Elena Kagan IS Obama

This should be no surprise.

{Sigh} What do I think of Elena Kagan? She is an Idiot. She has no experience. She is a Liberal loon. The Media is attempting to pass her off as one of the most intelligent people in the room when the evidence points to otherwise. She IS Obama.

Seriously folks, she is a joke. she should be laughed all the way out of Washington. the MMD {Mass Media Drones} should have a FIELD DAY with her. Not attempt to paint a false portrait of who she is NOT. But we all know true journalism is dead, and they simply repeat whatever they are told to. True or not.

Even someone that KNOWS her well, claims he has no idea where she stands on issues. He has no idea WHAT experience she has for this job. He is seriously at a loss. His name is Clinton News Network's own Jeffrey Toobin. You know, CNN? The Network who's Co-Founder even thinks has become nothing more than a joke. But this guy KNOWS her. Jeffrey Toobin writes this.

I met Elena on our first day of law school at Harvard in the fall of 1983. We were introduced by a mutual friend, and we were assigned to the same section—the group of a hundred and forty or so students who took our first-year classes together. Elena and I and two other students (joined occasionally by others) formed a study group, and we worked together for the entire year. In our second and third years, we were on law review together. When she ran for president of the law review, I was a sort of unofficial campaign manager for her. She finished second.

Elena danced at our wedding in 1986. When my wife, Amy, and I bought our first apartment, Elena’s father was our lawyer; he had a small real estate law firm in New York. (He died in 1994.) When Elena’s mother died two years ago, I visited the family as they sat shiva in the apartment where she grew up on the West Side.

We are old friends. So my initial reaction to her nomination is a simple one: happiness for her. As I cover her nomination, and, if she is confirmed (as she likely will be) her career on the Court, readers should know this history and decide what difference, if any, it makes. For starters, from now on, I’ll be calling her Kagan, not Elena.

So this guy KNOWS her. She even danced at his wedding. so what does he think of her? As far as her nomination to the highest Court in the land? He is confused.

Judgment, values, and politics are what matters on the Court. And here I am somewhat at a loss. Clearly, she’s a Democrat. She was a highly regarded member of the White House staff during the Clinton years, but her own views were and are something of a mystery. She has written relatively little, and nothing of great consequence.

He wraps it up with this.

But on the Court, Kagan will have to do something she’s not done before. Show her hand. Develop a clear ideology. Make tough votes. I have little doubt she’s up to the job, but am less clear on how she’ll do it.

So being her friend, and a paid member of the Obama State Run MMD, he is furthering the notion that she is highly intelligent. But even he, a "long time friend" of hers has no idea what she did to qualify her for this Nomination. but then again, Obama is the least qualified person to ever win the Presidency. He has no experience whatsoever. Look where we are now.

We DO know where she stands. She is a Socialist. She hates the Constitution. She wants to remake this country. This is one of those little things she has written about that her friend doesn't want you to know about. You know, "nothing of great consequence." So don't worry about reading it. She IS Obama. The White, Female version of Obama. Of course he would nominate her. She will also be easily controlled.

As for her intelligence? Seriously. I have a higher than normal intelligence level. Not bragging, just a fact. I know many that are truly FAR more Intelligent than I. How about you? Let me ask you this. How many of you, have EVER, gotten home, or to work, got out of your car, leaving the keys in the ignition and the vehicle running, and leaving it running all night long? She has. Richard Epstein, another Professor at the school she was at said this.

“A couple of times when she was so focused on her work, she would park her car and leave it running overnight,”

THAT is a sign of intelligence? Most of the time, when people turn 50, they do something like that, people start asking about Alzheimer's or some other kind of brain dysfunction. I know, I know, this happened when she was younger. That's even worse. Then maybe she is simply an Idiot. Either way, it is hardly a sign of intelligence. But then again, NO ONE has shown us ANY PROOF whatsoever that Obama is anything more than an Idiot. So why should we expect anything different for Ms. Elena Kagan? We should not. What we should expect is a false, media created image of who they want you to believe she is. Just like Obama.

Justice Souter to Leave Supreme Court

What has to be the shortest New York Times Article EVER.

It's Friday. Time to go to the Emails. I have been completely inundated with Emails lately, I love most of them. Even those of you that think I'm nuts. {Smile} I chose this one for two reasons. YES! This is a MAJOR threat to the very existence of America as we know it. And the second reason? This has got to be the shortest New York Times article I have ever seen. But there really is no need for them to say any more then they did.

BA said "It is almost complete. Now Obama can get a socialist lackey in there. With socialist running congress and Obama in the White House, now a judge of his choice, will there really be any stopping him? This really is scary times."

Justice David H. Souter has grown increasingly sour on Washington and intends to return to his home state at the end of the Supreme Court’s term, according to people briefed on his plans.

{Laughing} Need they say more? Nope. The kooks out there are celebrating. The Mainstream Media will have a field day with this. "Who should Obama Chose? Obama has a chance to FIX the Court" ETC.

The way I see this is this. If this Judge is PC, he will most likely give a statement about how nice it has been to serve, wants time with his family, health reasons, or some sort of thing like that. But if he is brave enough to tell us the truth, I would LOVE to hear it.

"Justice David H. Souter has grown increasingly sour on Washington" How does this writer know this? Who has Justice Souter spoken with? What did he say? WHY is he sour on Washington. I hope he tells us. It will not stop Obama from putting in someone with an EXTREME agenda, but it may help wake some people up in this country.

Yes, Obama will fill this seat with a RADICAL. Either a "yes" person that will help pass along Obama's Socialistic agenda, or someone who is as ANTI-LIFE as Obama is. We can then see things that YOU, the American people have even VOTED against be over turned. Gay Marriage, Late Term Abortion, ETC. Not to mention, if someone want to change Obama and Crew on this or that, now Obama will have the Court in his court. What can you do then? Yes BA, these really are scary times we live in. NYT need not expand on simply reported this little tidbit. Everyone knows what this means.
