Democrats Running From Obama

Hey folks,

Happy Friday to you. I hope you are all feeling better than I today. I've been a little under the weather for the past week, so I apologize if I have not been on the top of my game. But since it is Friday, it's time to go to the Emails.

This is interesting. According to The National Republican Congressional Committee, The NRCC, it seems that Democrats are starting to run from the Messiah, Barack Hussein Obama. The Bloom is Off the Obama Rose: Endorsement from Elitist No Longer Smells Sweet Posted By: Karen Hanretty, April 30, 2008 - 11:35 AM

The longer the chaos of the Democrat presidential primary plays out, the more a liability Barack Obama becomes to congressional candidates running on the Democrat ticket this year. Evidence that the bloom is off the Obama rose is Travis Childers' adamant denial he accepted an endorsement from Obama.

Would you NOT want to be endorsed by the "Next President of the United States?" The Rock Star, Messiah? Travis Childers wants NO part of it, or him.

Childers, a candidate in the open seat of Mississippi's 1st Congressional District, told reporters, "Senator Obama hasn't endorsed my candidacy. I have not been in contact with his campaign nor has he been in contact with mine..." (WREG, April 28, 2008)

To bad this is not true.

However, an email from Obama's presidential campaign sent April 22nd encouraged supporters to make phone calls and turn out voters for Childers in the special election runoff.

"Today we can give Travis the boost he needs to finish strong," read the Obama email, "and show that our movement is dedicated to change up and down the ballot." (Obama email, WREG, April 28, 2008)

See the story by WREG here.

Childers isn't the only Democrat distancing himself from Obama. North Carolina Governor Mike Easely, a superdelegate, endorsed Hillary Clinton today over the odds-on favorite to win the state's primary, Barack Obama.

WASHINGTON — As they promote their candidates and try to pave the way for GOP victories this year, Republicans have begun making their case to voters in advertisements featuring a new star: Barack Obama.

In North Carolina, a TV ad shows Obama's former pastor making racially charged comments. An Internet ad attacks a Pennsylvania congressman for endorsing Obama's presidential bid. A New Mexico radio ad says Obama disrespects "the American way of life."

Truth is folks, it was Sean Hannity that broke this story. While the Mainstream Media was falling all over Obama, Sean Hannity was asking why no one was talking about his, Obama's, Pastor. Well, NOW everyone is.

In Louisiana, a TV ad attacking Obama's healthcare agenda as "radical" proved so threatening that the House candidate it targeted, Democrat Don Cazayoux, distanced himself from Obama on Thursday, issuing a stern statement saying that he "has not endorsed any national politician."

And another one gone running from Obama.

The flurry of attacks underscores how Republicans and their allies are sensing opportunity in the increasingly battered image of Obama, whom many Democrats have viewed as their best hope for appealing across ideological lines and helping their party win in conservative areas.

They would have gotten away with it to if it were not for the New Media. If it were not for people like Hannity, Rush, the Blogs, those that seek and share the TRUTH. Obama would still have his Messiah status.

The ads also are playing into a debate among Democratic officials about Obama's electability in November, a discussion that gained urgency after his 9-percentage-point loss to Hillary Rodham Clinton in this week's Pennsylvania primary. That contest provided more evidence that the Illinois senator has had trouble winning over seniors and working-class white voters, who are seen as important to a Democratic victory this fall.

Now, many Democratic leaders are trying to determine whether they are on the verge of nominating a candidate who, in addition to asking voters to accept him as the first African American president, could be vulnerable to being cast as too far out of the mainstream.

Now I know some of you out there just thought, RACISM! No, fact. Truth is this HAS to be considered. I would love to say that America has become Color Blind, but that just is not the truth. Race DOES matter to many Americans. So asking weather Obama is electable based on his skin color, is unfortunately, a valid question.

As for if he is too liberal? Of course he is. There really is no difference between him and Hillary. The only real difference is that Hillary tells you who she is, he is trying to hind it.

It goes on to talk about how the Republicans are getting more and more "goods" on Obama and it seems that even the Democrats are starting to distance themselves from him. However, more and more people are starting to realize that Hillary is just not, well, not liked all that much and is most likely NOT electable herself.

They are eating their own folks, just like I told you a LONG time ago. They are continuing to bloody each other possibility to the point of no return. Why? I only got two words for ya. "Operation Chaos."
Peter
