No Surprise, Israel US Ties Strained

As I said, Obama is no Friend of Israel

Hey folks,

I know there is other news out there. I really do. Obama still attempting to shove Obamacare on all of us by "any means necessary." Well, we still do not know if he will succeed. I know, I know, most think they will. Most think that the Loons will Vote themselves out of office to get this for Obama. We'll see.

But what I want to talk about is something that perhaps is even more important than all that. Yes. If we get Obamacare, it will be difficult to reverse it, but NOT impossible. However, it will only take ONE Bomb, and Thousands of US citizens will be lost forever. A US City will be gone. Our enemies will rejoice.

While Obama breaks every promise he makes, spends us into bankruptcy, and is obsessed with the take over of One Sixth of the US Economy, our enemies continue planning. Our Allies continue questioning our loyalties. Obama is failing again.

I have been telling you for some time that Obama is no friend of one of our oldest and dearest allies. Israel. Obama and his quest to make Muslin Nations love us. He loves them. He said he wants to work with Muslims all over the world. He has said he wants to give Muslim lead countries YOUR tax money to help them educate their Females. He has compared the Palestinians to American Black Slaves. He even said that Iran has "legitimate aspirations" when discussing their Nuclear Quest. But Israel?

He completely ignores them on his apology tours. Talks about how they will not be backed if they attack Iran. And then came right out and told them to freeze their settlements that were ACCEPTED by ALL previous American Administrations and even the Palestinians themselves.

Obama has been no friend to Israel. As a matter of fact, he has given us the feeling of being anti-Israel with his words and actions. Cozying up with Iran who said they want to wipe Israel off the map, even inviting them to a BBQ, and completely ignoring Israel. Now? Once again. Reuters - Tuesday, March 16 JERUSALEM - Israeli-U.S. relations have hit a 35-year low over a West Bank settlement plan that threatens to derail peacemaking efforts with the Palestinians, Israel's envoy to Washington was quoted as saying on Monday.

The comments attributed to Ambassador Michael Oren, a noted Middle East historian, clashed with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's assurances that the row resulting from a settlement announcement deemed "insulting" by the Obama administration was under control.

"Israel's ties with the United States are in their worst crisis since 1975 ... a crisis of historic proportions," the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper quoted Oren as telling other Israeli diplomats in a telephone briefing over the weekend.

The remarks, also carried by other Israeli media, appeared to refer to U.S. pressure in 1975 for an Israeli redeployment in the Egyptian Sinai, occupied by Israel since the 1967 war and the site of renewed fighting in 1973.

Israel's Foreign Ministry had no immediate comment.

An Israeli plan to build 1,600 more homes for Jews in West Bank land annexed to Jerusalem was announced during a visit by U.S. Vice President Joe Biden aimed at ushering in indirect peace negotiations with the Palestinians.

In unusually blunt language, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called Israel's behaviour "insulting." In a CNN interview on Friday, she said bilateral ties were "not at risk. I mean, our relationship is durable and strong."

Netanyahu, who has vowed to continue building in and around Jerusalem while reining in construction of Jewish settlements on other occupied land where Palestinians seek a state, voiced regret for what he described as bureaucratic happenstance.

"We know how to deal with these situations -- with equanimity, responsibly and seriously," he said on Sunday.

A U.S. envoy is due back in the region later in the week to try to get peace talks, suspended since December 2008, under way. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas had resisted restarting negotiations without a total Israeli settlement freeze.

Folks, I'll say this for Netanyahu, he has FAR more patients than I. Israel no longer TRUSTS us. Thank you Obama. But thankfully they are not willing to turn their back on us, YET.

Of course the US State Department reaffirmed Israel remains a strategic Ally of the United States, at the same time, telling them to stop building on their own land.

Folks, Obama is completely incompetent when it comes to foreign affairs. He seems truly clueless. We have a LONG standing and WRITTEN Treaty, AKA, FRIENDSHIP, with Israel, and the islamofascists want us dead. Who is our friend? Whom should we be looking out for? Whom should be looking out for us if say someone like Iran was to launch an attack? I guess according to Obama, that would be, uh, Iran?

Like I said, this is no surprise.
Peter
