TUCSON, Ariz. — A Tucson mass shooting victim was taken into custody Saturday after yelling "you're dead" at a Tea Party spokesman during the taping of an ABC-TV town hall event hosted by Christianne Amanpour.

Where are the OUT CRIES? Where is Dupnik? Was it NOT the Vitriol Speech of the LEFT that drove this man to commit such an act?

The Pima County Sheriff's Office said J. Eric Fuller, 63, was involuntarily committed to an undisclosed medical facility, NBC News reported. The Associated Press said he was undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.

He faces charges of threats and intimidation and disorderly conduct, according to Tucson TV station KGUN.

The gathering for "After the Tragedy: An American Conversation Continued," to be shown as a special edition of "This Week" Sunday, included witnesses, first responders, victims and heroes of the Jan. 8 mass shooting that killed six and wounded 13 others, including Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Ariz.

Local officials and others also packed St. Odilia's Catholic Church in northwest Tucson, where the show was taped.

KGUN reported that Fuller took exception to comments by Republican state Rep. Terri Proud and Tucson Tea Party spokesman Trent Humphries.

Fuller was in the front row and apparently became upset when Humphries suggested that any conversations about gun control should be delayed until all the dead were buried, KGUN reported.

Fuller took a picture of Humphries and shouted, “You’re dead.”

Some media reports said Fuller kept booing and making other remarks before deputies escorted him from the church.

Also at the church were Tucson Mayor Bob Walkup, Rep. Raul Grijalva, D-Ariz., and former Rep. Jim Kolbe.

If Humphries decides not to press charges, the charges will be dropped, Pima Deputy Jason Ogan told Phoenix station KNXV.

The hospital will determine when he will be released, Ogan said.

Fuller reportedly felt a bullet hit his knee Jan. 8, but didn't know he had also been struck in the back. The Arizona Daily Star reported, Fuller, a naval air veteran, drove himself to Northwest Hospital after being shot. He was later taken to University Medical Center where he was released two days later.

Folks, right after the Shooting, Dupnik Blamed the whole thing on Palin, Talk Radio, and Conservatism in General. He said that it was his opinion that the Vitriolic Political Speech from the Right drove this Kook to caring out this Shooting Spree. The Media pick up and Liberals in Congress followed suit. They ALL started blaming Palin, Talk Radio, ETC. Some want to do away with the Second Amendment and Limit the First.

Even though we now learn otherwise, even though we are learning that this guy is a Liberal, Pot Smoking, Drug taking Kook, that has been after the Congresswoman since 2007, some are STILL attempting to blame the Right.

Well, I say that all this Vitriolic Hate Speech from the Left, drove this Kook to issue Death Threats at this meeting. We are going to be talking a lot about the Arizona Shooting Spree today. Coming right up today?

So since the Shooting, the Left has been attacking the Right. When the Right start fighting back, they are told to turn the other cheek. Then when it is discovered, or made known, that the Kook who carried out this horrendous act was actually a Pot Smoking, Drug Taking Liberal, who may have very well been influenced by Liberal Loon Sites like the Daily Koss, who DID post Vitriolic Hate Speech against Rep Gifford over her stance on Gun Control, the Left was fast to change course and say that it had nothing to do with Politics. Yet some are still going ahead with the attacks. Now we have THIS Kook, Eric Fuller, making Death Threats against whom? That's right, a Tea Party Spokesman. Yelling "You're Dead." So where is the blame being laid at the feet of the Left? Was this NOT a product of Vitriolic Hate Speech from the Left?

CNSNews.com) - Rep. Louis Gohmert (R.-Texas), a former prosecutor and judge and a current member of the House Judiciary Committee, is offering some advice to Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, who has gained national attention since Saturday for his suggestions that radio and television talk shows were somehow responsible for the shooting attack in Tucson that took the lives of 6 people and wounded 14 others, including Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.

Says Rep. Gohmert to the sheriff: “Shut up before you do any more damage to the prosecution’s case.”

At the Capitol on Wednesday, Gohmert told CNSNews.com, “As far as advice for the sheriff, you know, he’s an elected official. He’s an American. He’s not prohibited by law from making the ridiculous statements that he has that do more to help the defendant than they do anyone else, including the victims. And so, I know as a former prosecutor, my advice to the sheriff would be to shut up before you do any more damage to the prosecution’s case.”

Especially when he may have actually PROTECTED the Shooter in the Past. But Rep. Gohmert is right. If this Sheriff, the MMD, and those on the Left were successful in getting the Populace to believe that it was Talk Radio, people like Palin and the Conservative Movement, then the Defense, could just go out and BUY Palin's Book. Put a Radio in the Guys Room and turn the Station to whatever the Local Station is that has Rush. {See, See, it was the evil Right that made him do this. Yet, we KNOW different.

However, one of the question that is asked by those involved in the case during Jury Pick is "Do you know anything about this case? Do you have Strong Opinions either way?" How could you NOT hear about this case with this Moron Dupnik, running around soaking in his 15 minutes.

“Quit helping the defendant, sheriff,” Gohmert said. “But if he wants to help the defendant, he’s elected by the local people, and he’s free to help the defendant with their defense, if that’s what he chooses to do. And then the people can decide in the next election if that’s the kind of sheriff they want.”

"My advice to him?" said Gohmert, "if I were his prosecutor" 'Stop destroying our case while we're still trying to investigate.' And, further, if you do some more investigation as much as you've been running off at the mouth, we're going to have an airtight case."

When speaking at a press conference on Jan. 8, the day of the shooting, Dupnik said that Arizona had become the “mecca for prejudice and bigotry” and that “the vitriolic rhetoric that we hear day in and day out from people in the radio business and some people in the TV business” should prompt America “to do a little soul-searching.”

Also, on Monday, Jan. 10, Dupnik told ABC News, "The kind of rhetoric that flows from people like Rush Limbaugh, in my judgment he is irresponsible, uses partial information, sometimes wrong information, attacks people, angers them against government, angers them against elected officials and that kind of behavior in my opinion is not without consequences. And I think he’s irresponsible.”

YOU are the irresponsible one Sheriff. YOU are the one not doing your job you Moron. YOU are the one inciting Hatred and Bigotry. YOU are. I hope the People see it and throw you out of Office on your completely Stupid Liberal behind, you arse. You are not helping anyone to heal. You are not helping anyone to end this case. You are Prolonging it, and adding Vitriol to the Country.

When asked by ABC’s Diane Sawyer if it was right to link that kind of rhetoric to the shooting, Dupnik said, “Of course.”

CNSNews.com asked Rep. Gohmert if he has seen any hard evidence linking accused shooter Jared Lee Loughner to talk radio hosts or to American politicians, as Sheriff Dupnik has suggested.

Gohmert said, “What I have read and seen more indications of were that apparently this guy hated the flag, loved Karl Marx and [Hitler’s] Mein Kampf and had been an atheist. So, obviously, if there'd been talk show people who have enflamed him, it may be people the sheriff listens to, but it’s certainly not Sarah Palin or Rush Limbaugh or people that the sheriff kept trying to point to. And you know, during my days as a judge, you start noticing when people like that stand up and start accusing without any evidence other people. Normally you have to start on, okay, this guys got something to hide.”

Gohmert continued: “There’s something underneath here for a law enforcement official to immediately come out, without any evidence whatsoever and, in fact, evidence being to the contrary of what he’s saying, must have something to hide. We need to look into that, you know, ‘What did he know before this all happened?’ Was this lashing out coming from a guilty conscience? He knew things that he should have acted on that would have saved lives?”

Regarding the shooting in Tucson, Gohmert also said he is concerned that people are talking about restricting political discourse and free speech.

They ARE! Even though, we KNOW this had nothing to do with anything. Even though the President even came out and said so. Even THOUGH, we still have Morons on the Left, calling for hindrances on Free Speech, Gun Bans, Clip limits, The Fairness Doctrine. All this garbage even though it have NOTHING to do with the Shooting.

“What concerns is when people start talking about putting a lid on debate and disputes and discussions even when they’re a bit heated,” he said, “because one of the things that’s made America great is the differences of opinion. Unless one of us has a 100 percent lock 100 percent of the time on God’s truth, then we ought to listen to each other. Debate’s a good thing.”

Gohmert continued: “It’s what the Founders wanted when they created not one body but two bodies and that wasn’t enough to create the kind of gridlock they hoped for. They created a president that would be elected from another manner, not like a prime minister, and they created a judicial branch that could also veto them. They wanted some gridlock because they didn’t want it to too easy to make laws. They wanted disagreement.”

Before being elected to Congress in 2004, Gohmert served as a state district judge in Texas and then as a state appellate court judge.

Congratulations Rep. Louis Gohmert (R.-Texas), for not only having the ability to THINK, Understand, and the Courage to SPEAK, you are the Winner of the Display of Logic Award for this day, Sunday, 011611. Keep up the good work. DO NOT let the Left hijack this to further their agendas.

Time to wrap things up with the Idiot of the Week. Not only is he the Idiot of the Week, he is NUMBER ONE contender for Idiot of the Year 2012. It's going to take a lot to beat this guy out. This is also one of those rare occasions that YOU could see this one coming from a mile away. Was there ever any doubt?

Yes, our Idiot is NOT a true Law Enforcement Official. He is allowing his HATE and his Political views to cloud his Judgement. He is a Fame seeking Moron, that while he is playing Politician, he is IGNORING the REAL FACTS in this case. He needs to leave Office.

Of course I'm talking about Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik. OK. So we have this horrific Shooting Spree in his County. A Nine Year Old Innocent little Girl was killed. A REPUBLICAN Federal Judge was killed. Four others lost their lives this day. The main target of the Shooter, Moderate Democrat Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, who has a history of reaching across the Isle and working with Republicans, who has incited the LWL {Left Wing Looneys} because of her stance on the Second Amendment, who has had Vitriolic posts {Since removed} aimed at her by LWL Blogs and Websites, was shot in the Head.

So what does this Moron do? A half an hour after the Shooting, he gets on National TV, and BLAMES Conservatism, Talk Radio, and TV {Fox News} for inciting this guy to Violence. He claimed that it is the Vitriolic, insane, and HATE Speech, that those on the Right engage in, that drove this Kook to do what he did.

Well, the more time goes by, the more we learn that this guy is nothing more than a KOOK. A LIBERAL Kook at that. However, he was NOT influenced by Talk Radio, TV, or the News in any way. He NEVER watched, listened to, or read any of it. He never heard of Sarah Palin. He could care less about the Right Wing. As a matter of fact, we learned that he has been after this Congresswoman since 2007. BEFORE Palin, BEFORE the Tea Party.

The more we continue to learn about this KOOK, Jared Loughner, the more it's clear that our Idiot Dupnik, knew all about him. He has had SEVERAL run ins with Police. He has a history of making threats. As a matter of fact, unlike the MMD {Mass Media Drones} a BLOGGER actually had some REAL Facts to talk about. According to The Cholla Jumps

Jared Loughner has been making death threats by phone to many people in Pima County including staff of Pima Community College, radio personalities and local bloggers. When Pima County Sheriff’s Office was informed, his deputies assured the victims that he was being well managed by the mental health system. It was also suggested that further pressing of charges would be unnecessary and probably cause more problems than it solved as Jared Loughner has a family member that works for Pima County. Amy Loughner is a Natural Resource specialist for the Pima County Parks and Recreation. My sympathies and my heart goes out to her and the rest of Mr. Loughner’s family. This tragedy must be tearing them up inside wondering if they had done the right things in trying to manage Jared’s obvious mental instability.

So since Amy Loughner is a Natural Resource specialist for the Pima County Parks and Recreation, is it possible that this KOOK was protected? Dupnik knew who this guy was. He knew what kind of person this guy IS. He failed to act on it. If anyone is to blame for this, other than of course the Shooter, Jared Loughner, it should be the one that could have prevented this whole thing from happening. YOU Dupnik.

Now that even more is coming out about this whole mess, some , even on the left are standing up saying enough. There is no evidence whatsoever that this was Politically motivated. That's too funny. Half hour after the shooting, Palin, the Tea Party, Rush Limbaugh, the Conservative Movement was to blame. We find out the Guy is a Pot Smoking Liberal that AGREES with the LWL Policies, uh, we must come together. No evidence that this was Political. {Laughing}

Congratulations Dupnik, you may not be a good Sheriff, or even a Good Politician, but you ARE the Idiot of the Week. I hope someone can find that YOU protected this Kook and YOU failed to do your job. Instead of running around soaking up your 15 minutes, you might want to start thinking about covering your behind. I would not lose any sleep if YOU end up charged with Accessory to Murder, aiding and abetting. I would just be happy that you lose your Job as Top Cop. Because a Cop you are not.

They are doubling down on their usage of this poor Congresswoman clinging to life, the DEATH of a Republican Federal Judge, 9 year old little girl, and 4 others that lost their lives. THEY are the ones playing Politics, and attempting to get some of their power back, further agendas, and this is ALL Insane.

We have Bills being written to BAN Guns, Ammo, Limit the number of Bullets in a Clip. We have some in Congress proposing new regulations on how close you can get to your Representative. What you can and can not Post in Picture form ABOUT a Representative. What WORDS they will determine of course, are permitted to be used in debate. Some want to CHANGE the First Amendment to RESTRICT Voices of descent by the People of America toward Government. We have the renewal of the Fairness Doctrine. We have some that want to shut down ANY voice of descent out there.

We have this completely incompetent Sher,,,you know what? I'm not longer going to call this Idiot a Sheriff. He is showing himself DAILY that he is NOT. It is a Law Enforcement Professional's JOB, to stop people from breaking the Law. Something happens, it is their Job to put that person into the System. It is NOT their Job to assign Blame. Find Guilt, or Innocents. That is the Job of the Courts. Lawyers, Judges, Juries. Not the Cop that arrested the person, or the top Cop of the Department. Their Job is to Protect and Serve. Guilt and Innocents is that of the Courts. This guy is playing Politician. NOT Sheriff. He continues to go around and accuse HIS Political Opponents, ANYONE that doesn't agree with him on the Issues, the Left's Policies, and or Obama, as ACCOMPLICES to MURDER.

The problem with ALL of this, is that NONE of this is TRUE. This guy, Jared Loughner, is a mentally unstable {To say the least} individual that has been after this Congresswoman since 2007. He is NOT a Tea Party Member. He is NOT a follower of Palin. He did NOT listen to Rush or ANY Talk Radio. He is NOT a Right Wingnut. He is a crazy person that followed a fantasy in his head. The more we learn about this guy, the more we see he has NOTHING to do with Politics themselves. He is a CRAZY person that others were afraid of, the Police were aware of, and he should have been treated long before this.

But that doesn't stop this poser of a Law Enforcement Official from showing his complete inability to do his job. Yes I was and AM calling for this guy to get out of the Office he has hijacked for his 15 minutes. He has shown his inability to actually DO his job, due to his own Prejudice and Hate.

Well, looky looky here. Mark Halperin from Time had this exchange with Joe Scarborough on the TV Show Morning Joe.

“I just want to single out one thing. I think the media and the politicians have behaved pretty well so far.I’m worried about the anger of the right-wing commentariat,” Halperin said. “Fox and George Will and other conservatives are in some cases justifiably upset at liberals, but they’re turning this back into the standard operating procedure of ‘all this is war and fodder for content’ rather than trying to bring the country together.”

“Wait a second,” Scarborough responded. “I think they would say that you have that backwards, that a shooting was turned into fodder to attack conservatives.”

Halperin: “And, I already made that criticism, as well. they’re right, but rather than seizing on it and turning the other cheek, they’re back at their war stations. that’s not going to help us.”

That's right folks. Websites like the Huffy Post, or the Daily Koss can openly call for the Death of the President, Bush, VP Cheney, Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, and ANYONE that is not on their Political Side. But when WE speak out against Policies that we see as detrimental to the American Way of Life, disagree with the President and call him what the evidence suggests he is, and Tyrant, WE incited violence and WE are charged with accessory to this horrendous event. When the Left make these insane allegations, we are suppose to "Turn the other cheek?" I think not.

Folks, like I said before. These people are making themselves look like utter Fools. As we learn more about Loughner, the more we learn he is nothing more than a Mentally unstable Individual that has been planning this since 2007. Long before anyone really knew who Palin was, long before the Tea Party even existed. They are looking more and more foolish as time goes on.

A message to all those new House Members and the new Speaker of the House. DO NOT get caught up in this insanity. DO NOT get tricked into going along with these people on the Left that want to destroy the very reason the First and Second Amendments are even there. No dissent? No protection against a Tyrannical Government. No speaking out against Policies that are there to take away Freedoms and CHANGE the very Foundation of the Country? If they get their way, they WILL do it. They WILL Restrict and silence Voices that do not agree with their insane agendas, and they WILL take away your RIGHT to defend yourself. In spite of all the evidence to the contrary, they continue to attempt to spin this for their own Political Gain. Do NOT let them get away with it. PERIOD.

Both the insanity of the Shooter, and that of the State Run MMD {Mass Media Drones} and the Liberal Loons in Congress. I also have to comment about this Sheriff who is getting his Fifteen Minutes. He should be FIRED.

First my heart and Prayers, as I'm sure most of YOURS out there, continue to be with those that are attempting to recover, and with those who lost loved ones during this horrendous tragedy.

OK. The FACTS. This guy Loughner. Those who knew him say that he was a Pothead. That he was a Liberal Loon in his Political Views. Hell, the guy wanted to make Marijuana the new National Currency.

He was FEARED by his Classmates. The claim that they would sit near the door for an easy escape in case he brought a Gun into School.

He went to a number of her Public Appearances He thought that she was not respecting him. There is evidence that he has been after her since around 2007. LONG before Palin became a favorite target of the Liberal Loons, and LONG before the Tea Party even existed.

He NEVER mentioned Palin, Talk Radio, the "Republican Right." As a Matter of Fact, one of the last things he wrote about is his anger at the ECONOMY. Who is it that got us here? That's right. Obama and Crew. The NEWEST Member, the New Chief of Staff William Daley, was a Lobbyist for, and sat on the BOARD of, Fannie Mae. Also on the same day Obama announced this guy to be his new chief of staff, the former J.P Morgan Chase & Co. Executive exercised restricted stock in the Investment Bank valued at $2.7 million. So this guy helped put us where we are now, and PROFITED from it majorly.

Yet, this Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, on the day of the Shooting, came out and attacked Sarah Palin and the Tea Party. No evidence whatsoever that this Kook has ANYTHING to do with either. But he sure is enjoying his Fifteen Minutes. Being on TV, Flying all over the place. SOMEONE is paying for all this. It's not HIM.

Look, this guy is a Liberal Democrat that ran for Office as a Democrat. He actual made a Statement that, and I'm paraphrasing here, "Debate is good, but there are consequences." Yes, the show must go on as they say. Since some on the Left will NOT be putting politics aside, some blaming Sarah Palin, some blaming the Tea Party, some blaming Obacare, some the REPEAL attempt of Obamacare. "All legislation currently scheduled to be considered by the House of Representatives next week is being postponed so that we can take whatever actions may be necessary in light of today's tragedy," Cantor said in a prepared statement.

Giffords had received threats for her support of the healthcare reform bill and her office in Tucson was vandalized after the measure passed Congress last March.

Repeal of the law is a priority of Republicans who won control of the House in November elections, and it is expected to pass the House easily when the vote takes place.

The effort is not expected to advance in the Democratic-controlled Senate, however.

Cantor said he would release a revised House schedule on Sunday.

"It is horrifying that she was exposed to such violence at an event designed to reach the people she represents," Cantor said.

So it's not just repeal of Obamacare, but ALL Legislation currently scheduled to be considered by the House of Representatives next week is being postponed. Those on the Right want to know the FACTS. We want to know who he was working with. We want to know what his motives was. The Left? Playing Politics as usual. OK. As they say, the Show must go on.There is other news out there. This IS a terrible tragedy. And questions need answering. But one thing is for sure, Life goes on, and we will get back to business at hand as soon as we can. We STILL need to take this Country back from the Liberal Democrats that have declared it unjust and in need of complete destruction, in the hope to remake it into something it should never be. This guy seems to be a loose screw, and possibly a Patsy. But he does NOT represent true American Patriots that will do anything within the LAW, at the Voting Booth, through Phone calls and Emails, and the encouragement of newly Elected Officials to do the Right thing.
