DLA for Sunday 050811

If something works, don't fix it.

Hey folks,

They say, if something works, then you should not fix it. In other words, leave well enough alone. Well, that is EXACTLY what our winner of the Display of Logic Award did. To the much chagrin of his Looney Base, and contrary to what he said on the campaign trail:

I will Close Gitmo {Even signed an Executive Order to do just that}
No more "Harsh Interrogations. They equal Torture
I will end the War and Bring ALL Troops home.
No more Patriot act {Wireless Wire Taps}

He actually:

Kept Gimo OPEN.
We learned it was those harsh interrogation techniques that lead us to bin Landen
He INCREASED Troop levels on the Ground.
He continues to use the Patriot Act. {Which HAS foiled many other attempts}

Seems when he got into Office, he found that there REALLY are those trying to kill us. He found that the Policies set up be Bush, were WORKING to keep us safe. He continued those same policies and procedures, which allowed us to "get bin Laden"

In the Latest Version of the,,no wait,,uh, I think it was Version 30, we learned that he signed an Executive Order to KILL bin Laden. Which is Illegal, but Legality matters not to this Regime anyway.

So Congratulations Obama. For NOT ending those Policies put into place by your Predecessor, which keeps us safer, and helped us to get bin Laden, you ARE the Winner of the Display of Logic Award for today, Sunday, May, 8, 2011. Like the saying goes, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

We are actually NOT safe due to the policies carried out by many consecutive presidents. I'm not apologizing for or excusing evil's actions, but I'm a firm believer that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. For example, Bush's policies only came into being as a reaction to an action (which was a reaction to an action). If you stop doing things that demand a reaction... well, I hope you can figure it out from here.
