Not for the reason you think.

Hey folks,

Time to wrap things up with the Idiot of the Week. Some of you are not going to be happy with me. Some of you will misunderstand me. Some of you will love me. But whatever your opinion on this whole mess, I hope you get my point.

So we all know that 7 MILLION people Voted in California and said that Marriage will be defined as a Union between one Man and one Women. This is actually the second time the PEOPLE Voted. So done deal? No. The Liberal Gay and Lesbian Activists Sued. We knew and was expecting this. Liberal Playbook Page Two, Chapter 2. "When we can not win in the arena of ideas, SUE, to FORCE our view on views on EVERYONE." That's not a Gay thing, it's a Liberal thing. Seen over and over again.

So this Case comes before Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker. A very Gay and VERY Liberal Judge. He refused to hear any one who was claiming to be "experts" on the side of Prop 8, but allows nearly ALL those opposed. He wanted Cameras in the Courtroom, so he could be seen as this great Civil Rights Player, and he WANTED a show Trial.

So how did he Rule? Yup, you know already. Prop 8 is "unconstitutional." Problem one, Marriage itself is not "Constitutional." There is NO Constitutional Right to Marry. Sorry. Just isn't. Problem two, It really IS a State issue. Not a Federal one. After this Ruling, we got this.

"The president does oppose same-sex marriage, but he supports equality for gay and lesbian couples, and benefits and other issues, and that has been effectuated in federal agencies under his control," Axelrod said on MSNBC.

So Obama wants no part in this either. {Smile} But this is a State Issue. Problem three, did this Judge NOT have a Conflict of Interest here? Some say he did. I'm not so sure that it really matters that he is Gay, but some see this as an issue. Problem 4 and the one I have the biggest problem with. One man, decided, with what appears to be his own prejudiced belief that, Marriage itself is a form of Homophobia, overturned 7 MILLION Voters. One man, said "Screw You" to The Majority of California Voters that Voted to Amend their Constitution to call Marriage, what it HAS ALWAYS BEEN, a Union between one Man and one Woman. But not according to our Idiot. Judge Walker wrote in an unequivocal and strongly worded 136-page Ruling, that Gays and Lesbians are discriminated against by Straight People all the time. He said that Marriage itself is a form of Homophobia. As a matter of fact, he said this.

"Proposition 8 fails to advance any rational basis in singling out gay men and lesbians for denial of a marriage license. Indeed, the evidence shows Proposition 8 does nothing more than enshrine in the California Constitution the notion that opposite sex couples are superior to same-sex couples."

No it doesn't. It calls Marriage what it is. Period. Then this.

"Moral disapproval alone is an improper basis on which to deny rights to gay men and lesbians. The evidence shows conclusively that Proposition 8 enacts, without reason, a private moral view that same-sex couples are inferior to opposite-sex couples,"

There is NO RIGHTS. {Sigh}

Folks, him being Gay is NOT why I chose to bestow on him the dubious Honor of Idiot of the Week. I personally couldn't care less who he sleeps with. But his decision attacks Natural Marriage. It attacks and completely ignores Voter Rights, State Rights, and the Constitution itself. It says "Screw You" to our very Republic.

You read this Ruling and you see his CLEAR Bias toward the very institution of Marriage, Heterosexuals, and Religion. He clearly comes across as Arrogant and Condescending. Thinking that he has the power to Screw over 7 million plus Voters.

You see folks, this is EXACTLY the type of thing I was talking about in the opening Article. The People Voted, the Lib Loons say "Screw You," you will just accept our agenda.

Congratulations Judge Vaughn Walker, for CLEARLY allowing your prejudiced belief to guide you into attempting to make a name for yourself, and completely insulting MILLIONS of Americans, you ARE the Idiot of the Week. I hope some one investigates YOU Sir. If you DID misuse and over step your Authority for fame and agenda, I hope you are disbarred. Thrown off the Bench. But hey, you will not walk away empty handed. You have the Idiot Award. Carry it with pride Sir. Carry it with Pride.
