The FACTS On Loughner Being Ignored

The Liberal Loons Attempting to NOT let this tragedy go to waste.

Hey folks,

We'll check in at the Energy Front tomorrow. I have to comment about this INSANITY. Both the insanity of the Shooter, and that of the State Run MMD {Mass Media Drones} and the Liberal Loons in Congress. I also have to comment about this Sheriff who is getting his Fifteen Minutes. He should be FIRED.

First my heart and Prayers, as I'm sure most of YOURS out there, continue to be with those that are attempting to recover, and with those who lost loved ones during this horrendous tragedy.

OK. The FACTS. This guy Loughner. Those who knew him say that he was a Pothead. That he was a Liberal Loon in his Political Views. Hell, the guy wanted to make Marijuana the new National Currency.

He was FEARED by his Classmates. The claim that they would sit near the door for an easy escape in case he brought a Gun into School.

He went to a number of her Public Appearances He thought that she was not respecting him. There is evidence that he has been after her since around 2007. LONG before Palin became a favorite target of the Liberal Loons, and LONG before the Tea Party even existed.

He NEVER mentioned Palin, Talk Radio, the "Republican Right." As a Matter of Fact, one of the last things he wrote about is his anger at the ECONOMY. Who is it that got us here? That's right. Obama and Crew. The NEWEST Member, the New Chief of Staff William Daley, was a Lobbyist for, and sat on the BOARD of, Fannie Mae. Also on the same day Obama announced this guy to be his new chief of staff, the former J.P Morgan Chase & Co. Executive exercised restricted stock in the Investment Bank valued at $2.7 million. So this guy helped put us where we are now, and PROFITED from it majorly.

Yet, this Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, on the day of the Shooting, came out and attacked Sarah Palin and the Tea Party. No evidence whatsoever that this Kook has ANYTHING to do with either. But he sure is enjoying his Fifteen Minutes. Being on TV, Flying all over the place. SOMEONE is paying for all this. It's not HIM.

Look, this guy is a Liberal Democrat that ran for Office as a Democrat. He actual made a Statement that, and I'm paraphrasing here, "Debate is good, but there are consequences." So in other words what this Moron is saying, is the typical Liberal BS. The Left can say and do whatever they want. They can Lie, Cheat, and COMPLETELY make stuff up. Like with Bush and Palin. They can Lie and make stuff up about the Tea Party. They can attack Private Citizens like Joe the Plumber, and go after Rush with the full power of Congress. The Liberal Loon sites out there can post WHATEVER they want, including OPENLY wishing for the Death of Rush, Cheney, and others. The MMD can do the same. But YOU? YOU better not even THINK about criticising Obama. If you do it's Racist, Bigoted, and HATE SPEECH. Do not even think about opposing insane and ANTI-AMERICAN Legislation coming out of the Congress. You're too stupid to know what's good for you anyway.

Folks, there is NO Evidence whatsoever that this guy is anything more than a Mentally Deranged individual. He does not represent ANYONE but himself. He does not listen to Talk Radio, nor is a member of the Tea Party. This is NOT a product of someone being driven to this by Palin, Rush, or anyone else. He is a KOOK and needs to be locked away for life.

Folks, these Idiots, from the Sheriff, whom is incapable of doing his job, so he should be FIRED, to the Liberals in Congress that already have Bills written to ban Guns and Ammo, to the MMD. They are ALL making themselves look like complete fools. They are all showing us WHY they were thrown out of power. The Insanity of the Left, continues to grow daily. I'm starting to wonder if ANY of them are actually fit to Serve. Well, work. They only Serve themselves.

Update On The Shooting Spree

Six Dead, 12 Wounded

Hey folks,

Here is the latest update on the Shooting Spree that took place in Tucson, Arizona. According to CNN- Federal judge dead, congresswoman among 12 wounded in shooting

CNN) -- A federal judge was killed and a congresswoman gravely wounded Saturday in a shooting outside of a Tucson, Arizona, grocery store, according to police and government officials.

In all, six people died and 12 were wounded in the shooting, including U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Arizona, according to Rick Kastigar, bureau chief for the Pima County Sheriff's Department.

President Barack Obama later said Chief Judge John Roll of the U.S. District Court for Arizona was among the dead.

Gabe Zimmerman, the director of community outreach in the congresswoman's Tuscon office, died in the attack, Giffords' press secretary C.J. Karamargin said, as did a 9-year-old girl, according to authorities.

The girl is one of four victims whose identity has not yet been released.

Now I have a Photo of the Shooter, Jared Lee Loughner. However I'm not going to post it. As far as I'm concerned, the only attention he needs is that of which he is about to get behind Bars. He is not a Hero, nor is he anything more than a mindless Tool, most likely used by someone else to carry this out.

An Arizona law enforcement source and a federal law enforcement source identified the suspect as Jared Lee Loughner. Other law enforcement sources put his age at 22. U.S. Capitol Police said the suspect was in custody.

Police recovered a 9mm Glock Model 19 handgun, according to senior law enforcement sources. The weapon had a 30-round magazine, a federal law enforcement source briefed on the investigation said.

An Arizona law enforcement source told CNN that Loughner is not talking to investigators and has invoked his right against self-incrimination.

Dr. Peter Rhee of University Medical Center in Tucson, said Giffords, 40, had undergone surgery for a single gunshot to the head that passed through her brain. Giffords was among five patients listed in critical condition, Rhee said.

Now according to Reuters:

Giffords was airlifted to a hospital in Tucson where she underwent surgery. One of the doctors who treated her said he was optimistic about her recovery. The bullet traveled straight through her brain, he told reporters.

At least two victims with gunshot wounds were transported to another hospital, Northwest Medical Center, according to spokesman Richard Parker.

Kastigar declined to comment on a possible motive for the attack. Police have set a news conference to discuss developments in the case for 6 p.m. (8 p.m. ET).

The attack occurred after 10 a.m. (noon ET) outside a Safeway grocery store where Giffords was holding a previously scheduled constituent meeting.

Giffords staffer Mark Kimble told CNN affiliate KGUN that the congresswoman did not have any security with her Saturday morning, which was not unusual for her.

"She wants to be as accessible to the people who elected her as possible," Kimble said.

Karamargin said he was not aware of any call for Giffords to heighten her security measures because of recent threats.

Tucson police Chief Roberto Villasenor said his department had secured the homes and offices of some unnamed federal officials as a "precautionary measure."

Although U.S. Capitol Police said there was no evidence of a broader threat involving federal officials, the agency said it had advised other members of Congress to take "reasonable and prudent precautions regarding their personal safety and security," the agency said in a statement.

Obama said he had directed FBI Director Robert Mueller to travel to Arizona to support the investigation. An FBI spokesman said the agency was sending agents to the scene,

Rhee, in a brief news conference at the hospital, said that Giffords had been moved to intensive care from surgery and said he was "very optimistic" about her recovery.

"I'm about as optimistic as it can get in this situation," he said.

He said the next 24 hours will be key for determining the extent of her recovery.

A Prayer at this time for her and her Family, and for the Families of ALL involved would be appropriate at this time if you are so inclined.

Giffords, a Democrat, was first elected in 2006. She has served as chairwoman of the House Space and Aeronautics Subcommittee and also holds seats on the House Science and Technology and Armed Services committees.

She won her third term in a closely contested race against a Tea Party-sponsored candidate and was one of three Democratic legislators who reported vandalism at their offices following the March vote on health care reform.

She is married to Navy Capt. Mark Kelly, a NASA astronaut who is scheduled to lead a space shuttle mission to the International Space Station.

Roll was a 1991 Bush appointee to the federal bench. The chief judge for the U.S. District Court for Arizona, he was originally from Pennsylvania.

Colleagues and admirers of Giffords and Roll reacted quickly to the shooting.

Sen. John McCain, R-Arizona, said the attack was committed by a "wicked person who has no sense of justice or compassion."

"Whoever did this, whatever their reason, they are a disgrace to Arizona, this country and the human race, and they deserve and will receive the contempt of all decent people and the strongest punishment of the law," he said.

Obama called the attack an "unspeakable tragedy."

"We do not yet have all the answers," he said. What we do know is that such a senseless and terrible act of violence has no place in a free society."

House Speaker John Boehner said he was "horrified" by the shooting.

"An attack on one who serves is an attack on all who serve," he said. "Acts and threats of violence against public officials have no place in our society."

Chief Justice of the United States John Roberts issued a statement decrying the shootings and the loss of Roll, whom he called a "wise jurist who selflessly served Arizona and the nation with great distinction."

"Chief Judge Roll's death is a somber reminder of the rule of law and the sacrifices of those who work to secure it," Roberts said.

Rep. Chellie Pingree, D-Maine, said an incident like this could have a chilling effect on the frequent weekend listening post sessions many members of Congress have with their constituents.

"It does give you pause," Pingree said.

Yes it does. Now I know some are already playing Politics with this. Some are Blaming Sarah Palin. Some are Blaming the Tea Party. Some are already thinking about who may fill her Seat if she passes. I kid you not. But some, like the Republican Leadership in the House are putting Politics aside. It's the RIGHT thing to do right now. May ALL involved have the peace, strength, and comfort, that they ALL need at this time.

Normally, I would say Happy Saturday. Well, actually, I would say nothing because I'm usually NOT here. But this is a sad day.

I do not care who you are. I do not care what you believe. NO ONE deserves to be Shot in the Head. This is Breaking News so all the details are still being sorted out. But it appears that Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was shot in the head today, Saturday, 010811 and an Aide was killed, along with a 9-year-old Girl who died, when a man identified as Jared Laughner, opened fired outside a Grocery Store as the Democratic Lawmaker met with Constituents.

This just in, US Marshal tells AP that a Federal Judge was fatally shot in the attack on Congresswoman. No name of the Judge nor the Aid that was killed as of yet. More to come I'm sure.

You know, try as I may, I can not see why anyone would want to Kill this Woman. She has established herself as one of the most Centrist members of Congress. She is a member of the Blue Dog Coalition and New Democrat Coalition working for Fiscally Conservative, Pro Business Economic Policies. Yeah she was all for Amnesty, AKA Path to Citizenship. But seriously, I do not see any reason why she out to be shot. Why anyone would have a REAL reason to Hate her ways of Policies. She is an Attractive Women who describes herself as follows.

"You know, actually as a former Republican, you know, I consider myself someone who is pretty in the middle, I'm a blue dog Democrat, and one that is interested in making sure that our country maintains our prosperity and frankly, our superiority over other countries and that's where we look at these threat, obviously our defense budget, our level of education," she said in an interview with Fox this week.

She is NOT a member of the LWL {Left Wing Looneys} She is not a Right Wingnut. She is someone who seems to have the ability to think for herself and apply Logic and Reason to situations. Someone who seeks out the Truth of the Matter in dealing with whatever it is she is dealing with at the time.

I'm sure we will have more information on this either Later Today or Tomorrow during the Big Sunday Edition. May the Family of the slain Aide have the Peace and Comfort they need at this time. May the Families of ALL those wounded, including of course Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, have the courage and strength they need in this time. May God be with them all.

As for the Shooter, Jared Laughner, may he get what's due him, and may we find the answer that everyone asks in times like these. Why? I agree with The New Speaker of the House John Boehner

"I am horrified by the senseless attack on Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and members of her staff. An attack on one who serves is an attack on all who serve. Acts and threats of violence against public officials have no place in our society. Our prayers are with Congresswoman Giffords, her staff, all who were injured, and their families. This is a sad day for our country."
