Happy Tuesday to ya. Hope you all have a GREAT Holiday. Me? Coming off a Four day stint with Family and Friends. Trying to get back into the swing of things. Since it is TUESDAY, time to check in at the Energy Front.

Now Tuesdays are the day we set aside to talk about anything Energy. By now, you are well aware of the FACTS. In just a few years, we could create Hundreds of Thousands of Jobs, Reduce the Cost of Energy practically over night, and INCREASE Revenue coming into our Government. At all levels. We could also REDUCE Spending but cutting out all the useless, and out right SCAM Spending, that this Administration does so well.

So how does Obama and Crew attempt to justify their actions? How do they attempt to justify stalling Drilling, slowing permits, attacking the Coal Industry, postponing the Keystone Pipeline {That WILL bring about a MAJOR change in supplying us with 92 Percent of all of our Liquid Fuel needs} and now attacking other areas of Energy Production? The Green Dream. We must save the Planet.

Global Warming was brought to the Mainstream by Father Gore. He turned it into a Religion. The Church of Global Warming. Just like other Man-Made Religions and Traditions out there, there are still those that follow it and will do so BLINDLY, in the face of all the FACTS and TRUTH to the contrary. This is how the Liberals gain Power, Control, and of course, all that Money.

However, over the years, people like ME have been telling you that Global Warming is a SCAM. It is not real. We have backed up what we have told you with Facts, Commonsense, and Logic. We have pointed out to you that there are things in Nature called Cycles. We rain. We are Dry. We Storm. We are quiet. We Heat. We Cool. This is all natural. We pointed out that there are more and more Scientists coming out to say it is a SCAM. Even Al Gore's OWN Scientists have come out and said he lied. And continues to do so. We talked about all those Emails that told you OUTRIGHT that they were all lying and attempting to further an agenda.

But they continue. Switching the name from Global Warming to "Climate Change." You see, we are NOT warming anymore. Haven't been since like 98. We are in a cooling cycle. But they are still insisting that you buy into the belief that we are killing the Planet. But the problem for the Chicken Little Crowd is simple. The Sky is not falling. There are now more people that do not believe in their message than there are that do. More Scientists out there are telling the TRUTH. The Movement has all but died. Now this? The VERY Foundation of the argument is found to be, uh, wrong. According to Investors Business Daily - Global Warming Models Called Into Question By New Study Posted 11/25/2011 06:03 PM ET

Climate: The Lefts proposed solutions for the world's ills are based on the idea that carbon dioxide is a climate-heating poison that must be scrubbed from the global economy at all cost. Yet another study shows this is foolish.

The study in the journal Science found that global temperatures appear to be far less sensitive to the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere than originally estimated.

This sounds prosaic, but it's a bombshell — another in a long line of revelations showing the scientific fraud at the heart of the anti-global warming movement.

The study's findings are simple and devastating. "This implies that the effect of CO2 on climate is less than previously thought," said Oregon State University's Andreas Schmittner, the study's main author.

Even with a doubling of CO2 from levels that existed before the Industrial Revolution, the study found a likely increase in Earth's temperature only from about 3.1 degrees Fahrenheit to 4.7 degrees Fahrenheit.

That compares with the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's 2007 report, which predicted an increase of 3.6 degrees to 8.6 degrees.

Coupled with the fact the average global temperature hasn't increased at all over the past decade — even though under all of the global warming models now in use, this is impossible — warmist ideology is crumbling. There is no climate armageddon on the horizon.

Folks, when the Obama EPA came out and said that CO2 is a Pollutant, I and MANY others told you this is Patently Absurd. It is a NATURAL byproduct of LIFE. If we had NO CO2, there would be NO Trees, Planets, and other Oxygen producing life forms on this Planet. No Oxygen, no LIFE. CO2 is NOT a Pollutant. It is NECESSARY. It is NATURAL. IT is NOT killing the Planet, it is HELPING to keep the Planet Alive. It is a necessary part of the equation of Life. There was no REAL Science, no facts, no nothing, in the Process of the EPA declaring CO2 a Pollutant. It was PURELY Political. But of course?

But don't expect global warm-mongers to admit this. As we've discovered from a new trove of emails sent by leading European climate-change scientists, there has been a vast, global green conspiracy to silence scientific opposition to the idea — even to the point of falsifying data and ruining others' careers.

The left's entire prescription for solving the world's ills — ranging from population control to strict regulation of businesses to shrinking CO2 output — are premised on the notion that carbon-dioxide is a poison.

Happily, the left's pernicious, economy-destroying and false global warming ideology is collapsing under a growing body of evidence that the CO2 scare is a fraud.

Who says we have nothing to be thankful for?

Yes folks, this is why in this area, and all areas of Life itself, it is of the utmost importance, to always have the ability to Think, Apply Logic, and Understand Truth. The importance of the Knowledge of Truth is simple to understand. If you KNOW the TRUTH, you can never fall for a Lie. It really is, just that simple.

EPA Slapped By Obama?

What is funny about this, is that it was Obama that TOLD them to do it.

Happy Tuesday to ya. Hope you all had a great three day Weekend. Now it's back to life, back to reality for most of us. Lets talk about REALITY. We all know that the Obama Administration, which means, Obama, wants to bankrupt the Coal Industry. He said so. We all know that he WANTS your Energy costs to Skyrocket. He said so. We all know that he likes $4.00 plus a gallon Gas. He said so. We all know he wants Cap and Tax. HE SAID SO.

We also know that his Cap and Tax Plan would never make it through EITHER House, even though when he was pushing for it, the Democrats had full control of both. We KNOW that even his own Party was not ready to Pass this insane Legislation. Even though they would have liked to, in the Economy the way it is, they KNEW that it would be a Death Nail in the Coffin of their Office position come the next Election.

So what is Obama to do? Give the Authority to the EPA to do it for him. The EPA put together a Cap and Tax Plan that they were ready to enforce. Which we also all know is not Constitutional for them to do so. But Obama put into Place a Puppet, Lisa P. Jackson, and had his cronies on the Court say that they had the Right to regulate "Green House Gasses," of which they Deemed CO2 one of. We all know that it is NOT. But hence, here we were.

So what does the EPA do? They do what they were told to. They come up with a Plan that WOULD, do EXACTLY what Obama wants yet cannot do himself. Then YOU found out about it. The EPA's new Plan WOULD kill Millions of jobs while adding $1 Trillion a year in new Compliance Costs that would have effected 85 percent of the Country's Energy Producers. Get that number folks. 85 percent of the country would've been in noncompliance with the stricter Standards. But the real reason? Of course it is not to save the Planet. The real reason behind it is the $1 Trillion a year in new Compliance Costs. That's a whole lot of money that Obama and Crew would love to get their hands on.

So what happened? YOU. YOU happened. You got informed. You understand that this is ALL Obama. We have a Double Dip Housing Recession, Record High Unemployment, the Economy is tanking, Trillions spend and matters are worse, and blaming Bush will not work if the EPA goes through with what Obama has already SAID he WANTS. SO?

The White House sent a letter to the EPA saying "Uh, hold on. Uh, forget about it. They are not as stupid as we thought. They are going to blame me for this. We have an Election coming up, and uh, my numbers are in the tank. So forget it. Just uh, never mind." Oh course he didn't SAY that in so many words, but he DID ask them to drop it. To rein it in. President Barack Obama, citing the struggling economy, asked the Environmental Protection Agency on Friday to withdraw an air-quality rule that Republicans and business groups said would cost millions of jobs.

It WOULD! It's not just Politics at play here. It WOULD.

The surprise move—coming on the same day as a dismal unemployment report—reflected the energy industry's importance as a rare bright spot in adding U.S. jobs. The tighter standards for smog-forming ozone could have forced states and cities to limit some oil-and-gas projects.

Imagine if we let the Industry DO what they DO. We already talked about this. Just this one Industry would, if the Government got out of the way, CREATE Hundreds of thousands of Jobs, Increase Revenue the RIGHT way, to all Government. Local, State, and Federal. It WOULD increase American Security, and it would DECREASE the Costs for ALL Americans for their Energy Use. I love this next Paragraph. It is a Rare Total Truth as highlighted by the Mainstream Media.

In making the move, the White House clearly judged that it had more to lose from industry and Republican criticism than it had to gain from environmental groups who support the rule.

{Laughing} Yup. Folks, the truth is simple here. What is funny about this, is that it was Obama that TOLD them to do it. Now he layeth the Smackth Downth on their Candy Ass? So he can look like he cares? So he can say "Hey, it wasn't me, it was the EPA, and I told them not to do it?" But him play Politics? I thought he was above all that? {Smile}

The EPA's January 2010 proposal, to tighten air-quality standards to a level below that adopted under President George W. Bush and even further below what most states now adhere to, has been cited for months by industry groups and lawmakers as "regulatory overreach" that they say is undercutting the economic recovery. Republican presidential candidates have routinely criticized the EPA in stump speeches.

Mr. Obama said in a statement that he remains committed to public health and clean air, but he added, "I have continued to underscore the importance of reducing regulatory burdens and regulatory uncertainty, particularly as our economy continues to recover."

You know, just as a side note out there. This is the same sort of thing that should tell you all you need to know about Global Warming itself. Seriously. We are told that if we do nothing the World will end. We will turn into some great big ball of fire and our children will all die. Every Ten years or so, they tell us we only have like ten years. Then they have World Conferences to talk about it, they agree to talk more about it in the Future. If they REALLY believed that we were facing a REAL threat. NOTHING ELSE would matter.

If I was sitting here, drinking my Coffee, watching the News, and they said that there was a Fire, a mile from my house and it was coming straight at me, THAT IS ALL THAT WOULD MATTER. I would NOT go to work. Josh would NOT go to School. Laura and I would be focused on ONE thing. Attempting to save our home, or getting the hell out of the way if we couldn't. I would not be worried about paying the Electric Bill, what I had to do a work that day, or Joshua's attendance record at his School. I would not be worried about ANYTHING ELSE.

But, just like with Global Warming itself, when the Money goes away, so do they. They take their ball, and they go home. There is NO money right now. The Economy is in the Tank. Grandma in NY will have to decide how to heat her home. The Single Mom will not be able to pay for Gas just to go to work. People on Fixed Incomes, the Poor and the Elderly will be forced to eat Cat Food Sandwiches because of their Skyrocketing Energy Costs. Obama will NOT be saddled with THAT. That is something the Left LOVE to use against Republicans. So since there is no money out there, Obama wants to reel it in. Don't do it. STOP! It is now, and always has been, about nothing more than Power, Control, and all that Money. No money, never mind.

Jack Gerard, president of the American Petroleum Institute, said the move suggests the White House "is becoming more sensitive to the uncertainty created by their heavy regulatory hand.…They are beginning to understand that the regulatory burden does more to chill job creation than just about anything else out there."

Oil-and-gas extraction added 1,700 jobs in August, according to the Labor Department. Halliburton Co., which services the oil-and-gas industry, said recently it planned to add 11,000 jobs in the U.S. this year.

Manufacturing, another sector that would have been affected by the rule, lost 3,000 jobs in August but had been adding an average 14,000 jobs a month.

The White House left open the possibility that the standard could be tightened in 2013, when the rule will be reconsidered as part of a five-year review required by the Clean Air Act.

These are just FACTS folks. API President and CEO Jack Gerard also said this:

"The President's decision is good news for the economy and Americans looking for work. EPA's proposal would have prevented the very job creation that President Obama has identified as his top priority. Ozone levels and air quality continue to improve under current regulations, and our industry is committed to making the air we all breathe cleaner while creating new jobs."

By the way, can you tell me what 2013 is? Anyone? Boys and Girls, say it with me, 2013 is AFTER the Election. Yeah. There you go. Good Job. If this guy gets Reelected? Guess what? He'll have NOTHING to lose. This is just one thing he will go for broke with. This will all come back. Now this goes on and on. The Environmentalist, and the Libs are not happy. Lisa Jackson said that the EPA will consider Obama's Request. We all know they will back off. Obama said so. And they give us COMPLETELY Bogus and made up numbers. This many lives would be saved, ETC. But the bottom line Obama did the RIGHT thing here. Yeah, it's purely Political, but so was his attempt to destroy the Private Energy Sector. But do not be fooled folks, Obama has not seen the light here, he is just waiting to be reelected. Pure and Simple.

Senator James Inhofe Calling Man-Made Global Warming A Hoax

At least they are trying to do the right thing.

You know, all this talk about how the New Leadership, the House, can't get anything done is Bunk. It just is. After three Votes failed the Two Thirds Majority, the Media has been loving calling them "Embarrassed" "Failed to Pass." "Can't get it done." Some votes failed the Two Thirds Majority Rule. But that doesn't mean that they are dead by a long shot. Do not fret my friends, they will find the way the House works, and many Democrats that want to be re-elected will start coming around soon. At least they are trying to do the right thing.

One of the best explanations, and one of the most pathetic at the same time, is when one of the New House Republicans were asked, "Why did you Vote not to extent some of the Patriot Act?" He responded with "No one told us what the Vote was all about." Uh, news flash, the Liberals will run all over you if you are not able to stand on your own. No one is going to hold your hand. Educate yourself and DO the RIGHT thing. That answer shows the inexperience of a newbie. But they will get up to speed. Soon I hope.

WASHINGTON — U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe on Wednesday not only stood by his famous hoax declaration on global warming, but the Oklahoma Republican somewhat reluctantly tipped his hand on plans to publish a book.

“I won’t tell you what it’s about, but the name of the book is ‘The Hoax,’?” he said during testimony before a House subcommittee.

“I did finish it last week.’’

Inhofe was the lead-off witness at a somewhat contentious and lengthy hearing on a proposal that he and Rep. Fred Upton, R-Mich., chairman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, are pushing essentially to kill the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ability to regulate greenhouse gases.

EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson, the other major attraction at the hearing, testified after Inhofe.

Lisa Jackson, perhaps the least qualified person in HISTORY to lead the EPA. But that's OK. She is nothing more than an Obama Puppet, there to do his bidding. But then again, we have the least qualified person in history as PRESIDENT. So go figure.

Different sides were drawn years ago on the long-running debate over climate change, its causes and what governments should do or not do to address the issue.

Wednesday’s hearing at the Subcommittee on Energy and Power followed that script.

That included lengthy statements from members of the panel with limited time for witnesses to respond.

Inhofe and House Republicans on the subcommittee focused on what they consider the enormous costs of EPA’s efforts to regulate greenhouse emissions, the jobs that could be lost and the questions that, in their view, continue to surround climate change science.

Science is mixed, Inhofe said, but the economic impact is not.

“In other words, all pain for no climate gain,’’ he said in prepared remarks that he ignored so he could “ramble’’ through his testimony.

I love that. It's TOTALLY TRUE. Science is mixed, {With very few REAL Scientists even believing anymore} but the economic impact is not. That's what it all about to begin with Power, Control, and of course, MONEY. It has NOTHING to do with saving the Planet.

Now of course, Jackson and the other Libs, went back to old and proven wrong rhetoric. They just followed the Script. "The Science is settled." NO IT's NOT. Well, almost, with most agreeing that it is NOT a threat. We are NOT even Warming right now. {Sigh} For those who still believe "Climate Change" is being caused by man, NO ONE can agree on how, and how much. Or what to really do about it. NO ONE has said, well, except the Kooks, that you can place burdensome, oppressive, and obscene Regulations, Caps, and Taxes, on American Business and they will GROW. Everyone knows that the TRUTH is the exact OPPOSITE!

Then she tried to guilt members into doing the Bidding of those on the Chicken Little side.

“Politicians overruling scientists on a scientific question, that would become part of this committee’s legacy,’’ she said.

I have a lot to talk about to say the least. I take two days off, and all hell breaks loose news wise. I'm not kidding. I have three days worth of stuff to go over in just a few hours on the Big Sunday Edition, I KNOW I will not get to all of it. What a past couple of days. Cap and Trade is one of the things we will be talking about, both today and in the days to come.

It's Friday! Happy Friday to you. Being that it is Friday, it's time to go to the Emails. This one was sent to me by Bill Miller, U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Here it is.

EPA Nominee Suggests New CO2 Rules May Expose Small Emitters

WASHINGTON -- New federal greenhouse gas emission regulation could expose a raft of smaller emitters to litigation, a nominee for a key post in the Environmental Protection Agency told lawmakers Thursday.

The potential for smaller emitters to be regulated under the Clean Air Act is one reason why business groups warn that EPA regulation of greenhouse gases could create a cascade of legal and regulatory challenges across a much broader array of sectors. The Obama administration has said that isn't their intent.

Regina McCarthy, nominated to be EPA's Director of Air and Radiation, told lawmakers that even while the government has flexibility in setting the threshold of emitting facilities to be regulated, she acknowledges the risk of lawsuits to challenge those levels for smaller emitters. Ms. McCarthy's office is responsible for drafting federal emission rules.

Sen. John Barrasso (R., Wyo.) has put a hold on Ms. McCarthy's nomination in part because of her responses on the greenhouse gas issue.

Under the Obama administration, the EPA is moving forward to declare greenhouse gas emissions a danger to public health and welfare, which will trigger new rules once finalized. The EPA says that only around 13,000 of the largest emitters, such as refiners, smelters and cement plants would likely be regulated.

Which is the point folks. That is the whole reason that the OBAMA controlled EPA is doing this. This is it all together. Remember that letter I posted from the White House Legal Counsel? They admit that there is no real Science involved in this. That it is all politically motivated.

Many legal experts say that based on clear Clean Air Act statutes, however, regulations could be applied to any facility that emits more than 100-250 tons a year, including hospitals, schools and farms. Taken in aggregate, farm animals are major greenhouse gas sources because of methane and nitrous oxide emissions from flatulence, belching and manure. Buildings often emit greenhouse gases from internal heating or cooling units.

Got news for you. PEOPLE do the same thing. This is one of the main stupidities of this. CO2 is NOT a pollutant. It is a necessary byproduct.

"It is a myth . . . EPA will regulate cows, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Huts, your lawnmower and baby bottles," EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson said earlier this year, dismissing concerns raised by groups such as the Chamber and the National Association of Manufacturers.

But in responses to a senator's questioning, Ms. McCarthy acknowledged that legal suits could be brought against small emitters.

No. Well, yeah, but NO. Lawsuits can and should be brought against YOU. The EPA, and the Federal Government. First, PROOF, Scientific proof that CO2 is a pollutant to begin with would be nice, but lets say it is. Now you go after say Wal-Mart, or Chevron, ETC. yet you do not go after Mom and Pop, Dunkin Donuts, ETC. What is right for one is right for all. You can not pick and chose who to go after. That would be like me saying three people mugged old ladies. I'm only going to prosecute the one that has the most. I will not bother the other two. They are poor and can not help it. Besides, give me a second, I'll find a way to link Bush to them.

Asked how she would protect smaller sources against suits, Ms. McCarthy said she would talk with the litigants: "I will request that I be informed if any such notice is filed with regards to a small source, and I will follow-up with the potential litigants."

What does that even mean? Did she just say, "The EPA and the Federal Government will PROTECT small polluters?" Or that she will ignore the laws that she is in charge of enforcing? Sure did sound like it.

Bill Kovacs, the head of environment and regulatory affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce said, "There's no way she can talk to the litigants and control them." By the Chamber's estimate, there are 1.5 million facilities -- such as large office buildings that have their own boilers -- that produce over the 250-ton limit.

Pointless and magic number. 250-ton limit? Says who? Why? What does that 251 Ton do that the others do not do?

Kassie Siegel, director of the Center for Biological Diversity's Climate Law Institute, says her group is prepared to sue for regulation of smaller emitters if the EPA stops at simply large emitters.

Exactly. You see folks, the dirty little secrete to this scam is that they do not care. They do not want to go after smaller polluters for one reason. THEY CAN NOT PAY! There is nothing in it for them. But the big ones? Lots of money to "Spread Around." Get the point?
