PELOSI: No apologies. No. We have to deal with the consequences of the downturn in our economy.

Yup. Pelsoi's plans are those of one of the biggest Human Rights violators on the planet. China. She wants the "Chirica" China / America Population Control Program here in our country. (CNSNews.com) - During an event at Texas A&M University on Monday, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) claimed the Catholic Church has not enforced its teaching on contraception and that the church now wants the federal government to enforce that teaching for it.

“Ninety-eight percent of women in childbearing age that are Catholic use contraception. So, in practice the church has not enforced this and now they want the federal government and private insurance to enforce it. It just isn’t consistent to me,” Pelosi said.

The statement came after Pelosi was questioned about the conflict between the Catholic Church and the Obama administration over a regulation, set to take effect on Aug. 1, that will require all health-care plans in the United States to cover sterilizations, artificial contraceptives and abortifacients, and thus would force Catholic institutions and individuals, in complying with the Obmacare mandate to buy health insurance, to act against their consciences and the teachings of their faith.

“Whatever my personal beliefs or my personal upbringing are on this subject everyone has their own responsibility in terms of the size and the rest of their family. So, I think this should be removed from the debate, it’s inflammatory--misrepresentations are made,” Pelosi added.

All 181 Catholic bishops in the United States oppose and have publicly denounced the regulation issued by the Obama administration, and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops have called it "an unprecedented attack on religious freedom."

"Everyone has their own responsibility in terms of the size and the rest of their family." One Child. According to this Twit, it will save us all money, especially if Poor and Stupid People only have one kid. Less people on the Government Payroll. It is even good for the Environment too. So since the Catholic Church can't come out and say it, they want others to do it for them. They understand. They AGREE. But because of this stupid, outdated, Dogma, they HAVE to allow Government and Insurance Companies in to give their Females Free Contraceptives. {Sigh} This IS who these people are folks. It just IS.

You know, It's just time. Seriously. We need to take a SERIOUS look at term limits in every branch of Government. We all ready know, well, we thought, Nancy Pelosi is loosing it. With some of the stuff that comes out of her mouth, like Unemployment is a "Job Creator." Here are just a few..

"But we have to pass the bill so you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy."

"Every month that we do not have an economic recovery package 500 million Americans lose their jobs."

"Bipartisanship is a two-way street. A bill can be bipartisan without bipartisan votes.”

"We have an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in our country who need our help along with millions of unemployed minorities. Stock market profits taxes could go a long ways to guarantee these people the standard of living they would like to have as "Americans."

"I believe in natural gas as a clean, cheap alternative to fossil fuels."

Others like Harry Reid?

"My staff tells me not to say this, but I'm going to say it anyway, in the summer because of the heat and high humidity, you could literally smell the tourists coming into the Capitol. It may be descriptive but it's true."

Forget about people like VP Biden. That's just Joe. Then you have Maxine Waters.

"And guess what this liberal would be all about? This liberal would be all about socialize -- uh, uh, would be about basically taking over and the government running all of your companies."

Anyone that disagrees with her, investigates her or her Husband's seemingly Illegal activities, she calls Racist. But now we have this. Imagine your at work. You and your Department want to do something that may be against the Companies own Policies, even though you and your group want to do it. Another Department wants to make sure that what IS against Policy is voided and want to be part of what is not. You go to your Boss, you state your case. You Boss decides. Right?

Now Imagine if you storm into your Boss's Office and start yelling that those in the other Department are "DEMONS!!!!! Demons!!! I never want to see them nor hear ANYTHING from them again..DEMONS!!" {Laughing} How long you think you will still have a Job? Without at least a Psych Eval. Well, Maxine Waters DID just this. She was in California telling them that she was the next Chairperson of the Financial Services Committee. in the Process, she called Speaker John Boehner and House Majority Leader Eric Cantor “Demons” and said that they ,,

“would rather do whatever they can to destroy this president, rather than for the good of this country.”

She went on to say,,

“Don’t ever let me see again in life those Republicans in our hall on our screens talking about anything.”

What would happen to you if YOU started sounding like these people?Why is it that they can be in these Positions for Life? Why? What possible sense does this make? "Buy Pete, we have Elections." Well, as long as you can rig Elections or get enough Ignorant people to Vote for you, you still have a Job for Life. If you are in the Supreme Court, you DO have a Job for Life. Imagine if you have a Job, that you KNOW no matter what you do, what your performance, you will still be there, what happens? You stop caring. You start doing whatever you want.

I think it's time folks. Some of these people have "served" for Decades. It's really time we start seriously looking a Limits. For the good of the Country. What say you?

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., was essentially stripped of any formal input into the legislative process in last November's election. I heave a sigh of relief over this fact every time I see her say something like this

She's talking about a bill that simply protects taxpayers from having to subsidize abortions through Obamacare. This is about just how out-of-touch progressives are on social issues. If you fail to show sufficient enthusiasm for paying to kill someone else's baby, it is a sign that you're heartless.

You know folks, I've said this before. I truly think she needs some help. I know she has always been a bit off. But I think she has totally lost it. I seriously think, that if there is anyone out there that truly cares about her, they need to get her an evaluation. I know the Democrats won't. They would never risk the Seat. So they will just let her continue slipping away.

Congratulation Nancey Pelosi. For making such an asinine statement like this, you ARE the Idiot of the Week. But then again, she is the one that pondered "Chirica." Her answer to cutting Healthcare Costs, and other Costs to the Federal Government and the States. Please, for your own good. Seek help.

Less damage could be done if they were NOT there. I agree. As Ramsay would say, "Oh come on! Shut it DOWN!" And of course, it was another one of these Middle of the Night deals.

In an after-midnight roll call, House Republican leaders persuaded conservatives early Friday morning to support a stop-gap bill nearly identical to one they had rejected just 30 hours earlier.

So what is different this time?

The bill, which will keep federal agencies funded through Nov, 18, passed over staunch objections from Democrats, who opposed a provision that would pair increased funding for disaster relief with a spending cut to a program that makes loans to car companies to encourage the production of energy-efficient cars.

So to the Democrats, it is more important for them to keep funding Liberal Agenda Items, than it is to Fund Disaster Relief. Well, at least AS important. We have NO MONEY! There is NO Market for "Green Cars." Just like Solyndra, and all the other Solar, Wind, and other Green Companies out there, if they do NOT get funded by the Government, they will go away. Then again, as we saw with Solyndra, even if you DO give them $500 Million bucks, they will STILL go away. WITH your money. No this is not likely to Pass ANYWAY. According to this Piece.

Boehner's victory could be short-lived. Senate Majority Leader Harry M. Reid (D-Nev.) said late Thursday that the measure could not pass his chamber, with a vote expected sometime Friday. A Senate defeat would leave Congress at a new stand-off.

"It fails to provide the relief that our fellow Americans need as they struggle to rebuild their lives in the wake of floods, wildfires and hurricanes, and it will be rejected by the Senate," Reid said of the bill.

No, it cuts spending on insane Liberal Agendas and takes money away from them who SUPPORT the Democrat Party. But none of this is what bothers me. THIS is. According to the Washington Post of course. But I can see this as the truth. This IS how they feel about the Conservatives and the Tea Party People out there. No, the the Washington Post, nor the Democrats. No I'm talking about the ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS. Get this.

Republicans defended the decision to hold the vote Wednesday, even though they realized it was likely to fail. The GOP leadership wanted to demonstrate to the recalcitrant conservatives that their actions had real consequences. One senior Republican adviser called the process “an educational experience.”

What they want you to believe is this. Those ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS WANT to work with the Democrats. They WANT to work with Obama. As long as they are getting a few nuggets thrown in their direction, they are happy with the scraps. Yet, those evil Conservatives, THEY are the problem. They have this absolute disdain for Authority. They want to do nothing but pander to, well, the Majority of this Country, but, they will not work with the Libs. Oh no! They will not work with poor Obama. OK, so? Here is what we will do. They want this stupid Bill? Give it to them. The Senate will not Vote on it, and the Government will shut down, and we will show them! But in TRUTH, WHO is it playing games?

Boehner’s leadership team knew that it would need Democratic votes to approve the plan, but only by Wednesday afternoon did they fully understand that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and House Minority Whip Steny H. Hoyer (D-Md.) were whipping their caucus to oppose the measure and make Boehner deliver nearly all Republican votes for passage. Rather than pulling the bill from the floor, Boehner told his deputies to hold the vote.

Rep. Dennis Ross (R-Fla.) said it best. He gets it. He said this.

“It’s painful to say that my vote helped my party lose this issue. I do not like that. I find no joy in that. I find no pride in that.

Those of us who were elected, especially just recently, have to justify why we were elected” — to cut spending.

He is RIGHT! That IS what they were sent there for. To STOP the Liberals. To STOP the out of control Spending. Stop the Government Overreach. Stop the Liberal Agendas and Government attacks on our Freedoms. NOT to work WITH them. Not to Compromise. Not to continue Business as usual in Washington. Those that stand tough, will stand tall in 2012.

Look, the Libs want to do what they always do. Spend. Cut nowhere, spend more. The ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS want to do what they always do. Give the impression that they are listening to the people, accept the scaps that are thrown at their feet, and hold up little insignificant things to say "See? See what we did for you?" Meanwhile compromising with the Left to give them whatever they want. No more. THAT IS the whole point. If Boehner can't get that, then it's time for NEW Republican Leadership. This is WHY it is so important to send reinforcements in 2012, and get Obama out. Just by sheer numbers, can we really make the changes we need to bring back REAL and TRUE Hope to the American People.

Time to wrap things up with the Idiot of the Week. I DOUBT that even the MMD can spin this one. No amount of talking points will convince any,,well, OK, ALMOST anyone that this is a true Statement. It is nearly incomprehensible that someone would ACTUALLY speak it out loud.

I know some of you will not like this. But the FACTS are the FACTS. It WAS Fannie and Freddie that started this whole mess. It WAS the Democrats that stood in the way of more Government Regulations. It was people like Barney Frank who said "I see nothing wrong with Fannie and Freddie. There's no problem here." {Barney Frank impersonation} Oh great, I just spit all over the Computer. "There is nothing wrong here. No. No need for these investigations." {Barney Frank impersonation} It was people like Maxine Waters that called the Investigators Racist. "I think we need to Investigate the Investigator. There is no problem here. The Problem is this Investigator." {Maxine Waters Impersonation}

Just the FACTS folks. It IS FACT that it IS the Liberal Leadership that began spending out of control. Started Regulating, well, Companies that they do not like. GM Pays NOTHING in Taxes. This is because they are in bed with the Liberals, and Obama himself. It is FACT that Jamming through Obamacare created the uncertainty that helped bring us to were we are now. Record high unemployment. As Obama is about to add 18 thousand PLUS to these numbers thanks to him closing down the Space Shuttle Program. It is FACT that those Shovel Ready Jobs never happened. Where is all the money? Double dip Housing Recession. Despite all the programs to save it. No Jobs, Foreclosures, uncertainty of Obamacare and NEW EPA Regulations, the Green Movement BS, ETC.

So yeah, Bush spent like 700, or 800 Billion on the Bank Bailout. But all this did was open the door for Obama to pend MORE than all Presidents up to NOW. Obama and the Liberal's QUEST to create a Liberal Socialist Dictatorship that created the mess we are in. Then they come out and say they want to double down. Spend MORE.

They lie all the time. Obama even Lies to his own Base. "I will close Gitmo." Still open. "I will end the war." He doubled down, and CREATED two more. "I will save the Economy and create Jobs." He has made it worse. He cost us Tens of THOUSANDS of Jobs. The De-Facto Moratorium caused Tens of Thousands of Jobs, and RAISED Energy Costs. He CAUSED Thousands of MORE Jobs lost in GM and Chrysler, forcing Dealers to close down all across the Country. He caused THOUSANDS of Jobs by causing small Businesses to close down all over the Country due to uncertainty over Obamacare, Taxation fears, and Green Regulation Fears. He WILL be causing Tens of THOUSANDS MORE jobs when the Shuttle lands for the last time. I just saw a Restaurant that fears they will close down because they rely on tourists and Employees at Cape Canaveral.

These are the FACTS. Like them or not. These are the FACTS. Forget what Obama and Crew tell you. These are the FACTS.So now this brings me to our Idiot of the Week. She actually said this. She fumbled through it, but she actually said it.

Most reoccurring theme is Tell us HOW. She is an Idiot. She is from a different Planet. She is a Twit. Well, she is a Twit. But no one is believing this. It WILL do, like most things that Obama and Crew say, the exact opposite.

One of my favorite Comments is from someone calling themselves Prevaricator, who said this.

As I told you just this past Sunday, Pelosi Not Going Away .

That's right, Nancy Pelosi may be out as Speaker, THANK YOU, but she is NOT going away. No folks, she wants to be Leader. Forget the fact someone else already holds that job. She don't care. I'm willing to bet someone talked her into this. I'll explain in a second. First, here is her letter of intent.

Then I posted her Letter stating her intent on becoming Minority Leader. Most likely hoping to imitate Sam Rayburn, and be in place in 2012, when the Republicans Lose the House again. {In their dreams.}But she hoped to be the Minority Leader and Speaker in waiting. Problem is, NO ONE WANTS HER! {Laughing} Not even her own people. Here is THEIR Letter to HER.

Letter from Defeated Members:

Many of us want the chance to run again and reclaim the seats that we lost on Tuesday. With you as the leader of House Democrats, the hangover of 2010 stands no chance of subsiding. Many of us have run our last race but remain committed to our party; we want to help recruit successful candidates to run in our stead.

Unfortunately, we fear that Republicans will further demonize you, and in so doing they will scare potential candidates out. The prospect of having to run against their own party leadership in addition to their Republican opponent is simply too daunting.

This is a difficult letter to write, because we admire your commitment, your drive, and your conviction. You have been an historic figure in our great nation, and for that we are all proud, as should you be. Nonetheless, we each experienced how Republican demonization of you and your leadership contributed to our defeat.

It is impossible not to judge the results of November 2nd as anything but a profound loss. We want to recover. Recovery of our majority in the House necessitates new leadership at the top of our party. We believe that you can and will play an extraordinary role in our party, and it is extremely unfortunate that Republicans have taken away your ability to lead as effectively as you are able.

Nonetheless, one mark of a strong leader is the ability to discern when it is time to pass the baton. As defeated members, whose party needs to rebuild, we are counting on you to show the strength of your leadership in this dark hour. We ask that you step aside as leader of our party in the House.

The Person that wrote this, leaked it out to Fox News and it has been making it's rounds all over the place. They WANT you to know that THEY do not want Pelosi either.{Laughing} They want her out faster than you do. They understand what this past Election meant. They also know that if the Republicans actually get it right, the Left will be out of power for a LONG time to come. It is all in the Republicans hands. They can solidify their Victory and stay in Leadership, or they can fail to listen to the People, and like in 94, move on with their own agendas, in which case the Senate will stay Democrat, Obama will have Term Two, and the Democrats will have a shot at taking back the House. But they know that this will be VERY difficult with Pelosi waiting in the Shadows. They can not very well attempt to convince the People that they have a new Message and Agenda, if the SAME Leader that made such a mess of things is waiting to take back charge. A Leader that has SHOWN time and time again, nothing but contempt for the People. A Leader that Governed AGAINST the Will of the People. Kind of hard to relay a new message with the same messenger.

So even the Democrats understand that she is Delusional. They really do get it. But no mater how Delusional she may be. No matter how hard Obama tries to jam through as much as he can in this next Lame Duck Session and or, the next two years, it IS the Republicans to keep or lose. It really is simple. To my Republican friends, FORGET what you THINK the American People want, LISTEN to the American People. Do the right thing. Or this Party we just beat, will return. It really is YOURS to keep or lose.

Over the past several days, I have spoken with many Democratic colleagues about how to continue our fight for to make our country more secure and strengthen the middle class, create jobs, protect Social Security and Medicare, and promote the innovation, technology and education to make America Number One in the world. As always, I am inspired by the fighting spirit of our Democratic Members.

As you know, Democrats have produced historic legislation in the area of health care, veterans' benefits, women's rights, Wall Street reform, and cutting taxes for 95 percent of the American people and millions of small businesses. And we have restored fiscal discipline to the Congress by making the deficit-cutting Pay As You Go rules the law of the land.

These accomplishments have begun the difficult work of recovering from the worst economic collapse since the 1930s and, according to independent reviews, prevented our country from plunging into another Great Depression. As a result, numerous congressional experts call this the most productive Congress in a half century. This was only possible because our Members had the courage of their convictions and put the interests of the Country first.

Our work is far from finished. As a result of Tuesday's election, the role of Democrats in the 112th Congress will change, but our commitment to serving the American people will not. We have no intention of allowing our great achievements to be rolled back. It is my hope that we can work in a bipartisan way to create jobs and strengthen the middle class.

Many of our colleagues have called with their recommendations on how to continue our fight for the middle class, and have encouraged me to run for House Democratic Leader. Based on those discussions, and driven by the urgency of protecting health care reform, Wall Street reform, and Social Security and Medicare, I have decided to run.

I am writing to respectfully request your support and I look forward to hearing your views. Please let me know what you are thinking.

You have no idea how hard it was for me to read this without interrupting it several times to set the record straight. First, NO ONE WANTS OBAMACARE. We want it repealed. No one wants your version of "Wall Street Reform." It will cripple our already hurting Economy. You created NO JOBS! Women Rights? Maybe she is referring to that "non-existent" provision in Obamacare that WILL pay for Abortions on Demand?

I think the BIGGEST struggle I had was reading past the whole "cutting taxes for 95 percent of the American people and millions of small businesses." THAT is COMPLETE BS.

Anyway, Pelosi said that she wants to be Leader to protect all the things they have accomplished. I'm really starting to think that she has lost her mind. THAT is the main reason that they are OUT. What they have accomplished is NOT what the American People want. But it should be fun watching the infighting when the Adults take over in January. Here is the reason I think someone got to her. Someone most likely told her about Sam Rayburn. According to Wikipedia

The Conventional Wisdom right now on the Left, and soon to be reported in the MMD, is that NOW the Republicans are going to take over, and blow it, and the Democrats will be back in power in 2012. This will reinstate Pelosi as Speaker once again and guarantee Obama a Second Term. We can not let that happen. If the Republicans actually listen to the PEOPLE, and NOT the Establishment Republican Leadership, IT WILL NOT HAPPEN. The Republicans WILL be in charge for a LONG time, as long as they actually DO the right thing. As long as they WALK the Walk, after successfully Talking the Talk. Now it's time to step up. We can not let the Loons take control back. We NEED Sanity in our Government.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi may need a reality check. She said on the Charlie Rose show Wednesday that she expects Democrats to maintain control of the House and re-elect her as speaker, The Hill reports.

"I have every anticipation that we'll come together in a similar format as we are now, with me as speaker of the House," Pelosi says. Most political analysts say the Democrats have only a slim chance of keeping a majority in the House. And several incumbent Democrats already have vowed to vote against re-electing their California colleague should the party be able to do so.

A new Gallup poll indicates that many voters would be happy to see Pelosi go too. Only 29 percent of Americans have a favorable opinion of her, down from 36 percent in May and the lowest rating since she became speaker in 2007, the survey shows.

Happy Friday to you. Time to go to the Emails. "What do you think of this?" Well, you already know what I think of Pelosi. She is a Twit. But make no mistake about it, the Loony Left does NOT want to extend ANY of the Bush Tax Cuts. They are just saying this, because the KNOW you are about to throw them out. "Keep us is, and we will extend the Bush Tax Cuts." No they won't. Listen to Pelosi. She fails to understand Economics 101. Or, what I rather believe, she is LYING to you.

When bush left office, the Deficit was around 700 BILLION. The 14 TRILLION dollar Deficit is all Obama and Crew.

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- Democratic leaders won't back an extension of tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Thursday, even as two more Senate Democrats were calling for extending tax cuts for all earners.

Asked at her weekly news conference if Democratic leaders are willing to consider extending the cuts, Pelosi replied: "No. Our position has been that we support middle-income tax cuts."

Tax breaks enacted in 2001 and 2003, during George W. Bush's presidency, are set to expire at the end of this year. Among the changes: the top individual tax rate would rise to 39.6% from 35%, and the tax rate on long-term capital gains for middle- and upper-income people would rise to 20% from 15%. Thursday morning, The Wall Street Journal reported that Democratic Sen. Kent Conrad said Congress shouldn't allow taxes on the wealthy to rise until the economy is on a sounder footing. Meanwhile, Sen. Ben Nelson, a Nebraska Democrat, also said through a spokesman that he supports extending all the expiring tax cuts for now. Nelson also wants to offset the impact on federal deficits as much as possible.

In rejecting an extension of the cuts, Pelosi said they've increased the deficit "enormously." They didn't create jobs in the eight years of the Bush administration, she added.

At least half a dozen House Democrats have also come out publicly in favor of postponing tax increases for higher earners, the Journal noted.

Republicans favor extending the breaks, but President Barack Obama and most Democrats want to extend only those breaks benefitting those who make $250,000 or less.

"Let me say that unemployment insurance -- we talk about it as a safety net and the rest -- this is one of the biggest stimuluses (sic) to our economy. Economists will tell you, this money is spent quickly. It injects demand into the economy, and it's job creating. It creates jobs faster than almost any other initiative you can name; because, again, it is money that is needed for families to survive and it is spent. So it has a double benefit. It helps those who have lost their jobs but it also is a job-creator."

Really? Moving money around doe not stimulate ANYTHING, except the guy sitting on his couch. It stimulate him to fin another show to watch. A job creator? You are lucky if you can pay your bills on unemployment. You are not going to Wal-Mart to buy a big screen TV. What world do these people live in?

Congratulations Pelosi, you ARE the Idiot of the Week. I'm glad to see when you are out of a job, you will FINALLY be creating some Jobs out there. Easy for you to say someone getting $270 a week from you is stimulation of the Economy, while you are flying around on Private Taxpayer Jets and making all that money YOU are making. Pelosi Lies Outright About Jobs

That's right, Obama and Crew are touting the New job numbers. They are LYING about them, but they are touting them. As you may or may not have heard, the new numbers are out. The U.S. jobless rate dipped in May, to 9.7% from 9.9%

GREAT NEWS!!! You see, you see? Obama is doing it. No, not really. Out of the 431,000 jobs that were added in May, 411,000 were Census hires. Those positions are TEMPORARY to say the least, and some even question the truth in these numbers. A LOT of people all over the Web and elsewhere are telling the same story. That the US Census Bureau fire them on Friday, then REHIRE them on Monday, which increases the numbers.

But forget that. Also forget that these are not real numbers to begin with. Part timers that want full time. People who gave up or who's benefits have run out. Lets just say that the number is real. 411,000 out of 431,000. These are:

1 - Government jobs. Which means YOU are paying their salaries.
2 - Temporary to say the least. At the most, MAYBE one year. MAYBE.
3 - NOT stirring the Market Place. Not increasing capital. Not improving the Economy. Nothing.

Pelosi Statement on May Jobs Report?

Truth is, Private-sector employment rose by only 41,000, the smallest monthly increase since January. So where are these 200,000 Jobs? Yeah. The do not exist. They are not real. Pelosi is outright lying about all this. So is Obama. They want you to believe that everything is getting better. They want you to believe that THEY are to thank for it, right in time for the Mid Term Elections.

Just the Fact that she said this, "While congressional Republicans do the bidding of Wall Street, Democrats will keep fighting for Main Street."shows how absurd this whole thing is. Purely Political. Not dealing in facts. Just Political rhetoric. Truth is, improve the Economy this does not.

Pelosi Orders Catholic Church To Preach Amnesty

Do you remember a while back when our Congress wanted to strip Churches of their tax exempt status from talking about Politics? Oh yeah. They were in full out attack mode against Christian Churches that were talking about Abortion, Homosexuality, or anything to do with Voting against certain Candidates. Remember that?

Just some examples?

In 1999, then-San Francisco Supervisor Mark Leno sought to initiate legal action to revoke the Mormon Church’s tax-exempt status because the church had encouraged its members to support Proposition 22, the 2000 initiative that defined marriage as between a man and a woman in California. The church’s position was that preservation of traditional marriage is religious issue.

In 2007, a church refused to allow a same-sex civil union ceremony in its worship facility because homosexual sex is contrary to the church’s core doctrines (see court document). The New Jersey Division on Civil Rights revoked the church’s property tax exemption with respect to that facility, even though New Jersey law expressly exempts from property tax “all buildings actually used in the work of associations and corporations organized exclusively for religious purposes, including religious worship…” (N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.6).

Yesterday, a federal appeals court upheld the Internal Revenue Service's decision to revoke the tax-exempt status of a church that had paid for newspaper ads against then-presidential candidate Bill Clinton in 1992.

The revocation is the first in the history of the IRS and serves as a warning from the federal judiciary that churches may not fund partisan activity. U.S. law granting tax-exempt status also forbids tax-exempt organizations from involvement in "any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office."

“Our patron saint of San Francisco, St. Francis of Assisi, he said, ‘preach the gospel --sometimes use words,’” said Pelosi. “We need the words to be said because it isn’t being picked up automatically.”

Lets forget the stupidity part of it. "preach the gospel --sometimes use words" How else would you PREACH the Gospel? Moron. Forget that. She just told the Catholic church to become ACTIVELY Engaged in Politics. Now do not misunderstand me. I personally have no problem with a Church educating their Congregation on Right and Wrong, or where a Person stands in reference to the teachings of the Church. First Amendment. I have no problem with that at all. The Left DOES. Over and over again. Yet here is pelosi telling the Catholic Church "Those bitter clingers, those Racist hicks sitting in your Pews, they need to be told that Amnesty and accepting Illegals is a 'manifestation of our living the Gospels.'" Really? Where? I bet she has never even read the Bible. She didn't even know what to call the Congregation. "I want you to instruct your, whatever the communication is -- the people" {Sigh}

Nancy, you twit. Your side is attempting to bar them, ANY Church, from talking politics. YOU and your ilk are looking at revoking Tax Exempt Statuses to help with the deficient. Now you are telling them that they need to push YOUR insane agenda? Seriously? What happened to the Wall?

WHY WOULD THEY EVEN CONSIDER THIS?? OK. MJ was a great performer and his contribution to the music industry and even Pop Culture can not be measured and will most likely NEVER again be duplicated. But in this country right now, we have trillions being spent, NOTHING solved. People losing their homes. No one can get loans. Unemployment at record highs, and a President taking over every Private Industry he can get his greedy little hands on. The House? They want to honor a Pop Star.

Lawmakers are free to use House speeches "to express their sympathy or their praise any time that they wish," said Pelosi, D-Calif. "I don't think it's necessary for us to have a resolution."

A resolution sponsored by Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, cites some of the singer's charitable acts and proclaims him an American legend, musical icon and world humanitarian.

{Sigh} Why not just make him a Saint?

Even before Pelosi's comments, some Democrats said privately they did not support the resolution and a divisive debate would hurt House efforts to muster the votes for priorities such as health care and climate change.

{Laughing} Leave the Weird Little Pop Star alone, we have a Socialistic agenda to push.

Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., who posted a video on YouTube calling Michael Jackson a "pervert" and a "pedophile," has pledged to do all he could to block the resolution.

Michael Jackson was acquitted in 2005 of charges that he molested a 13-year-old boy. Those allegations, and his admission that children slept in his bed at his home but nothing sexual occurred, have led some members of Congress to put distance between themselves and any formal honor for the entertainer.

"A resolution, I think, would open up to contrary views to — that are not necessary at this time to be expressed in association with a resolution whose purpose is quite different," Pelosi said at a Capitol Hill news conference where she discussed various legislative matters.

Unbowed, Jackson Lee said she will seek support from colleagues who thanked her when she introduced the measure June 26, one day after Michael Jackson died. She said honorary resolutions don't often "pass the next day."

"On this floor we elevate people and doing that we have to work to tell your story," she said after a House vote. But she would need support from Democratic leadership for the resolution to advance to the full House from the committee where it is now.

When members of the Congressional Black Caucus held a moment of silence in the House after Jackson died June 25, some lawmakers walked out of the chamber.

Jackson Lee has pledged that the resolution, now before the House Foreign Affairs Committee where she is a member, would come to the full House for debate. Such honorary measures normally move quickly from committee to the full House and pass on a voice vote.

But Jackson Lee's resolution was in trouble early. It drew only one co-sponsor, Rep. Diane Watson, D-Calif., and was not endorsed by other black caucus members.

From the stage at Jackson's memorial Tuesday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Jackson Lee hoisted a framed copy of the resolution.

So there you are. Pelosi did the right thing here. We have more important things to do in this country, than to waste time with a stupid and pointless resolution.

What is Juneteenth?

Hey folks,

What is it, and what do I think about it? Well, according to Juneteenth.com

From its Galveston, Texas origin in 1865, the observance of June 19th as the African American Emancipation Day has spread across the United States and beyond.

Today Juneteenth commemorates African American freedom and emphasizes education and achievement. It is a day, a week, and in some areas a month marked with celebrations, guest speakers, picnics and family gatherings. It is a time for reflection and rejoicing. It is a time for assessment, self-improvement and for planning the future. Its growing popularity signifies a level of maturity and dignity in America long over due. In cities across the country, people of all races, nationalities and religions are joining hands to truthfully acknowledge a period in our history that shaped and continues to influence our society today. Sensitized to the conditions and experiences of others, only then can we make significant and lasting improvements in our society.

So what do I think? I think it's GREAT. I mean that. I have no problem at all with it. We celebrate July 4th as our Independence Day in America. When we shook off the chains of bondage from the Church of England and the oppressive taxation of a Monarchy. So the Blacks have this Independence Day. Great.

As long as they do it for the right reasons. Now I know some want the new recognition of Congress to be a step toward reparations, but I do not see that as what this is about. Congresses move to recognize the day is a nice jester to the African American Community. Nancy Pelosi released this following statement.

"On June 19, 1865, the last slaves of African descent were freed when Union Major General Gordon Granger arrived in Galveston, Texas -- shortly after the end of the Civil War -- to enforce President Abraham Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation, an executive order issued two year prior on January 1, 1863.

"Since that day more than two centuries ago, many African Americans around our nation recognize June 19th as an historic turning point in our nation's history. Over the last few decades, this celebration of freedom has spread to South America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

"Today, as we reflect on the historic steps our country has taken to promote equality, let us recommit ourselves to ending modern-day slavery, discrimination, and exploitation so that all citizens of the world can live equally -- with respect and dignity."

Now see, this is where I become cautious. What exactly does she mean by "let us recommit ourselves to ending modern-day slavery, discrimination, and exploitation so that all citizens of the world can live equally -- with respect and dignity?"

Modern day slavery? Not here, unless you count the oppressive taxation and regulations that this new Administration seems hell bend on levying against the citizens. Discrimination? Yes there are some small pockets across the country where this is still relevant. Then again, you have ACTIVE Discrimination by the Left against Christians, Jews, and White folks. Exploitation? Again.

But she said, "all citizens of the world" NO! Seriously. We are NOT citizens of the world. We are Americans. Should we continue to strive toward total equality in OUR country? Of course. Are we the Policemen of the World? No. Whatever happened to Obama saying he does not want to impose our will on other countries? Let's start with our own first.

Some ways to speed up the process? Do away with Affirmative Action. Put those that WANT to divide rather than unite, out or business. Let's take a lesson from MLK Jr. Let's judge people on the content of their character and NOT the color of their skin.

It's time for the IWA. Normally I would give you a little history, or backround as to why I'm giving the Idiot of the Week Award to someone. But this week? I really do not have much to add.

Congratulations Nancy Pelosi, for, uh, whatever that was, and having those that WANT to prop you up, and protect you, speechless, you ARE the Idiot of the week.

Seriously, the "Clinton News Network" CNN? One of the most Lib networks out there? With reporters that have been told to continue this stupidity of Bush blaming and hatred, and protecting people like you? Yet that was so bad, THEY could not even believe it. She thought she was giving you a softball. A way to talk your way out of all this. Just say that you were told, but it was after and if there was a misunderstanding it was on the Reporters fault. Or of course, just blame Bush more than you did, and it would have been forgotten about. But when you say I did not know Then you say, well I was told that there were legal opinions for it, yet not that there were opposing ones. Uh, for and opposing to WHAT? Water-boarding Ms. Pelosi? Then saying briefing about twenty times started to sound like an Abbot and Costello bit. You are an Idiot. As my Dad used to say, "Tell the truth, you'll have less to remember."

Two Time Winner in Three Weeks

Hey folks,

It's SUNDAY! Time for the IWA. This one makes history. This weeks winner just won the IWA two weeks ago. This most definitely puts her on the fast track of being a possible IYA {The Idiot of the Year}

Two weeks ago, I talked about how she was just talking trash and pointed out the fact that she and her little crew in the House have done much worse. They enjoy a lower approval rating at that. But this week? This week it is serious. This week she and the Too Ignorant Crew say SCREW YOU! to the American people and went on vacation AGAIN!

Yes, I'm talking about Nancy Pelosi. After Months of YOU letting them know, about 70 percent of you and growing, that you want us to Drill Here, Drill Now, so we can Pay Less, having President Bush lift the Presidential restrictions, after Bill after Bill submitted, after all this, she turned out the lights and mics, ordered the cameras off, and ran for the exit to go on vacation.

NO ONE except a VERY few LWL {Far Left Wing Liberal Loonies} and a few Envionuts are against this. Even Obama has said that he may change his position on this now. But what does the Leader do? She tries to shut down Free Speech, avoid a vote on one of the most important issues that is effecting EVERY American, and go on Vacation.

Like I have said before. She does not care about the price of gas. YOU are paying for her gas anyway. Even if you were not, she has more money than you, she doesnt care what the cost is. She is not deciding what to cut out to put gas into her car like YOU are. She would rather pander to the extremists than do the right thing for poor hard working Americans just trying to get by.

We just had President Bush give us an EXCELLENT answer as to how, when, and where to build the new refineries we need. We have done away with all the Liberal Script talking point BS. We are ready to become free from the bondage of foreign oil. The only thing standing in the way? Pelosi.

Congratulations you twit. You ARE the Idiot of the Week. YOU Mrs. Pelosi are the problem in this country. YOU Mrs. Pelosi are the reason we continue to pay four dollars a gallon at the pumps. YOU Mrs. Pelosi are the one that just told the American people SCREW YOU. No Mrs. Pelosi, when the time comes, I hope that the American people FINALLY say SCREW YOU. You are nothing but a joke and you need to leave permanently. Maybe a NEW Speaker of the House, no matter WHO the controlling Party is, may be able to actually WORK for the American people.

Pot, Kettle, Black

Hey folks,

This week we have another example of an idiot trying to pass themselves off as the smartest person in the room. Another example of complete and utter disregard for FACTS and TRUTH. Another example of a pot, calling the Kettle black.

What am I talking about? This statement.

"You know, God bless him, bless his heart, president of the United States, a total failure, losing all credibility with the American people on the economy, on the war, on energy, you name the subject." Pelosi replied. She then tsk-tsked Bush for "challenging Congress when we are trying to sweep up after his mess over and over and over again."

{Laughing} Yes folks, this weeks winner is none other than Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi. She made this statement in regards to the President saying that they, Congress, has done NOTHING for the American people. That they have done NOTHING to help with the energy crises. Nothing to pass spending bills. NONTHING. They continue to play games but do nothing at the same time. This was her response?

I have news for you Pelosi. You are the Speaker of the House in the BIGGEST do nothing Congress in history. YOU have done NOTHING. Oh you put on show after show, but what have you accomplished? Well, OK. You have received the lowest approval rating in the history of this country. I guess that is something.

White House spokeswoman Dana Perino defended Bush.

"What the president said is a fact — this is the longest a Congress has gone in 20 years without passing a single spending bill, so it's clear that the speaker is feeling some frustration at their inability to do so."

I do not think that she is frustrated. I think the simple truth is, she is incompetent. This whole Congress has been incompetent. Unless they are attacking Bush, putting on a meaningless SHOW trial, or talking DOWN the economy, lying about the War, or trying to appease their FAR Left Loony Base, they can do NOTHING. They are completely ignorant and useless.

Congratulations Speaker Pelosi. For failing to take responsibility and actually doing your job, you ARE the Idiot of the Week. Now lift the Drilling Ban and actually HELP the American people who are suffering as a result of your inability to act.
