This is what I'm talking about is my issue, well, MAIN issue, with the Trayvon Martin Case. One guy, regardless of the Circumstance, is Shot to death, INSANITY engulfs the Country. Two White kids Murdered right here in Florida? No one takes notice? Where's Obama? The Guy that killed them is Black. They are White. Is this not a HATE Crime? Were is Jesse and Al? Well, we know where they are. But where WERE they when this happened.

Thankfully the guy that Murdered them is in Jail for Life. But why are their Faces NOT on the Cover of People? Where is their MERE mention by Obama? Well, the Parents of these two would like an official answer. Don't hold your breath. They answered their own question. The parents of two British students murdered in Florida have criticised President Barack Obama for his lack of compassion over their sons' deaths.

His failure to respond to three letters sent to the White House was because there was no "political value" and not worthy of a few minutes of his time.

They spoke out as teenager Shawn Tyson began a life sentence after being found guilty of the murder of James Cooper and James Kouzaris last April.

The 17 year old, who shot the men as they begged for their lives, will die in prison.

Or be pardoned and set free by some Liberal that convinces someone that he does not deserve it. That the only reason he was arrest was because he's Black. Or some sort of nonsense.

His conviction of first degree murder carries an mandatory life sentence without the chance of parole.

The powerfully built teen even looked bored as emotional DVD presentations about the dead men prepared by their grieving parents were shown in court.

Tyson, who has the word 'Savage' tattooed across his chest didn't show a flicker of emotion, slumping in his seat as he was forced to watch a montage of photos showing the victims from early childhood to young men.

Two close friends of the dead men who had attended the eight day trial in Sarasota, Florida. had also delivered highly emotional impact statements to the court prior to the sentencing.

Paul Davies and Joe Hallett spoke of the "living hell" they and others who knew the men had suffered since the murders.

During the eight day trial they had been shown graphic crime scene and autopsy photos shown in court.

Later speaking after Tyson was jailed Davies and Hallett lashed out at Mr Obama saying the deaths of their friends was "not worthy of ten minutes of his time."

Davies said:"We would like to publicly express our dissatisfaction at the lack of any public or private message of support or condolence from any American governing body or indeed, President Obama himself.

"Mr Kouzaris has written to President Obama on three separate occasions and is yet to even receive the courtesy of a reply.

"It would perhaps appear that Mr Obama sees no political value in facilitating such a request or that the lives of two British tourists are not worthy of ten minutes of his time."

Yup. Be it them, James Cooper and James Kouzaris, The "White Girl" that Congresswoman Corrine Brown (D-Fla.)can't remember, even though there were "Protests" for her, or a Sweet Innocent Jewish Girl {Miriam Monstango} who was hunted and Murdered, just because she is Jewish? Where are the Hoodies? Or whatever the two British Students were wearing that day? Where are the calls to ESCALATE Protests?

Now I know. You are thinking, yeah, but the Murderer of Miriam Monstango is dead, and the Murderer of James Cooper and James Kouzaris, is Jailed for Life. Zimmerman is still out. What about the White Person that just died Last nigh? My point is that murders take place every day in this Country. Black on Black, White on White. White on Black, Black on White, As in the Trayvon Case, Hispanic on Black. Males on Females, ETC. You NEVER hear anything about it. This Case is so disturbing to me, not because it happened, but because of what WILL happen because of a few seeking to Profit from it. How do you feel this helps Race Relations in this Country? Trayvon on the cover of People, and White kids die in silence? Just saying.

This is Friday so I'm going through the Emails and I'm having a hard time seeing ANYTHING NOT related to Arizona and the Shooting. So this Sunday, I will take the time out to answer them all. Happy Friday to ya. Since it IS Friday, Time to go to the Emails.

"What's next? Bike License?" Most likely. I knew this had to be a Democrat. According to CBS News Philly - NJ Politician Proposes License Plates For Bicycles

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – If a proposed bill becomes law in New Jersey, bicyclists will have to pay to register bikes or face a fine.

The bill, introduced by Democratic New Jersey assemblywoman Cleopatra Tucker of Essex, requires owners to register bikes with the Motor Vehicle Commission for $10 dollars a piece or face fines up to $100. A license plate would be issued and will have to be displayed when riding on public roads. Plates would be valid for two years.

John Boyle with the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia is against the proposed bill.

“Her office has an issue with bicyclists on the sidewalks,” he said. “We are asking our New Jersey members and people in the state of New Jersey to contact their state assembly representatives and ask them to oppose this legislation,” Boyle said.

Boyle says the enforcement will be almost impossible. He believes it would also be a drain on police resources and a financial burden to some.

It's typical. She is a Liberal Democrat. It's also nothing to do with Bikes on the Sidewalks. What Democratic New Jersey assemblywoman Cleopatra Tucker of Essex is concerned about is MONEY. She sees this as an easy way to rob the people of NJ of more of their money.

If you have to register, and get Plates for your Bikes, you have to enter into a LEGAL contract with the State. Last I checked, you had to be an Adult to do so. So would this ban Bikes from kids? If the People riding the Bikes hurt someone, would the STATE not now hold responsibility? They gave them a License to ride. Will the Bikers now have to go and take tests, ETC.?

I'm willing to bet she doesn't care about all that. Someone told her there are, say, a Million Bikes in NJ. She thought, "Well, if we find a way to charge them $10.00 a piece?" You get the point.

They are doubling down on their usage of this poor Congresswoman clinging to life, the DEATH of a Republican Federal Judge, 9 year old little girl, and 4 others that lost their lives. THEY are the ones playing Politics, and attempting to get some of their power back, further agendas, and this is ALL Insane.

We have Bills being written to BAN Guns, Ammo, Limit the number of Bullets in a Clip. We have some in Congress proposing new regulations on how close you can get to your Representative. What you can and can not Post in Picture form ABOUT a Representative. What WORDS they will determine of course, are permitted to be used in debate. Some want to CHANGE the First Amendment to RESTRICT Voices of descent by the People of America toward Government. We have the renewal of the Fairness Doctrine. We have some that want to shut down ANY voice of descent out there.

We have this completely incompetent Sher,,,you know what? I'm not longer going to call this Idiot a Sheriff. He is showing himself DAILY that he is NOT. It is a Law Enforcement Professional's JOB, to stop people from breaking the Law. Something happens, it is their Job to put that person into the System. It is NOT their Job to assign Blame. Find Guilt, or Innocents. That is the Job of the Courts. Lawyers, Judges, Juries. Not the Cop that arrested the person, or the top Cop of the Department. Their Job is to Protect and Serve. Guilt and Innocents is that of the Courts. This guy is playing Politician. NOT Sheriff. He continues to go around and accuse HIS Political Opponents, ANYONE that doesn't agree with him on the Issues, the Left's Policies, and or Obama, as ACCOMPLICES to MURDER.

The problem with ALL of this, is that NONE of this is TRUE. This guy, Jared Loughner, is a mentally unstable {To say the least} individual that has been after this Congresswoman since 2007. He is NOT a Tea Party Member. He is NOT a follower of Palin. He did NOT listen to Rush or ANY Talk Radio. He is NOT a Right Wingnut. He is a crazy person that followed a fantasy in his head. The more we learn about this guy, the more we see he has NOTHING to do with Politics themselves. He is a CRAZY person that others were afraid of, the Police were aware of, and he should have been treated long before this.

But that doesn't stop this poser of a Law Enforcement Official from showing his complete inability to do his job. Yes I was and AM calling for this guy to get out of the Office he has hijacked for his 15 minutes. He has shown his inability to actually DO his job, due to his own Prejudice and Hate.

So in other words what this Moron is saying, is the typical Liberal BS. The Left can say and do whatever they want. They can Lie, Cheat, and COMPLETELY make stuff up. Like with Bush and Palin. The Liberal Loon sites out there can post WHATEVER they want, including OPENLY wishing for the Death of Rush, Cheney, and others. The MMD can do the same. But YOU? You're too stupid to know what's good for you anyway.

Well, looky looky here. Mark Halperin from Time had this exchange with Joe Scarborough on the TV Show Morning Joe.

“I just want to single out one thing. I think the media and the politicians have behaved pretty well so far.I’m worried about the anger of the right-wing commentariat,” Halperin said. “Fox and George Will and other conservatives are in some cases justifiably upset at liberals, but they’re turning this back into the standard operating procedure of ‘all this is war and fodder for content’ rather than trying to bring the country together.”

“Wait a second,” Scarborough responded. “I think they would say that you have that backwards, that a shooting was turned into fodder to attack conservatives.”

Halperin: “And, I already made that criticism, as well. they’re right, but rather than seizing on it and turning the other cheek, they’re back at their war stations. that’s not going to help us.”

That's right folks. Websites like the Huffy Post, or the Daily Koss can openly call for the Death of the President, Bush, VP Cheney, Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, and ANYONE that is not on their Political Side. But when WE speak out against Policies that we see as detrimental to the American Way of Life, disagree with the President and call him what the evidence suggests he is, and Tyrant, WE incited violence and WE are charged with accessory to this horrendous event. When the Left make these insane allegations, we are suppose to "Turn the other cheek?" I think not.

Folks, like I said before. These people are making themselves look like utter Fools. As we learn more about Loughner, the more we learn he is nothing more than a Mentally unstable Individual that has been planning this since 2007. Long before anyone really knew who Palin was, long before the Tea Party even existed. They are looking more and more foolish as time goes on.

A message to all those new House Members and the new Speaker of the House. DO NOT get caught up in this insanity. DO NOT get tricked into going along with these people on the Left that want to destroy the very reason the First and Second Amendments are even there. No dissent? No protection against a Tyrannical Government. No speaking out against Policies that are there to take away Freedoms and CHANGE the very Foundation of the Country? If they get their way, they WILL do it. They WILL Restrict and silence Voices that do not agree with their insane agendas, and they WILL take away your RIGHT to defend yourself. In spite of all the evidence to the contrary, they continue to attempt to spin this for their own Political Gain. Do NOT let them get away with it. PERIOD.

Prop 8 Constitutionality To Be Decided Today

Only one problem as I see it.

There is SO MUCH I want to talk about. Seriously. It has been a busy News Week, and it's only Hump Day. The US Senate Shelved Cap and Tax, Maxine Waters, Charlie Rangel, the Congressional Black Caucus playing the Race Card against Democrat Leaders, Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli said Screw You Obama, we WILL check Legal Status, Virginia's Obamacare suit will proceed, and much more.

But today is a day, where what the PEOPLE have decided, Voted on and a State Constitution was Amended, will stand or not. This is a CLEAR example of some attempting to justify AGENDAS over the Will of the People. Of course, I'm talking about Prop 8 in California.

The People Voted. The VAST Majority Voted FOR Prop 8, which Amended to Constitution to declare that Marriage was between one Man, and one Woman. Once that passed, some activists went nuts, protesting Churches and following typical stereotypes. Problem is 70 percent of MINORITIES. Mostly in the Black Community Voted FOR Prop 8. It was not the Right. It was not Churches. It was Minorities and everyday people that Voted this into Law. I do not remember seeing them go into the Projects to act like Idiots. Did you see them Protesting in Little Havana? Did you see them go to Minority Businesses a attempt to Boycott them? Did you? {Smile}

So of course, since the Liberal Agenda failed in the arena of Ideas, they did what the always do. SUE to attempt to FORCE their point of view, agenda, and belief, on everyone.

Well, today is the day that a Federal Judge will issue his Ruling on this whole thing.

According to LA Now - Federal judge to rule on whether gays and lesbians have a constitutional right to marry [Updated]

A federal judge in San Francisco will decide Wednesday whether gays and lesbians have a constitutional right to marry.

U.S. District Chief Judge Vaughn R. Walker, who presided over a trial earlier this year on the constitutionality of Proposition 8, will release his long-awaited ruling Wednesday on whether the 2008 ballot initiative violates the U.S. Constitution, a court spokeswoman said. [Updated, 5:50 p.m.: His ruling is expected to be released between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.]

Walker, an appointee of President George H.W. Bush, heard myriad witnesses testify about the history of marriage, the nature of homosexuality and the degree of power gays and lesbians possess in the political system during the 2 1/2-week trial in January.

Most of the testimony favored marriage rights for homosexuals. Walker’s decision is expected to be appealed to the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and then up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

A Los Angeles-based group funding the litigation hired former Solicitor General Ted Olson, a conservative, and noted litigator David Boies, who squared off against Olson in Bush vs. Gore, to represent two couples who are challenging Proposition 8.

The California Supreme Court ruled 4 to 3 that gays and lesbians were entitled to marry under the state Constitution in an historic ruling in May 2008. Voters passed Proposition 8 six months later, amending the state Constitution to ban same-sex marriage.

Walker will decide whether California’s ban on same-sex marriage violates equal protection and due process rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

The only problem I see is this. I do not believe that there is a Constitutional Right to Marry to begin with. Marriage is not a "Right." I've said this before, I do not think that the Government should be in Marriage to begin with. Remember back when we were talking about this, Historian D. S. Harford told us that it was originally to prevent Whites and Blacks from Marrying. It was also to prevent the spread of disease.

Marriage is now, and has always been, two people committing to themselves, in a ever bidding agreement before God, to become one forever. Government has no place in that. The Constitution does not mention Marriage at all. Gay or otherwise. There is no "Right" to Marry.

But it should be interesting to see what this Judge has to say. Of course, no matter what he says, this is going all the way to the Supreme Court. The Liberals would have it no other way, and neither should those speaking for the PEOPLE.

Tax the Fat and Sick

The Government WILL Do This In Obamacare. They said so.

Anthony Massucci, a Senior Writer and Columnist for Daily Finance spells out how the Government should implement a "Fat Tax" and a Tax on people who get certain diseases. I'm not kidding. Here is what he says.

According to a recent study by General Electric (GE) and the U.S. Department of Health's Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, a 50-year old with diabetes will rack up more than $6,600 in medical bills over the course of a year; someone who has acid reflux will incur $5,500 in annual costs.

The high cost of illness, insurance and treatments is one of the key factors driving the U.S. health care reform debate in Washington. The Medical Expenditure Panel Survey, which was published last week, allows people to see just how much certain illnesses will cost them and their insurer based on age and, of course, the condition. After looking at these charts you'll pray you never get diagnosed with diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis or emphysema.

No. It's not the high cost of Healthcare, driving the debate. It's Power, Control, and Money. The Money the Government would then be totally in charge of. One sixth of the entire US economy. The MAJORITY of Americans LIKE their Healthcare as is.

Keep in mind that the personal costs referenced in the study aren't necessarily coming straight from the insured person's pocket. Employers cover the bulk of the cost, says Alan Miller, CEO of Universal Health Services. 'It doesn't cost that much to the individual. It certainly costs a lot for the employer to have you covered."

You bad Citizen, uh, Employee.

This could help explain an interesting shift I've noticed in workplace dynamics regarding sick days. As the costs associated with illness continue to rise for employers, they're more likely to encourage workers to use sick days. After all, it's in the employer's best interest for workers to recover sooner rather than later, and it's a better way of preventing other employees from falling ill as well. Especially since the H1N1 outbreak, it seems as if co-workers are less likely to snipe about someone being out sick than they are about a sick person coming into the office and spreading their germs around.

Playing Offense Is Key to Cutting Costs

Maybe this is a sign that the U.S. is turning the corner in how we approach illness. If getting sick is costing everyone more -- me, you, your company, my company and U.S. taxpayers -- isn't it in our best interest to beat the illness before it starts, as much as that's possible?

Prevention is, and always HAS been better than Treatment. Problem is, all we keep hearing coming out of Government funded Healthcare Research is that we do not need Preventative Care. Mammograms? Not important anymore. Pap Smears? Not important. Now Men, all that screening for Prostate Cancer? Never mind. Not that important. Do not worry. Under Obamacare, THEY will decide what is important, and what illnesses, and people, are worthy of treatment. But I bet you they LOVE this plan.

"The U.S. health-care system has historically focused on cures for illness and disease rather than effective prevention," Christopher Fey, CEO of U.S. Preventive Medicine, said in an e-mail. "An estimated 10% to 20% of the workforce either has, or is at high-risk for developing, a chronic condition. Subsidizing expensive interventions that treat sickness rather than prevent it is a burden taxpayers and employers can't afford."

So TAX THEM! Right?

Assume that's true, are we willing to adapt? The culture in the U.S. is a long way from being proactive toward illness. The government needs to consider whether they will take a carrot or stick approach.

The Government needs to get the hell out of people's Private Lives, and they need to leave the Vast Majority of Healthcare alone.

If there were a so-called "fat tax" or a similar tax for not being healthy in the U.S., a mob would descend on those trying to enforce such a law. As it is, some resent the police because of an occasional ticket, which is, in essence, a tax for faulty driving or parking. Imagine the outrage against the Twinkie-police.

It is not any of the Government's business whatsoever, what YOU eat, drink, or how you live, unless you are violating a law. However, that is the whole point of something like this. They want it to BE Law. You would be breaking the Law by not living the way THEY chose. Get the point?

Should the U.S. government take a more charitable route and consider reforms that encourage folks to lose weight or otherwise be healthier, they need to take into account that Americans are likely to demand no one tell them not to smoke, eat, or drink, in excess. Perhaps the U.S. should keep an eye on things in the U.K., which is testing a plan in 2010 that allows people to earn money by losing weight.

Yeah? The INCENTIVES to lose weight, or be healthy. Give someone money for doing such? Should be interesting to see if it works in the UK. Problem is here, we already can not pay for Obamacare to begin with. They would, and some Liberals would, rather FORCE you into living the way THEY decide by TAXING you for not.

"[The government is] still fighting over what the [health care] bill ultimately will be. None of the details have been ironed out, it's very complicated," said Miller, who recently wrote Health Care Reform that Makes Sense.

Yeah they are. Like Harry Reid comparing anyone opposed to Obamacare to those opposing the end of Slavery. {Which were 80 percent the Democrat Party} Like the fact the "Public Option" Socialized Healthcare, {Which is the whole point for Obamacare} is still there. Like Dianne Feinstein said when asked if it was Morally Correct to have Pro-Life Americans, which is the Majority, pay for Women to have Abortions?

"Is it morally correct? Yes, I believe it is."

So BOTH of what publicly some are saying have been removed from the Bill, ARE STILL THERE! Not only are they still there, they are the CORE REASONS this Bill exists in the first place. The Writer of this piece seems to think taxing the Fat and Unhealthy is a good idea. He wraps it up with this.

The complexity of health care and who should pay for it could cause the debate to rage on for years. Meanwhile, I think we're fighting the wrong side of this battle. Sure, if you lead a so-called "clean lifestyle," you may still get sick, but is that reason enough not to be healthy? Putting a price tag on certain illnesses entices people to look at the actual expense. If a problem hits you in the pocketbook, it's more likely to move you to action than a philosophical argument regarding the systemic cost of illness.

Idiot. But make no mistake about it. This is how most Liberal Loons think of you. You are either to stupid to know what is best of you, to lazy in general, or stubborn, so they need to FORCE you to live up to their standards. In their ignorant mind, they are smarter than you. Hey, if they make some money along the way, GREAT!

Of course THEY will be exempt form all this themselves. But YOU? Do what we tell you or else. Just like Cap and Tax, which is still alive. GWBS in General. Which they are working overtime to repair the damage of the TRUTH getting out of this all being a SCAM. Still taking over Private Industries. All the back room deals they are passing, like Embryonic Stem Cell Research, THEY want total Power, Control, and of course all the MONEY, they can get over and from YOU. THEY MUST BE STOPPED! They no longer care what you think. They do not have to. If they can get this stuff passed, They will CONTROL you. Oh, you can disagree all you want, but YOU will no longer have a choice. The Freedom to choose, well, ANYTHING in your life. The Government and whomever is in charge at the time, WILL choose for you.
