Obama Speech Writer Should Be Fired.

Hey folks,

Yesterday morning Barack Hussein Obama gave a speech that was ment to show that he was going to be tough on terrorist, and keep this country safe. The only problem is, the speech writer of this speech needs to be fired. All Barack did was repeat, already proven FALSE and completely idiotic LWL talking points from 2005.

Obama said: “We went off to fight on the wrong battlefield, with no appreciation of how many enemies we would create and no plan for how to get out.”

Idiotic statement. We did not create any enemies. They have been at war with us for years. They have attacked us over, and over again. We did NOT create them, we engaged them.

Obama: “Because of a war in Iraq that should have never been authorized and should have never been waged, we are now less safe than we were before 9/11.”

That is not what the NIE report said. It actually said we ARE safer today. Because of our efforts in Iraq.

“We judge the US Homeland will face a persistent and evolving terrorist threat over the next three years. The main threat comes from Islamic terrorist groups and cells, especially al-Qa’ida, driven by their undiminished intent to attack the Homeland and a continued effort by these terrorist groups to adapt and improve their capabilities.

We assess that greatly increased worldwide counterterrorism efforts over the past five years have constrained the ability of al-Qa’ida to attack the US Homeland again and have led terrorist groups to perceive the Homeland as a harder target to strike than on 9/11. These measures have helped disrupt known plots against the United States since 9/11.”

Obama said: “What's more, in the dark halls of Abu Ghraib and the detention cells of Guantanamo, we have compromised our most precious values.”

A classic LWL talking point. Unfounded and unproven accusations of torture. Meanwhile, these enemies there have come out and said they would attack us again as soon as the opportunity presented itself.

Obama said: “The president would have us believe that every bomb in Baghdad is part of Al-Qaeda's war against us, not an Iraqi civil war.”

There is NO civil war. More on that in a second.

Obama: “He elevates Al-Qaeda in Iraq, which didn't exist before our invasion, and overlooks the people who hit us on 9/11, who are training new recruits in Pakistan right now.”

They WERE there before 9-11. This has already been proven. As far as the civil war goes? It is ment to LOOK like that to us. According to one of the top leaders in al-Qaeda, that we captured, they are attempting to MAKE it look that way. Meanwhile, al-Qaeda is al-Qaeda.

“Just this week, our military forces announced the capture of one of al Qaeda's top Iraqi leaders. He helped to form what al Qaeda calls the Islamic State in Iraq, in an attempt to replicate what the Taliban had created in Afghanistan.” President Bush

What you are seeing is more and more of the Iraqi people standing up and fighting with us against groups like al-Qaeda. Not a civil war.

Obama: “He is fighting the war that the terrorists want us to fight, a misguided invasion of a Muslim country that sparks new insurgencies, ties down our military, busts our budgets, increases the pool of terrorist recruits, alienates America, gives democracy a bad name, and prompts the American people to question our engagement in the world.”

He must have been running out of time and wanted to get ALL the LWL talking points in there.{Laughing}

Then he said this.

"If we have actionable intelligence about high-value terrorist targets and President Musharraf won't act, we will," Obama said, referring to reports that Al-Qaeda had regrouped in Pakistani tribal areas bordering Afghanistan.

"I understand that President Musharraf has his own challenges, but let me make this clear: there are terrorists holed up in those mountains who murdered 3,000 Americans. They are plotting to strike again."

He wants to invade Pakistan. Are you kidding? That truly is, not that I want to agree with Supreme Leader Wannabe Hillary, naive and irresponsible.

In one breath Barack Hussein Obama says he wants to sit down and talk to our enemies. Then he says that he will invade Pakistan? Sorry folks, he has no clue.

Like I said, this speech writer needs to be fired. All he seemed to do was copy a 2005 LWL talking point speech. Obama used it. Instead of sounding bold and tough, he sounded ignorant of the facts, and amateur in world affairs. It even upset the Pakistani government who cautioned Barack and other Presidential candidates against what they called "point-scoring."

Some advice Barack, we NEED Pakistan. We do NOT need to create more enemies. You would, if you carried out this stupidity, do EXACTLY what you accuse the President of doing. We would not be allowed to use Pakistani air space, nor have their assistance. This would HINDER the war effort, NOT help it.

Folks, THIS is what you are going to get, if you elect these people into power in 08. Complete and utter ignorance. Complete and utter indifference to anything but getting and keeping power.


Another point. This speech, riddled with untruths and flat out lies, comes right after two Liberals went to, saw, and came back and told the truth, the Surge is WORKING. Interesting. Isn’t it? We know that sectarian violence is down. More and more Iraqis are stepping up. Businesses are starting to thrive, American deaths are on a decease, and we are WINNING. Meanwhile, in Barack’s world, and the world of the Left Wing Looneys, all is lost and we need to surrender. Amazing.
