That's Racist!!! Really?

Seems that according to this Article, Alamo Heights had mostly White Students, while EVERY member of San Antonio Edison is a Minority. So the Idiots deemed this, USA, as a Racist Statement? Seriously?

Are the Students at San Antonio Edison Legal American Citizens? If so, they are AMERICAN. This means they are PART of the USA. Does it not? So they could be proud of this Chant as well. Could they not? If they are NOT Citizens, then they should not even be here to begin with. But that's a whole other issue.

So, apparently, according to this piece, shock and flabbergastion {Smile} was the immediate emotion by everyone there at the time of the Chant. How Racist. How mean. How disgusting. How dare anyone chant USA. {Sigh}

SAN ANTONIO - A local school district is apologizing after an apparent incident of racism at a boys high school basketball game this past weekend.

When the final whistle blew Saturday, Alamo Heights celebrated a convincing victory over San Antonio Edison.

Alamo Heights Head Coach Andrew Brewer said he was proud of his team.

"Tremendously proud,” Brewer said. “Tremendously. It's the best group of kids."

But it was just after the trophy presentation when the coach was not proud of the chant coming from Alamo Heights fans.

"USA, USA, USA," they chanted.

San Antonio Independent School District officials took the chant as a racial insult to a school with all minority players from a school with mostly white ones.

On the KSAT 12 Defenders Facebook page, Santos Villarreal's post reads “this has to stop.”

SAISD Spokeswoman Leslie Price heard about the incident after it had happened.

"This is very disrespectful to our students,” Price said.

Wait. WHY? Are they U.S. Citizens? I know, I know, I can hear it now. "That doesn't matter you Racist Bastard!!!! How dare you question them." {Sigh} My point is, if they ARE U.S. Citizens, then they should not be offended at someone chanting USA. They ARE USA. Right?

She said the district is glad the coach put a stop to the chant immediately and hopes Alamo Heights addresses it quickly.

"It is surprising and it's disappointing to hear that anyone would be out there making those kind of remarks," Price said.

Those kind of remarks. USA. Those kind of remarks? When did USA become "those kind of remarks?" Well, I guess NOW. It goes on to talk about how some Students were "appalled." I'm betting they weren't. They probably had no idea what was going on until someone told them. "Are you appalled at what they said?" "Yes, I am very appalled, at uh, at, uh, what did they say?" "They chanted USA implying that you were not a Citizen. That's appalling. So you are appalled and shocked right? You are going to be in the news and on TV." "Oh, uh, YEAH I'm VERY Shocked and Appalled."

This is how this starts folks. The Liberals take something like this, and they run with it. They report it for something it is not, then insert their agenda, and start talking about it they way they want it to sound. It goes on the Local News, and in the Papers. Pundits start talking about why stupid people like you just do not understand why this is offensive, and the next thing you know, someone is trying to BAN it. "No more chants of USA at Sporting Events." Brain Dead Liberal Sheeple just accept it. They feel good being "on the right side of the issue," Then all of a sudden, USA BECOMES a Racist Chant.

Look, the sad fact is this. The people making this decision are either Libs, or suffer from Suitaphobia. The Libs. start it, and people who are FEARFUL of either being called names or being SUED, go along with the premise, and in cases like this, APPOLOGIZE for their "offense."

A lot of Liberals HATE this Country. They do not see American Greatness, and feel we are no better than anyone else. Hell, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta just said that he feels that 'International Permission’ Trumps Congressional Permission For Military Actions. Check out the Video. It's like 7 minutes long but it tell you all you need to know. They do not care about the Constitution. They do not see America as Great, nor better, than anyone else. They will not do anything without "PREMMISSION" by the "World." They want America to simply fall in line and follow. They do not want America to stand out as the Shinning City on the Hill as we once were. They do not see America for what she has always been.

So it's stupid little things like this, chanting USA being deemed "Racist," and called "those kind of remarks," that just further erode the American Spirit and America's Greatness.

Sorry folks, you do what you want. I will Chant USA anywhere and anytime I chose, and I will be PROUD to do so. If you are offended, too bad. You came here for a better life, or you were born here, in the GREATEST Country on the Planet. If you are not happy here? Go somewhere that is better suited for you. But for me and the rest of the People that LOVE this Country, we will continue to cheer it and defend it, and we will be Proud in doing so.

OK. Obama runs for Office. He says, "I will end the War in Iraq. I will bring the Troops Home. I will Close Gitmo. I will bring about an end of the War in Afghanistan." He wins. What does he do? Doubles down. He DOESN'T close Gitmo. He GETS bin Laden. So an obvious and HONEST question I have is this. We Got Saddam. We got bin Laden. WHY ARE WE STILL THERE!?!?

President Barack Obama said Friday he's dispatching roughly 100 U.S. troops to central Africa to help battle the Lord's Resistance Army, which the administration accuses of a campaign of murder, rape and kidnapping children that spans two decades.

In a letter to Congress, Obama said the troops will act as advisers in efforts to hunt down rebel leader Joseph Kony but will not engage in combat except in self-defence.

Pentagon officials said the bulk of the U.S. contingent will be special operations troops, who will provide security and combat training to African units.

The White House said the first troops arrived in Uganda on Wednesday.

Ultimately, they'll also deploy in South Sudan, the Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

(AP) NAIROBI, Kenya - Why is the U.S. sending its troops to finish off a fractured band of bush fighters in the middle of Africa? Political payback for the quiet sacrifices of Uganda's troops in Somalia could be one reason.

President Barack Obama announced Friday he is dispatching about 100 U.S. troops — mostly special operations forces — to central Africa to advise in the fight against the Lord's Resistance Army — a guerrilla group accused of widespread atrocities across several countries. The first U.S. troops arrived Wednesday.

Long considered one of Africa's most brutal rebel groups, the Lord's Resistance Army began its attacks in Uganda more than 20 years ago. But the rebels are at their weakest point in 15 years. Their forces are fractured and scattered, and the Ugandan military estimated earlier this year that only 200 to 400 fighters remain. In 2003 the LRA had 3,000 armed troops and 2,000 people in support roles.

But capturing LRA leader Joseph Kony — a ruthless and brutal thug — remains the highest priority for Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, a 25-year-leader who has committed thousands of troops to the African Union force in Somalia to fight militants from al-Shabab, a group with ties from al Qaeda.

The U.S. has not had forces in Somalia since pulling out shortly after the 1993 Black Hawk Down battle in Mogadishu in which 18 American troops died.

Some experts believe that the U.S. military advisers sent to Uganda could be a reward for the U.S.-funded Ugandan troops service in Somalia.

"I've been hearing that. I don't know if our group necessarily agrees with that, but it definitely would make sense," said Matt Brown, a spokesman for the Enough Project, a U.S. group working to end genocide and crimes against humanity, especially in central Africa.

Now again, this is a very bad guy. Bad stuff is happening. Obama is taking it upon himself to deploy US Men and Women to go off to War in a foreign Country, to fight a War that is not ours to fight. 5. 5 Wars? Where is Code Pink? Faith or Religion, Which is More Important?

OK. Back on Sunday, September 04, 2011 I Posted THIS, OPNTalk - It Is NOT a Crime To Be a Christian Politician I said this.

Getting really tired of the complete BS and outright attacks from the Left on Christians. I really am. It is ALWAYS an Open Season on Christians. The Press openly attack us. The Left attack us. Jokes are made at our expense. Our President calls us Bitter Clingers. We are called Stupid. We are called Racists. We are called Chauvinistic, Homophobes. Jews are not too far behind us.

Yet? Ask a question about Islam? Can't do that. There are laws against it. There are laws against attacking ANYONE'S Religious Views. Ask questions about ANY Religion, other than Christianity, you will be held accountable. Christianity? ALWAYS Open Season. Forget the laws. Forget even imagined decorum. Just let it rip. Question them about their Faith and why they feel they do. Denounce their beliefs. Quiz them on what you may INCORRECTLY see as Biblical Inconsistencies or Contradictions. There are none. I repeat, NONE. Simply a lack of understanding. However, ask a Muslim why they feel it necessary to strap a bomb to themselves and blow up innocent people? COMPLETELY OFF LIMITS. YOU RACIST! How dare you ask that question. Right?

Why do Catholic worship Mary, kneel before the Pope, and have IDOLS, when the Bible says there is but ONE mediator between you and God, and he is IN you. Have no other Gods before God, and do not worship IDOLS. Yet? Just asking those questions, I will be called Anti-Catholic. A Sinner and a heathen. Right?

If I asks why Jews do not believe in Jesus, who was a Jew, called King of the Jews, HONESTLY asking why, I'm called an Anti-Semite. If I ask how anyone can believe in Reincarnation, I must be Racist. I do not accept Hinduism, Jainism, or Sikhism. I must HATE Indian people. Right?

Hell, if I tell the TRUTH, that Evolution MINUS God, is Scientifically IMPOSSIBLE, I'm called stupid, hateful, and closed minded. Something can not come from Nothing. It really is just that simple. Then if you get past that, how can Cold Blooded, Warm Blooded, everything from Trees to Mosquitoes all come from ONE Cell? They CAN'T. But yet, I'm stupid. I'm Insane. Yet, there are some who spend their ENTIRE Life fighting against something they do not even believes Exists, God. Who's Crazy?

Now I'm not advocating the denouncing of, or the attacking of, ANYONE'S Religion. I do not advocate the RESTRICTION on ANYONE'S First Amendment RIGHT of Freedom OF Religion. As long, of course, that does not include MURDERING Innocent People. There is NO WALL. We ALL have a RIGHT to Practice our Faith ANYWHERE and at any time we choose to. To this day, Congress is started with a Prayer. The Ten Commandments hang on the Wall of the Supreme Court, this is NOT a Secular Nation. We are a Nation to begin with for Religious Freedom. Now Atheists have done a pretty good job at rewriting the First Amendment, and American History, but that doesn't make it true.

It went on a bit, but it initiated a few Emails and three comments on the Comment section. One, and some similar in the Emails, I want to deal with here today. I have talked about this before, actually a few times, but it is one of those things that need to be repeated from time to time for those that may be new here, or just getting to know me. I do this in the attempt to help you understand better my perspective on these matters.

Some of you know that in the early years of my life I was on a quest. A quest for the Truth. Still am. Always. In my late Teens and early Twenties, I started looking into Faith and Religion. Back then, I examined in detail Judaism, Catholicism, Christianity, Many different denominations of all three. Hinduism, Buddhism, some of the more the mystical Faiths.

Some I can conceive. Some are a bit out there for me. I understand that there is Truth in many. Problem with many, is that you have to wade through a bunch of man-made Traditions, which in some cases, nullifies the Truth, to get to the Truth. Jesus himself warned us of this.

6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.

7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

10 For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death:

11 But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free.

12 And ye suffer him no more to do ought for his father or his mother;

13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye. Mark 7:6-13

Many other places Jesus points out the Difference between Faith and Traditions of Men, Matthew 7:21-23, John 8:31&32 /37-59, Romans 8, Just to name a few. I found this to be true, by actually spending time in various forms of Religion.

Now I know that I'm trying to cram a Lifetime of reasoning into a couple of paragraphs here, but I'm doing this for a reason. I want you to understand that the ONLY thing God cares about, is YOU. Your one on one relationship with HIM. He doesn't care if you eat meat on Fridays, wash your hands, abstain from Alcohol, or how many feet you walk on the Sabbath {2,000 cubits or about 1,000 yards} He doesn't care how many Sundays you miss of Church. He cares about YOU and HIM. He also Condemns NO ONE to Hell.

Not kidding. Hell first comes into being for Lucifer and a third of the Angels that chose to follow him. Hell, was never intended for Mankind. "But what about the story of the Rich Man?" I'll get to that in a second.

So you have God. Creates the Heavens and the Earth. Creates all that is on the Earth. Creates Mankind. Gives the Earth TO Mankind. Mankind chose to follow the works of Lucifer, and the Heart of man becomes evil continuously. God nearly wipes out all his creation save one Man found favor. Because of Noah, Mankind is spared. Then God so loved the World, Mankind, that he gave us his only begotten Son so that we may cry Abba Father. Translated? Daddy. Through the adoption of the Spirit. That's it? It really is that simple.

You ask. You receive. Accept what Jesus did for you. You are washed clean. You are saved. But the CHOICE is yours. You see. THAT is the key. You CHOOSE. We are all Sinners. We all are worthy of death. We can NEVER be good enough to go to Heaven on our own. God knows that. Jesus is the answer to this. His blood for your blood. His death for your death. His Resurrection for your eternal life. Nowhere in the Bible, including the Rich Man, does it say God simply condemns you. As a matter of fact, Romans 8:33 & 34

33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

God is not some hate filled old fart sitting on a throne waiting to throw you in Hell if you disobey him. He tells us this. He is not one that keeps a tally of the Rules and Regulations you may violate of YOUR Chosen Religion. Traditions of men matter not to Him.

Then the Word, or Bible, also tells us about the White Throne Judgement. This tells us that those that are in Hell, the unbelievers, are then cast out and placed before God. Hell is temporary. He will then Judge those. I feel, MY OPINION, is that you will have one last chance at this time to accept Christ's Sacrifice. God told us the truth.

“… I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days …” Deuteronomy 30:19.

The Rich man chose Money. He chose the best worldly things in life over God. The Poor man had nothing more than Faith. The Rich Man stored up his treasures here. The poor Man his treasures in Heaven. He got the reward. All a matter of choice.

You can CHOOSE to reject God. You can CHOOSE to not believe in Him. But none of that matters. Like Gravity, God IS. You can choose to accept Gravity, or reject it. You can choose not to believe it exists. But Gravity doesn't care who you are. It doesn't care WHAT you are. It doesn't care where you come from, how much money you got. It treats EVERYONE equally. Go up to a high place and step off? You will fall to your death. Did Gravity kill you because you rejected it? No. YOU did. You condemned yourself for not believing in it.

God is the same. He doesn't care who you are. He doesn't care WHAT you are. He doesn't care where you come from, how much money you got. He treats EVERYONE equally. It's all up to you. YOU have the key. It is FAITH. YOU have to have faith in Him and His Word, Faith in the Truth. Faith that it IS the Truth.

Religion is GREAT. Do not get me wrong here. The Hungry get fed. The Homeless find Shelter. The Naked get Clothed. People of like Mind and Faith come together and strengthen each other. I have no problem with any of that. But if you ask me which is more important, Faith or Religion, Faith outranks Religion, any day of the Week.

I had forgotten all about this. JB is right. Back on Sunday, September 05, 2010, I DID Post THIS: More Political Correctness BS / More Racial DivideThis was all about a group of 30 Blacks yelling "It's Beat Whitey Night."

A supplemental report about the Aug. 20 incident filed by Sgt. Dave Murillo said, "On-duty officers at the fairgrounds advise there was a group of 30 to 40 individuals roaming the fairgrounds openly calling it 'beat whitey night.' "

Then they got into trouble for telling the truth. I wrapped it up like this:

Yeah but if it is TRUE, then SAY SO. Stop prancing around the issue. If you have a group of Blacks, going around attacking people just because they are WHITE then they are GUILTY of Hate Crimes. Stating the FACTS is your JOB and screw those that are offended by someone telling the TRUTH. It goes on to talk about the transfers ETC. But this is the sort of thing that does NOTHING to further Race Relations.

By the Police NOT following up on the FACTS. For them being fearful to speak the truth. By the thugs getting a pass on Hate Crime Legislation, all this does is BREED MORE RACISM, increase the Racial Divide, and creates MORE problems by encouraging more of this type of behaviour.

There are Racists in EVERY Race. There are those that Hate in every Race. Those that act out on the hatred, must be held accountable for their actions. As I keep saying, if we are to ever have TRUE EQUALITY in this Country, we have to treat everyone EQUALLY. The good, Bad, and ugly.

That was back on September 05, 2010. Now today we have this. According to Fox News - Questions Arise Over Whether 'Flash Mob' Attacks in U.S. Cities Motivated by Race

Police departments in several cities around the country are investigating what appear to be incidents of "flash mob"-generated violence, in which packs of dozens or even hundreds of youths appear seemingly out of nowhere to commit assaults, robberies and other crimes against innocent bystanders.

The motive and circumstances surrounding the attacks that have resulted in numerous arrests around the country are being investigated -- and law enforcement officials in at least one city are looking into a possible racial component to the crimes.

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter, who recently imposed a stricter curfew in response to the city's latest attack, addressed black youths directly from the pulpit of his church on Sunday, reportedly saying, “You have damaged your own race.”

"If you want …anybody else to respect you and not be afraid when they see you walking down the street, then leave the innocent people who are walking down the street minding their own damn business. Leave them alone," Nutter told a mostly black congregation at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in West Philadelphia, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Nutter, the city's third black mayor, spoke after a mob attack July 29 in downtown Philadelphia during which 20 to 30 black youths allegedly beat and robbed innocent bystanders, according to law enforcement. Several people were injured, including one man who was reportedly hospitalized for a fractured skull, and police arrested four people.

The incident happened the same day police said a group of all-black teens beat a man on a street in Philadelphia's Old City section -- which was caught on surveillance video obtained by Fox affiliate WTXF-TV. Three juveniles were arrested Wednesday in connection to the attack, Officer Tanya Little of the Philadelphia Police Department told FoxNews.com.

Similar attacks are also being investigated in cities likes Los Angeles, Chicago, Cleveland, Washington, D.C., and Milwaukee, where 30 people were arrested after alleged mob attacks erupted at the Wisconsin State Fair on Aug. 4. At least 18 people were injured in or around the grounds, including seven police officers, authorities said.

Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn called the attacks "reprehensible," and some fairgoers, including Norb Roffers, said it appeared bystanders were targeted because of their race.

"It looked like they were just going after white guys, white people," Roffers told Wisconsin’s Newsradio 620.

So WHERE is the question? All Blacks attacking Whites? Why is there ANY question whatsoever? Get this.

But while some witness accounts suggest the attacks are race-based, law enforcement officials say they have no evidence to prove it.

There was “no confession or anything else” to suggest the July 29 attacks in Philadelphia were “racially motivated,” Philadelphia Police Department First Deputy Commissioner Richard Ross told FoxNews.com.

"You can’t just simply look at the race of the offender and the race of the victim and say it’s ethnic intimidation. It may be, but we’re not sure. Does it give us pause? Yes it does,” Ross said.

PC BS! Or? These Law Enforcement Officials are complete Morons. Seriously. But because they are Black, they will NOT be charged with a HATE CRIME, even though there ARE Witnesses, Video Tape, and EVERYONE knows what is going on. Listen to this LAME Excuse that they are attempting to get you to accept.

Without a confession, a witness account or some epithet overheard by the victim, no charges will be filed related to ethnic intimidation or a hate crime, Ross said.

“If we don’t know and can’t prove it, we can’t charge it,” he said. “It’s just a very difficult charge to prove … We’re in the business of what we can prove, not what we think.”

Authorities in Wisconsin, meanwhile, say they are investigating 11 new allegations of race-based assaults near the state fairgrounds in which the alleged perpetrators were all African-American and the victims were either white or Hispanic.

West Allis Police Chief Mike Jungbluth said the victims, who ranged in age from “young all the way up to adults,” suffered broken bones in the alleged attacks.

“They were targeting anyone who was white or appeared to look white … We are actively looking at violations of hate crime statues in Wisconsin,” Jungbluth told FoxNews.com, adding that the alleged attacks were “an outrageous occurrence at an event that is truly designed to be about the family.”

Is there REALLY any question of Race? No. Just PC. What do I mean by "if we are to ever have TRUE EQUALITY in this Country, we have to treat everyone EQUALLY. The good, Bad, and ugly?" Simple. I do not just talk the Talk. I walk the Walk. I have and have been teaching about this for YEARS. I have practiced it my whole life. When I meet someone, I extend my hand. They take it, or chose not to. THEIR choice. In time, we get to know each other. I learn who you are, and I discover if I care to further a relationship with you based on THAT. I do not care about your Skin, or Shell. I care about what is inside. I do not care WHAT you are, WHERE you come from, or WHAT you GOT. I care about YOU. If you are someone I find I dislike, I move on. It really is just as simple as this. Follow Martin Luther King Jr.'s teachings.

"I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."

Simple. Easy. Makes sense. Why not follow this? There are good and bad PEOPLE. For the lack of better terminology. It doesn't matter what you look like. What matters is who you are. But we, in a warped and completely ignorant way, have attempted to over compensate for past misdeeds. In this ignorance, what we did was actually magnify the problem. Here is what I mean.

A White guy, or group of Guys where to beat up a Black Person. They are charged with a HATE Crime, which means they get punished, not for the Crime alone, but for perceived thoughts. That's because the Person they attacked is seen as special, more important. Right? As we see here, and all the time, Blacks attack someone who is White? We get an Eh, never mind. Not important. No big deal. They skate. We hear complete and utter nonsense like, "Blacks can't be Racist." Etc. Stupid. Of course they can and some ARE. But some Hatred is the DIRECT RESULT of Special Privileges.

Blacks and other Minorities are taught, White people are Evil. Look at all the things they did in the past. It's Payback time. Screw those Rich White folks that want to hold you down. Whites are told, that because of past Sins of their Father's THEY now have to understand that Minorities must be put on a pedestal. You want that Job? You got a 100 of the Test but they hired a Black guy who got a 70? Well, to bad. Oh you are not making enough money? Well, sorry. If you were a Minority, you would be standing in line at the Grocery with $200.00 of free food too. But you are White, so? Uh, So sad, so sorry, see ya.

Now we have groups of Blacks going out to actually seek out and attack White People, just because of the Color of their Skin, and NO ONE has the testicular fortitude to call it what it is? Hell, we have a Justice Department that came out with an official Directive, that they will NOT prosecute Criminals if they happen to be Black. You know what is going to come of this if nothing is done. Do you not? Some where there is a Skin Head Red Neck watching all this. Before you know it, he will be saying, "Time to go find us some Black Folks to beat up. Hey, what good for the Goose."

Until we stop all this nonsense and start treating everyone EQUALLY, not only will we continue to have Race problems, we will continue to CREATE them.

Happy Monday to you. It really is a shame that our President, absent from Ground Zero on 9-11, would NEVER have the testicular fortitude, or even the desire to make such a speech. Here is what Obama SHOULD have said on 9-11.

Geert Wilders, the Dutch politician under threat of death from radical Islamists, gave a speech yesterday at Ground Zero that all Americans should pay attention to. The text is as follows:

Dear friends,

May I ask you to be silent for ten seconds? Just be silent and listen. Ten seconds. And listen... What we hear are the sounds of life in the greatest city on earth. No place in the world, no place in human history, is as richly varied and vibrant and dynamic as New York City. You hear the cars, you hear the people, you hear them rushing to their various destinations, you hear the sounds of business and of pleasure, you hear the cheers, you hear the cries, the buzzing sounds of human activity. And that is how it should be. Always.

Now close your eyes - I know it's a beautiful day, but close your eyes. I have been told that this day nine years ago was just such a beautiful day -- and remember, or try to remember, or try to imagine the sounds which were heard here on this spot under this same blue sky exactly nine years ago. The sound of shock, the sound of destruction, the sound of panic, the sound of pain, the sound of terror.

Did New York deserve this? Did America deserve this? Did the West deserve this? What, my friends, would you say to people who argue that New York, that America, that the West had itself to blame for those horrible sounds? There are people in this city who argue this. And they are angry because we are gathered here today to commemorate, to make a stand, to draw the line.

My friends, I have come from the other side of the Atlantic to share your grief for those who died here nine years ago.I have not forgotten how I felt that day. The scenes are imprinted on my soul, as they are on yours. But our hearts were not broken in the same way as the hearts of the relatives and friends of those who lost their lives here. Many relatives of the victims are here in our midst today. I wish to take this opportunity to express my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to them and to all of the people of New York and America.

Darryl Worley - Have You Forgotten?

Humbly, I stand here before you as a Dutchman and a European. I, too, however, cannot forget. How can anyone forget? Let me remind you of the words from Darryl Worley's 9/11 song.

Have you forgotten how it felt that day?
To see your homeland under fire
And her people blown away
Have you forgotten when those towers fell?
We had neighbors still inside going thru a living hell

Worley's response is our response: No, we will NEVER forget. We are here today because we have not forgotten all the loved ones that were lost and those left to carry on. And neither has the world. When the forces of Jihad attacked New York, they attacked the world.

Among those lost were people from 55 nations, people of every religion and every persuasion. No place on earth had a more multi-ethnic, multi-racial, and multi-lingual workforce than New York's proud towers. That is exactly why they were targeted. They constituted an insult to those who hold that there can be no peaceful cooperation among people and nations without submission to Sharia; to those who wish to impose the legal system of Islam on the rest of us. But New York and Sharia are incompatible.

New York stands for freedom, openness and tolerance. New York's Mayor recently said that New York is "rooted in Dutch tolerance". Those are true words. New York is not intolerant. How can it be? New York is open to the world. Suppose New York were intolerant. Suppose it only allowed people of one persuasion within its walls. Then it would be like Mecca, a city without freedom. Whatever your religion, persuasion or gender is, in New York you will find a home. In Mecca, if your religion isn't Islam, you are not welcome.

Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf claims the right to build a mosque, a house of Sharia here - on this hallowed ground. But, friends, I have not forgotten and neither have you. That is why we are here today. To draw the line. Here, on this sacred spot. We are here in the spirit of America's founding fathers. We are here in the spirit of freedom. We are here in the spirit of Abraham Lincoln, the President who freed the slaves. President Lincoln said: "Those who deny freedom to others, deserve it not for themselves." These words are the key to our survival. The tolerance that is crucial to our freedom requires a line of defense.

Mayor Bloomberg uses tolerance as an argument to allow Imam Rauf and his sponsors to build their so-called Cordoba Mosque. Mayor Bloomberg forgets, however, that openness cannot be open-ended. A tolerant society is not a suicidal society. It must defend itself against the powers of darkness, the force of hatred and the blight of ignorance. It cannot tolerate the intolerant - and survive. This means that we must not give a free hand to those who want to subjugate us. An overwhelming majority of Americans is opposed to building this mosque. So is an overwhelming majority everywhere in the non-Islamic world. Because we all realize what is at stake here. We know what this so-called Cordoba mosque really means.

Imam Rauf maintains that American secular law and Sharia law are based on the same principles. He refuses to condemn terrorists because he says terrorism is "a very complex question". He says America is "an accessory to the crime that happened on 9/11." "In fact," he literally said, "in the most direct sense, Osama bin Laden is made in the USA."He also says that "terrorism will only end when the West acknowledges the harm it has done to Muslims."

That is why this man should not play the game he has in mind here in Manhattan. His "Blame the West, Blame America"-message is an insult. Americans - and by extension, all of us whose civilization was also attacked on 9/11/2001 - are not to blame for what happened here nine years ago today.

Osama bin Laden is not made in the USA. The West never "harmed" Islam before it harmed us. Most Americans do not want this so-called Cordoba Mosque to be built here. They understand that it is both a provocation and a humiliation. They understand the triumphant narrative of a mosque named after the Great Mosque of Cordoba which was constructed where a Christian cathedral stood before the land was conquered by Islam.

An overwhelming majority of Americans is opposed to building an Islamic cultural center close to Ground Zero. There is no lack of mosques in New York. There are dozens of buildings in which Muslims can pray. It isn't about a lack of space for prayers. It's about the symbolic meaning.

We who have come to speak today, object to this mosque project because its promoter and his wealthy sponsors have never suggested building a center to promote tolerance and interfaith understanding where it is really needed: In Mecca - a town where non-Muslims are not even allowed to enter, let alone build churches, synagogues, temples or community centers. So why should we do that?

Ordinary Americans object to the mosque project because currently no fewer than ten major multi-million dollar mosque projects are being planned in the United States as well as dozens in Europe, while not a single church is allowed in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia,while Jews are not even allowed to move their lips in prayer on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem,while the oldest Christians in the world, the Copts, are not free to renovate their churches, let alone to build one in Egypt.

My friends, that is why we are here today. What happens in New York must be seen in the perspective of the world. The events nine years ago made an enormous impact everywhere. Most people shared your pain, but, unfortunately, some did not. Nine years ago, when the news of the terrible atrocity in New York reached Europe, Muslim youths danced in the streets.

In a poll, two thirds of the Muslim immigrants in the Netherlands expressed partial or full understanding for the 9/11 terrorists.If a mosque were built here on Ground Zero such people would feel triumphant. But we, we will not betray those who died on 9/11. For their sakes we cannot tolerate a mosque on or near Ground Zero. For their sakes loud and clear we say: No mosque here! For their sakes, we must draw the line. So that New York, rooted in Dutch tolerance, will never become New Mecca.

But, let us also express our gratitude for the heroes of 9/11, those who went down in that Pennsylvania field, those who were standing freedom's watch at the Pentagon, and those who were here in New York nine years ago to risk and lose their lives for the victims. Friends, in honor of these victims, these heroes and their families, I believe that the words of Ronald Reagan, spoken in Normandy on the 40th anniversary of D-Day, resonate with new purpose on this hallowed spot.

President Reagan said: "We will always remember. We will always be proud. We will always be prepared, so we may always be free." And, we, too, will always remember the victims of 9/11 and their loved ones who were left behind;We, too, will always be proud of the heroes;We will always defend liberty, democracy and human dignity;In the name of freedom: No mosque here!

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Too bad it is a foreigner saying it. Too bad our President is not as eloquent or as passionate about New York, 9-11, or even America itself. It truly is sad.

Racism Understanding, True Equality

OK, we're back. Now to Pete. While talking about the Arizona Immigration reform Law, I posted several things. One of those things was the fact that 70 percent of Arizonians FAVOR the new Law to enforce the Law. This prompted Pete to post this, in the Comment Section.

Now you see, the Race Card. To bad that is sad. You are smarter than that.

First, 99 percent of the People NEVER were in favor of lynching. Never of course would be today.

Second, The law makes the Cops ENFORCE the LAW. If you get pulled over, the Cop is going to ask you to prove who YOU are. There is nothing unconstitutional about it. The Police will not be forcing Citizens to prove that they are, but Illegals to admit they aren't.

The Law is in the light of day. Arizona has already seen MASS new Employment of it's CITIZENS when some Illegals have been fired. Amazing. They will also see a SPIKE in Revenue, because, like it or not, MOST favor Illegal Alien Crackdown. Sorry Pete. Come here Legally, we welcome you. Come here ILLEGALLY, we don't. Why is that so hard to grasp? More on this coming up, along with me answering another question that I have been asked.

Well, it was the Race Card thing, that seems to have bothered him. He responded with this. It's a little lengthy, but well worth the read.

You referred to the race card. I will share quite a bit of personal history with you and your reader(s). I'll preface this story with this simple fact: My mom, biological dad, and I are white. My parents divorced when I was 3. My mom remarried when I was 5. 1972. She married a black man. Interracial marriages were illegal in most southern states then but luckily (I guess) we lived in Chicago. Chicago – next to Boston – is probably the most racist city in the country. Growing up I experienced some amazing examples of racism. I won't get into too many details here; cops making us stand on the side of the road while they searched just my step-dad, restaurants refusing to serve us, “nigger go home” spray-painted on the garage door. And yes, this was in the north. My mom and step-dad were blessed with a son. They named him Jamaal – after the great Lakers' forward. He's gotten to spend whole nights in jail because of his color and name. Never been charged with anything. Pulled over countless times because he was in an affluent Chicago suburb visiting his parents looking like he “didn't belong here.” Hassled by white people with a badge and a gun for no reason other than the color of his skin. And this was in the aughts. Not the 60's. Try flying with the name Jamaal. It's not fun.

Some people think the phrase “social injustice” is a code phrase. My definition of social injustice is the ability and willingness of the authority to coerce the citizenry. And that's exactly what will happen in Arizona. I've seen social injustice first hand. I feel my experiences as a white person being discriminated against because of the color of my skin because of the color of my step-dad's skin qualifies me in ways most white people cannot possibly comprehend. My “race card” is experienced-based. Your race card is based on the bullet point. Clueless.

Now, tying all this into what just went down in Arizona. While I 100% agree something has to be done about illegal immigration, AZ's “solution” is simply not the answer. A cop cannot have the authority to even begin to think that someone “appears to be an ILLEGAL immigrant”. That is just perpetuating racism. Stop it. The police will not pull you over just because you have a tail light out then ask who you are, they will now pull you over because you “appear to be and an illegal immigrant”. Just like the cops never pulled my brother over because he did something wrong. They just flicked on their lights because he looked like “he didn't belong here.” The feds have to do something about this (immigration). One (maybe the only) thing I really agreed with Bush on was his amnesty plan. At least it started things in motion – in the right direction. But the GOP-led congress put an end to that. Not once, but twice.

To your silliness about ending illegal immigration would create revenue for AZ. Illegals buy stuff, pay state, county and city taxes on that stuff. Who do you think is going to change the sheets at the convention halls, or scrub the pots at the restaurants, or pick all those veggies (Cali). White college kids? Hahahaha. Ask what happened to the convention industry when AZ refused to adopt MLK Jr. day. This law will be a financial nightmare for AZ. It's a RACIST policy. And the cops DON'T like it. Ask ANY sheriff besides Arpaio what they think of it. Most are telling their troops not to even enforce the new law.

So, in closing, your inability to walk in someone else's shoes, to even acknowledge the existence of human caused destruction (climate change – another first hand experience I can directly speak to) or policy based on hatred (AZ law) is just too (and it's TOO, not TO) draining. My “race card” comes from my own experience, but also from my ability to put myself in another's position. Your blathering lunacy comes from somewhere, too. A dark, desperate place. OK Pete. Thanks for sharing what appears to be such a truly HEART FELT and Personal story. Now as I just posted, the Law does NOT allow any Cop to stop you because he thinks you are Illegal. It does not give the Police power to pull you over for Driving while Hispanic. That is not what this is about. But reading your story, I found we are a lot more similar than you would EVER image. So since you shared some of your OWN personal story, Allow me to share mine.

My Dad was half Native American {Black Foot Tribe} and half Polish. He left when I was Thirteen Months Old and I never knew him until I was something like 21, or 22 years old. We lived with my Grandmother and just had a GREAT Childhood.

Back around 82 or 83, My Mother met and fell in love with Patrick. Patrick and his family are from the Seychelles Islands. A pin prick off the coast of Africa. My Uncle Manue, is a Rasta. {Rastafarian} Dreadlocks down past his knees. When most people see Manue, they immediately walk on the other side of the street of whereever we may be. Going to the Mall is fun with him. Voodoo man cometh. {Laughing}

I have been in the car when my Step dad and Uncle were pulled over for Driving while Black. I have been there to see my Uncle get arrested just because some drunk White guy got scared of him. I get it Pete.

This is why for most of my life I have been walking the walk as well as talking the talk about TRUE EQUALITY in this country. Check the Archives. Until we start treating EVERYONE Equally, we will NEVER have TRUE Equality in this country. But then again, the Racial Divide help some stay in the lime light and gives them a continuous income.

True equality means treating everyone equally. Jobs, Housing, Crime and Punishment. We can not have two sets of Laws. One for one group and one for others. We can not have one set of grades in school for one set of people and another for others. We can not have one set of requirements for one group to get a job and another for anyone else. All these things do, is further divide the Races, and BREED Racism.

We have to follow, TRULY follow, MLK's teachings. "Judge one another by the content of their Character, and NOT the color of their skin." When we have two sets of rules, laws, and policies, we accomplish NOTHING while SOUNDING like we care. If a Student needs a 80 to pass and get into a College, then ALL do. If the Job requires a certain set of requirements to be met, then the one with the MOST qualification get's it. If I rob someone, Rape, Beat, or whatever, I need to be arrested and pay for my crimes, just like anyone else that commit a similar Crime. One does not make one worse or less important based on the color of the shin of those committing crime or have become Victims of. If we expect the Police to find out who we are whenever they have to get involved, then they should find out who ALL are. If we expect all to follow the Laws of the land, then we must hold ALL accountable.

You see Pete, as I just explained in the last Post, I get it. I understand the compassion aspect of it. But we can not solve the problem by Amnesty for Votes. They do not CARE a wink about the PEOPLE. They care only for themselves and the Votes to keep them in power. By saying screw you to all those that are upset with their insane agenda, and attempt to create 12 to 20 million new Votes, does nothing to help those they are creating the Amnesty for. The States that will have to deal with this new Influx of people on their Dole, and or, REAL and TRUE American Citizens. Do we do away with the Law all together? Do we say it is now OK to rob a bank if you have no money? It's OK to steal from someone else if you are lacking?

Do you know how many people come here LEGALLY every year? These are those that do it the right way, and they are entitled to reap the benefits. My Step Dad, my Uncle, and the rest of their family came here the Legal way. My Aunt is a Nurse, My Step dad in a Trucker for the past 25 years. My Uncle is a Painter. They have a good life now, because they did it the right way.

I have friends from all over the world. I have been to and hosted World Summit Dinners. I have had these folks over to my house. I have friends from and in Russia, the Czech Republic, the Philippians, Thailand, India, Mexico, OK, yeah even Canada, The Dominican Republic, Hatti, Poland, and even Sweden. Just off the top of my head. I have spend time with these folks, learning first hand what their cultures are and how their Daily Lives are first hand. You know what is amazing? They ALL love this country, because of the Freedoms we have and because of the opportunities await them here. They ALSO all believe in assimilation and going through the process.

My Czech friends, Father and two adult Sons, would never even IMAGINE taking dollar one from our Government. They come from the Salt Minds. You go down and work everyday with a 8 oz bottle of water. No breaks. If the Government has it or feels like it, they pay you monthly. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. My Russian friend told me that she was blown away when she first walked into a supermarket here. "All this food?" She told me how to this day, well over half of the homes in Moscow do not even have running water. Everyone in Poland thinks we are rich. Everyone of us. If only WE, as Americans could look at this country through the eyes of foreigners, MAYBE, just MAYBE, we would understand what we have here. What we have here is worth fighting for.

So I do not see anything wrong with the Arizona Law. I see nothing wrong with finding out who is here legally and who is not. I have no problem ENFORCING the Law that is on the books NOW. I do have compassion on the plight of immigrates. I know A LOT of them. I understand the need for true Equality in this country. We have come a long way, by we have a long way to go. Legalizing Racism is NOT going to fix the problem.

So thank you Pete for sharing your Personal Story with us. I hope you appreciated mine.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving

Hey folks,

I have a lot to be thankful for.

I am thankful for my family. My Mother for giving birth to me. My Wife who takes good care of me. My Son. Of whom I again can see the world through the eyes of a Child. A World of Magic and Miracles. Innocent and pure.

I am thankful for my Job, in a time so many are struggling to find one.

I am thankful for my home, in a time when so many can not get one of their own, or are in the process of losing theirs.

I am thankful for being born an American. Born into the greatest country on Earth. Thankful for our Freedoms.

The Freedom to be whatever I chose to be. In a land where our Poor, have homes, cars, cell phones. On Average two TVs, Computers, and a means to an education. In a World who's poor live in huts, with no toilets, running water, or electric.

The Freedom to speak out against our Leader's Policies, without fear of punishment and death.

The Freedom to DREAM, and the ABILITY to achieve that dream.

The Freedom to believe. To practice whatever Faith I believe in, anytime and anywhere I chose.

I am thankful for the Men and Women, who stand up, leave their Families, and put their dreams on hold, to take an oath, to defend those Freedoms. Those that understand that Freedom is NEVER given freely. It is ALWAYS taken and defended by force. Those that are willing to pay the ultimate price, including the laying down of their own lives, for that freedom.

But most importantly, I am thankful to God, for Life itself. For without that, we would have NOTHING.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I hope you have a happy and healthy Holiday. Just remember, even those with the least, have MUCH to be thankful for.
