Behind the OPN Screen 051305

Hey folks,

This is an impromptu "Behind the OPN Screen" I only have two questions to answer, neither really a million dollar question, but I will get to that in a bit. First up, I need to let you know what to expect coming up soon.

On Monday we will be having a VERY special guest. On Thursday May 10, 2007, the daily article was "Race or Belief?" I was talking about the "Fort Dix Six" and the fact that the Mass Media was downplaying the fact that these were linked to terrorists. As a matter of fact, they we doing everything in their power to convince you that they weren’t. Well, we have a comment left by someone with a lot of authority and knowledge to speak on this topic. I will be highlighting his comment on Monday for all those that chose not to checkout the comment section.

Mr. Darko Trifunovic, MSL is a lawyer based in Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro and working as lecturer at the Faculty of Security Studies-University of Belgrade. He is a specialist in Terrorist and Security Studies, and was the author among other books&studies in 2002 of the study: Islamic Fundamentalists, Global Network and Modus Operandi: Model Bosnia Part I, and in 2004 Islamic Fundamentalists, Global Network and Modus Operandi: Model Bosnia, Part II published by the Documentation Center of the Government of Republica Srpska's [CBureau for Relations with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.

Mr Trifunovic was previously a diplomat 2001, (First Secretary) in the Foreign Service of Bosnia and Herzegovina at UN , 2003, Adviser to the State Secretary for War Crimes of Republic of Srpska for Terrorism and Violence and in 2005 Adviser to the Minister of Interior of the Republic of Srpska, BIH.

Since 2004, Darko Trifunovic was designate as representative for Serbia and Montenegro of International Strategic Studies Association (ISSA), Defense & Foreign Affairs publications, the Global Information System (GIS). ISSA is the Washington-based worldwide membership organization of professionals involved in national management, and particularly national and international security policy.

Again, Prof. Trifunovic will be our very special guest on Monday May 14, 2007.

As you know I have been toying with the idea of having guest hosts here at the OPN in those extremely rare occurrence that I cannot be here. With the exception of those last minute calls, I have spoken to two individuals that said they would fill in from time to time. I’m very happy and thankful to these two. I KNOW you like them already. I’m talking about our friends DS Harford, who, if you remember did an article back on March 12, 2007, "Global Warming Saga." The second, is our friend Bill, who posted "The Bird Feeder" on May 1, talking about Illegal Immigration.

Well, first up will be DS Harford who will be filling in this Tuesday, I will not be in. Now as for the topic, content, ETC., they have free reign. They will post what they post. So due to the fact that I have set NO restrictions, at the urging of a friend of mine, {Who is an attorney}I have to do this.

The views expressed by the co-hosts, guests, and comment leavers, here at the OPN, are those of them alone. This does not necessarily mean there I do not agree. But there you go anyway. I know that I have nothing to worry about. I also find the "need" of the above disclaimer to be ridiculous, but in this day and age, my friend thought it the wise thing to do.

Smile} We passed the one year mark, and passed the 500 post mark. On our way forward as always. "Peter, you keep commenting on "live" yet nothing? Either do something or stop talking about it."

Fair enough. I will stop talking about it. Truth is, I have recorded about 4 hours worth of show, yet, I cannot seem to link it to the blog. When time allow I may seek professional help in getting something set up, if it is even possible. Maybe as another suggested, a new Utube account, or something like that. I pretty much have just gotten disgusted at this point. That’s just the truth.

"What are you attempting to accomplish with all this? What is your end game?"

To change everyone around to my way of thinking. I will not stop until everyone agrees with me. {Smile} Just joking folks. Truth is I’ve answered this before. I do this because I love it. I love sharing my thoughts. I love others sharing theirs. I love debate. This is how we learn.

I also feel there to be a REAL need for someone to tell the truth. Someone to help the Sheepeople out there understand that they are being lied to on a daily bases. To voice simplicity, logic, and truth in all the chaos that surrounds us daily.

What Al Gore didn’t tell you.

From about 1940 until the late 1970;s the earth’s ground temperature was cooling. In 1970 fears of global cooling where attributed to mankind’s so called pollution of the atmosphere, which was blocking out the sun. Then in the 80’s and 90’s temperatures started rising. And it turned to global warming.

From 1400 to about 1860 the planet was in a cool period, sometimes called the "Little Ice Age".Temperatures today are back to the levels 1000 A.D. to 1350 sometimes termed "Medieval Warm Period".

CO2 is less than 4/100ths of 1% of all gases present.

95% of all so called greenhouse gases is water vapor.

CO2 is not a one way filter.

The dynamics of the earth is not the same as a simple greenhouse.

Antarctica on average is getting thicker.

The Vikings use to live and farm Greenland.

By the year 2050 humans will add 2,409 billion pounds/year of CO2 to the Atmosphere, by breathing.

Al’s graph was a combination of 2 graphs. The left side was from ice core drills in Antarctica, recordings used from only 1000 years ago till 1890. What is called proxy measurements. The right side was from air grabs from Maua Loa a volcano in Hawaii, 1954 till 2005. (Are we missing some years here?)

The thermometer was invented in 1714. Average year temperature in 1822 in Albany N.Y. was 49.2. In 2005 after the industrial revolution it was 49.2.

Today co2 is about 370ppm. Over the life of the planet it has been as high as 7000ppm.In the late Ordovician period about 450 million years ago co2 was 4000ppm yet earth’s temperature was the same as today. Co2 has only once been this low in the planet’s history and that was about 275 million years ago.

In 1998 17,000 scientist signed the Oregon Report, which denied that mankind was effecting global warming.

Nasa with their satellite and balloon measurements said that over the past 18+ years there is no warming trend over the planet.

So the planet is presently warming, but what is causing it. Could it possibly be the sun?

The real danger with groups like the Chicken Little (global warming) ones is that they falsify and use bad data to prove an already formed conclusion. The idea or morality of Science is to find out the truth and to do so by arriving at a conclusion AFTER all the facts are in. Al’s moral message was anything but moral, unless we can use it to define what immoral is.

If the rest of the scientific community continues on the path demonstrated by Chicken Little the human race may very well be in grave danger.
