So Obama has this Nuclear Summit, and we learned that Canada will not attack us with Nukes. Whew! Glad that was resolved. We also learned that Russia will get rid of some of their old Nukes. and they promise not to Nuke us. {Laughing} OK. We also learned that some in the State Run Obama Media, are not so sure that any thing was actually accomplished at this great accomplishment. They were locked out of actually seeing or hearing anything. Just told what to report after. Who was not their? Our enemies that say they WILL Nuke us.

TEHRAN (AFP) – Iran slammed the United States as an "atomic criminal" which should be suspended from the UN nuclear watchdog on Saturday, while urging changes to the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

At a two-day nuclear disarmament conference in Tehran, the foreign ministers of Lebanon, Syria and Iraq voiced support for Iran's "peaceful" atomic programme and demanded that Israel join the nuclear NPT "without conditions."

At the start of the meeting, Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei ruled out any use of nuclear weaponry as "haram," meaning religiously banned under Islam.

He branded the United States an "atomic criminal" in his message which was read out by an aide at the conference, Tehran's answer to a nuclear summit held in Washington earlier this week.

Hardline President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad went a step further and called for Washington's suspension from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) along with all other nations which possess nuclear arms.

"Only the US government has committed an atomic crime," said the message of the all-powerful Khamenei who formulates Tehran's foreign policy, including its nuclear strategy.

"The world's only atomic criminal lies and presents itself as being against nuclear weapons proliferation, while it has not taken any serious measures in this regard," he said.

Sounds like something Obama would say. Oh wait, Obama did, in other words. He also just said we would start to disarm. Little Hitler should be happy.

Ahmadinejad, under whose presidency Iran has aggressively pushed ahead with a controversial nuclear programme despite three sets of UN sanctions, attacked the present structure of the UN Security Council, the IAEA and the NPT.

"An independent international group which plans and oversees nuclear disarmament and prevents proliferation should be set up," he told the conference attended by several foreign ministers and UN officials.

He said those countries which "possess, have used or threatened to use nuclear weapons should be suspended from the IAEA and its board of governors, especially the US."

Well, then that would include Iran. Also Russia. North Korea. China.

Ahmadinejad's remark was expected to irk allies Russia and China, two nuclear states with veto powers in the Security Council that have so far hesitated to back a fourth set of sanctions against Tehran.

"The right to veto, which is undemocratic, inhumane and unfair, should either be annulled, or if some insist on having this right, then some countries from Latin America, Asia, Africa and Europe should also have the right to veto in order to reduce its negative outcomes," he said.

Khamenei and Ahmadinejad have been angered by Washington's new nuclear policy unveiled last week.

The policy limits the countries against which Washington might use its nuclear arsenal but singles out Iran and North Korea as exceptions for flouting Security Council resolutions over their nuclear programmes.

Because they have BOTH said they want to attack US. With Nukes.

Fraser Cameron, an analyst with the think-tank EU-Russia Centre who was attending the conference, said the Iranian nuclear issue has been aggravated by "misunderstandings from both sides" -- the West and Iran.

Idiot. How would Iran, misunderstand Iranian Nuclear issues?

Ahmadinejad also called upon "independent countries" to review the NPT, of which Iran is a signatory and as such considers it has the right to enrich uranium, the most controversial part of its nuclear programme.

"The presence of those possessing weapons, especially the US, prevents the drawing up of a fair treaty," he argued.

The foreign ministers of Lebanon, Syria and Iraq jointly blasted Israel, Middle East's sole but undeclared nuclear weapons power.

"The major threat in the region is Israel which has nuclear warheads. Israel must join this treaty and take quick steps to destroy its nuclear weapons," Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem said in a speech.

So we can attack them more eaily without fear of reprisals.

His Lebanese counterpart Ali al-Shami said Israel should be "stripped" of its arsenal "since the atomic weapons of the Zionist regime are not inspected, there is a danger of these weapons being used in the future."

"This regime must join the NPT without any conditions."

And Hoshyar Zebari, the foreign minister of Iran's former foe Iraq, said: "We reject any threat against Iran and insist on Iran's rights to use peaceful nuclear energy."

The Jewish state, which has never publicly acknowledged having atomic weapons while maintaining a policy of deliberate ambiguity, has not ruled out a military strike against Iran's nuclear facilities to halt its atomic programme.

Because they are SMART. They understand the threat Iran posses. Even if our Fearless Leader doesn't.

Talk about stunned. I asked him to repeat what he just said, and he did.

"What is 'Epolapcy' Daddy?"

I said I think he means Epilepsy, and asked why he was asking. He said what most four year olds say "I don't know." I asked if one of his little Classmates had a problem, or did the Teacher mention it? He said, "My friend said her Daddy has it and it's scary."

So we went to our friends over at Disease.com - Epilepsy, and I read to him what they say. I did NOT dumb it down at all. I read it verbatim.

If the body is an electrical unit, the brain is the epicenter. This epicenter is comprised of vessels which transmit electric waves throughout the entire body. But what happens if one of those vessels misfires? What information gets caught between two different portals? A seizure. The brain will report a current internal imbalance, forcing the body to fall into a seizure. This precise action is the main symptom of epilepsy; a disease which affects 1% of the population (approximately 65 million).

1. The brain is comprised of hundreds of nerve cells which communicate through electrical signals. In order for the brain to properly function, the interplay between the nerve cells must be regulated. The normal function is disturbed, when an abnormal electrical discharge causes an epileptic seizure.

2. Although the epileptic seizures are a direct result of abnormalities in the brain, the brain suffers no actual damage.

3. If an individual is experiencing epileptic seizures, it often originates genetically. In the case of focal epilepsy (meaning that it attacks a specific part of the brain), a brain scan can normally depict the precise cause.

4. When an individual is not experiencing epileptic seizures, there are not definitive symptoms. However, during these seizures, the individual will experience twitching in the muscles, abnormal sensations, or lose of consciousness.

5. Epilepsy is usually treated with prescribed medication, but in severe cases an individual may need surgery.

Then I said this. It's like the computer. You play on the computer all the time. Daddy works on the computer all the time. The computer is fine. Our brain is like the computer. Sometimes, as with the Computer, if something gets locked up, it has to be reset. Sometimes, with people who have Epilepsy, they need to be reset. While this is happening, they may look like a fish out of water, or like they are having a dream while they are sleeping. But then they wake up. All is OK. Doctors help people with this Medical Condition all the time. It's not scary, it's a Medical Condition. With this he walked away and stated to play with his toys. Now that I'm thinking about it, I hope he doesn't ask his friend if her Dad looks like a Fish out of Water. {Smile}

KANSAS CITY, Mo., April 16 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- According to a new survey from the International Association of Administrative Professionals, founders of Administrative Professionals Day, the most difficult aspect of the current recession is that employees are not getting raises. Of those surveyed, 27 percent said they haven't gotten a raise with 21 percent saying their workload has increased. Seeing co-workers downsized is the hardest part of the recession for 16 percent of administrative professionals. Other responses: my company stopped all training (7 percent), my pay was cut (7 percent) and finding a new job (7 percent).

The recession has made the work environment more stressful than before. When asked "During this Great Recession, how are working conditions at your office," 32 percent responded "fair--things are more stressful than before." Of the nearly 900 admins surveyed, 26 percent said "good--with everyone getting along and doing well." Nearly 20 percent answered "poor--morale is low."

Even with stressful conditions and lower pay, most of those surveyed will not seek new employment when the recession eases and job prospects improve. Only 21 percent said they'd leave their job and find a new position when conditions improve with 67 percent indicating they would stay where they are.

According to Susan Fenner, Ph.D., education and professional development manager at IAAP, admins are more likely to remain with their companies in spite of noted hardships because it's a measure of their professionalism. "As a group, they are used to stepping up to the plate and consistently bringing in home runs, no matter what fastballs are thrown their way," said Fenner. "They stand out for being creative problem solvers, exceptional team players, and masters at managing projects."

For decades admins have taken on new job duties, learned new skills, software and expanded the role of an admin. One reason the job of administrative professional is so hard to define is because admins are constantly changing their jobs in response to employer needs, something admins have mastered during this recession.

This is a true story told to be by a City Government Employee just last week. She asked if a form, and standard daily form, could be changed to make it easier for all. Her answer from the powers that be? "We have a line a mile long of people that want your job." In other words, don't like it, get out.

This is the way a lot of companies look at bad economic times. If there are millions out of work, that means they have millions to chose from, that are desperate, that will work harder and cheaper than your sorry butt that has been there for years. More stressful? You bet.

In what is being called 'the biggest hustle in human history,' a special investigation has discovered numerous bogus claims on Barack Obama's resume, including the outright lie that he was a 'Constitutional scholar and professor.'

The claim turns out to be false.

As investigators delve further into the background of Barack Obama, a disturbing picture is emerging of a man who is not who he claims to be. The information the public has been told concerning Obama is turning out to be false--fabrications and inventions of a man and an unseen force behind him that had clear ulterior motives for seeking the highest office in the land.

According to a special report issued by 'the Blogging Professor,' the Chicago Law School faculty hated Obama. The report states that Obama was unqualified, that he was never a 'constitutional professor and scholar,' and that he never served as editor of the Harvard Law Review while a student at the school.

The real truth is that Barack Obama was merely an 'instructor' at Chicago Law School, not a professor. Commonly, instructors are non-tenure-track teachers hired by colleges and universities to teach certain courses for a salary that is well below that of Associate Professors or full Professors.

In the hierarchy of higher education, the status of instructors is below that of associate professors and professors because they lack the credentials.

In fact, it can be safely concluded that the claims of Barack Obama concerning his educational credentials and work history in higher education are a complete sham. The President of the United States is a complete fraud.

According to Doug Ross:

"I spent some time with the highest tenured faculty member at Chicago Law a few months back, and he did not have many nice things to say about "Barry." Obama applied for a position as an adjunct and wasn't even considered. A few weeks later the law school got a phone call from the Board of Trustees telling them to find him an office, put him on the payroll, and give him a class to teach. The Board told him he didn't have to be a member of the faculty, but they needed to give him a temporary position. He was never a professor and was hardly an adjunct.

The other professors hated him because he was lazy, unqualified, never attended any of the faculty meetings, and it was clear that the position was nothing more than a political stepping stool. According to my professor friend, he had the lowest intellectual capacity in the building. He also doubted whether he was legitimately an editor on the Harvard Law Review, because if he was, he would be the first and only editor of an Ivy League law review to never be published while in school (publication is or was a requirement."

Thus, the question arises, was the claim that Obama was editor of the Harvard Law Review a 'put-up job' as well, allowing the student to claim he held this prestigious position without having the qualifications or meeting the requirements of holding that position? And why?

Further,

Consider this:

1. President Barack Obama, former editor of the Harvard Law Review, is no longer a "lawyer". He surrendered his license back in 2008 possibly to escape charges that he "fibbed" on his bar application.

2. Michelle Obama "voluntarily surrendered" her law license in 1993.

3. So, we have the President and First Lady - who don't actually have licenses to practice law. Facts.

4. A senior lecturer is one thing. A fully ranked law professor is another. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, "Obama did NOT 'hold the title' of a University of Chicago law school professor". Barack Obama was NOT a Constitutional Law professor at the University of Chicago.

5. The University of Chicago released a statement in March, 2008 saying Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) "served as a professor" in the law school, but that is a title Obama, who taught courses there part-time, never held, a spokesman for the school confirmed in 2008."

These are highly disturbing facts, verified facts from the people who know at the Chicago Law School.

There is more from Ross, however:

6. "He did not hold the title of professor of law," said Marsha Ferziger Nagorsky, an Assistant Dean for Communications and Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago School of Law.

7. The former Constitutional senior lecturer cited the U.S. Constitution recently during his State of the Union Address. Unfortunately, the quote he cited was from the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution.

8. The B-Cast posted the video.

9. In the State of the Union Address, President Obama said: "We find unity in our incredible diversity, drawing on the promise enshrined in our Constitution: the notion that we are all created equal."

10. By the way, the promises are not a notion, our founders named them unalienable rights. The document is our Declaration of Independence and it reads: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

11. And this is the same guy who lectured the Supreme Court moments later in the same speech?

When you are a phony it's hard to keep facts straight.

Obama has made sure that all of his records are sealed tight. And apart from the courageous souls at the various educational institutions who dared to speak the truth, the schools Obama claimed to attend unanimously refuse to release transcripts, records, or other bits of evidence concerning Obama's presence in their institutions.

BREAKING DEVELOPMENT--just as these disturbing facts come to light about Barack Obama, the White House is busy making deals with numerous 'journalists,' promising unprecedented access to the President in exchange for refraining from reporting certain information 'they may discover.'

A cause to remember

Hey folks,

Those of you that have known me over the years, know that I am a huge proponent of TRUE equality in this country. I do not just talk the talk, but I walk the walk. I have talked about this for years, both here, and elsewhere. I have stood side by side with Community Organizers, reported, and taught about TRUE Equality. Just check out the archives here and you will get an idea of where I stand on the issue.

What you will find, is simply the truth. If we are ever going to have true equality in this country, we have to first start treating everyone EQUALLY. The good, the bad, the ugly. Jobs access, life benefits, and Crime punishment, all have to be standard for all. Once we start favoring one group over another, all we do is BREED more Racism and hate. Even if for the best of intentions.

You will also find that I often say that we have to start to actually HEAR, and DO, what Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. actually said. What he actually said, and meant, was this.

"I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."

Happy Hump Day out there. Tomorrow, April 15, Tax Day, is also a BIG day all across this country. The National Tea Party Movement will be all over the place. Tom Sullivan will have his listeners, from all over the country, reporting in to say how it is going.

Now you remember all the hoo-ha about the "Violence, Hate filled Speech, Name calling and destruction of Private Property" done by "Tea Party Members." Some actually bought into the falsehood that these were REAL Tea Party Members. I was even debating someone on FACEBOOK about this. Hell, one of the Best Friends I have ever had in my life, a BIG TIME Liberal, just could not, or would not, accept the fact that these Idiots were actually Liberal plants.

Well, well, well, looky here. On the eve of even MORE and most likely the BIGGEST Tea Party Rallies all across this country tomorrow, we get THIS. ALBANY, N.Y. – Opponents of the fiscally conservative tea party movement say they plan to infiltrate and dismantle the political group by trying to make its members appear to be racist, homophobic and moronic.

{Sigh} You see folks, that's the template. If you are Conservative, and God Forbid, Christian, you HAVE to be Stupid, Hate filled, Chauvinistic, Homophobes, and the Liberals are the intellectual, compassionate, and out to do good for all. Which is COMPLETELY back ass ward.

Look at history. Who formed the KKK? Who fought to prevent Integration? Who enacts programs to create a permanent underclass? Who is it that HATES Freedom, and would rather have a Socialistic Society, or worse, Marxism. That's right boys and girls, the Democrat Party. Who sees everything through the lens of Race? {Most likely out of guilt of pass offenses} The Democrat Party. But, since they really CAN NOT WIN in the area of ideas, or in an intellectual debate, they simply Lie, cheat, and steal, omit, and personally attack their enemies. The sad thing is though, a lot of their Party Base are actually stupid enough to accept what they are fed, due to the inability to think.

Jason Levin, creator of http://www.crashtheteaparty.org, said Monday the group has 65 leaders in major cities across the country who are trying to recruit members to infiltrate tea party events for April 15 — tax filing day, when tea party groups across the country are planning to gather and protest high taxes.

"Every time we have someone on camera saying that Barack Obama isn't an American citizen, we want someone sitting next to him saying, 'That's right, he's an alien from outer space!'" Levin said.

{Laughing} You want to know how stupid some of these people really are? When the Obama ran Media actually REPORTS these nutcases as "actual Tea Party Members," EVEN THOUGH IT IS BEING REPORTED HERE, that they will do this, some will actually BELIEVE it.

Tea party members said the backlash comes from ignorance.

Yup.

"They can't actually debate our message and that's their problem," said Bob MacGuffie, a Connecticut organizer for Right Principles, a tea party group that also has members in New York and New Jersey.

The tea party movement generally unites on the fiscally conservative principles of small government, lower taxes and less spending. Beyond that the ideology of the people involved tends to vary dramatically.

Levin says they want to exaggerate the group's least appealing qualities, further distance the tea party from mainstream America and damage the public's opinion of them.

"Do I think every member of the tea party is a homophobe, racist or a moron? No, absolutely not," Levin said. "Do I think most of them are homophobes, racists or morons? Absolutely."

You see? This mental midget has no clue. He may think he is one of the smartest people in the room, but truth is, he is not even in the same building. {Laughing} He is a complete twit, just looking for his fifteen minutes.

The site manifesto says they want to dismantle the Tea Party by nonviolent means. "We have already sat quietly in their meetings, and observed their rallies," the site said.

Another tea party organizer said the attempt to destroy the movement was evidence its message is resonating.

"We've been ignored, we've been ridiculed. Well, now they're coming after us," said Judy Pepenella, a co-coordinator for the New York State Tea Party. "Gandhi's quote is one we understand: 'First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win.'"

Sorry folks, I can't wait to see how many of my more Liberal friends will attempt to pass off this nonsense as fact, and how many will actually truly BELIEVE that Tea Party Members are doing these things.

Oh, don't forget, VB Biden wants you to flood Newspapers saying how great Obamacare is, and what it means to you. Get your sob stories ready. The sobbiest the better.{Laughing} These people are now officially the Party of Fake.

So Obama and crew got Obamacare shoved through i the face of the objection of the VAST majority of you out there. Through bribes, intimidation, lies, and deceit, they get this monstrosity of a fraudulent "Healthcare" Bill, passed into law. Everyone knows

A- We can't pay for it.
B- It will destroy the greatest Healthcare system in the world, instead of fixing just what was wrong with it.
C- Has absolutely NOTHING to do with Healthcare.

Hence, all the lawsuits and talk by something like 15 States now saying "Screw you, we just will not comply."

So this completely insane and UNCONSTITUTIONAL new law, will also increase the national deficit to HISTORIC highs, and put an undue and oppressive burden on not only our Children, but our Children's Children.

Since the majority of Americans wanted nothing to do with this, the Democrats are jumping ship left and right because they know they will lose in November by Landslides, some think the next thing on the Loon Lib agenda is Amnesty. 20 to 30 million new Citizens, is 20 to 30 new Votes. They need EVERY one. Not true.

Oh, they are working on Amnesty in back smoke filled rooms right now, but the next insane agenda item IS Cap and Tax. Let's just drop a Nuke into the center of our Economy and say screw it. Oh yeah, we are not allowed to use them.

These people are insane folks. They are power hungry, and on a quest for Tyranny. What will Cap and Tax do? Give them complete and total control over Private Industries, Private personal lives, uh, that would be YOU, and absolutely destroy this Economy.

BRUSSELS — Profiteering, tax fraud, theft and dubious claims of emissions reductions are just some of the problems plaguing carbon trading.

That litany of woes has helped prompt many commentators to proclaim that carbon trading is imminently headed for the scrap heap of history.

Such predictions are almost certainly wrong. Carbon trading, also known as cap and trade, is on the cusp of generating mammoth amounts of money for governments — money that could start flowing just in time to help nations emerge from the worst financial crisis in a generation.

Truth point two. It's all about money, power, and control. That's the only thing the whole SCAM that is Global Warming is all about. Cap and Tax is just the tool they are trying to use to achieve their goal. Just like Obamacare has nothing to do with Healthcare, Cap and Tax has nothing to do with saving the Planet. Mr. Kanter here even admits it.

Under carbon trading, companies exceeding a “cap” on their emissions must purchase additional permits to pollute more. Companies that pollute less can “trade” or sell their surplus permits.

{Laughing, banging hand on desk} And truth point THREE. Permits to pollute more. I gave you the flood analogy before. You have three feet of water in your house, pay me three grand, I give you permission to say you have no water. While you are slushing around in the same three feet of water. It does NOTHING to help the situation. Yet, you are a little poorer, I'm a bit richer. So thank you. I will even give you permission to add MORE water to your situation, as long as you pay me for it.

But this guy is all for this. I don't get it. I really don't. He goes on to talk about all the fraud and so on, how much the US Government could make, ETC. Then he wraps it up with this.

But nations need use only half the revenues from selling permits to the power and industrial sectors for those kinds of climate-related projects, leaving plenty of money for other purposes — and that means carbon trading should soon look like manna from heaven for cash-strapped treasuries.

{Sigh} You see folks, these loons have no clue. Even though this guy tells you the truth, {It's not about saving the planet, it all about money} he is STILL all for it. And people wonder why I question some Liberals IQ. Liberalism is not about Logic and Truth, it's about feeling. Do this and feel good about saving the planet. Problem is, if you actually think about it, it does NOTHING of the sort. All it does, is give Government more power and control over EVERYTHING, and make people like Al Gore rich, while they tell you that you will ride a Huffy or pay a price.

Make no mistake about it folks, Cap and Tax is coming. Since they were able to jam Obamacare through, they will not stop until YOU stop them in November.

Oh, I just filled up yesterday, $2.92 a gallon. Wait until Cap and Tax is passed. You'll be lucky is you can find $5.00 a gallon. Are you planning on a $5.00 an hour cost of living raise this year? If you are like most, this will just be another added expense without that additional income. But you will LIKE IT! You are saving the Planet. Now, know your role, shut your mouth, and DO what we tell you.

DES MOINES, Iowa -- A 12-year-old girl has been arrested for trespassing after she allegedly refused to leave U.S. Sen. Tom Harkin's office in Des Moines while protesting the war in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Frankie Hughes was arrested late Wednesday. Her mother, Renee Espeland, who was standing outside the Iowa Democrat's office, was ticketed for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Police were called after another woman, Christine Gaunt, allegedly refused to leave Harkin's office when it closed. Police found Gaunt and Hughes in the office, and both were arrested.

Sally Frank, a law professor at Drake University, said she will probably defend the protesters. She said she thinks police were "trying to put a scare into the peace movement."

Oh, and did you catch this? I was listening to the Radio on Friday, I'm not sure which show it was, most likely Rush Limbaugh, but they played a tape of Obama talking about the Virginia Mine Disaster. Obama said this.

"We are praying for a miracle. I want to offer my deepest condolences to the friends and the families of the fathers and the husbands and brothers, nephews and sons who were killed in this accident. When I was in the Senate, I supported the efforts of Senator Byrd and Rockefeller to try to improve mine safety, but it's clear that more needs to be done. And that's why I've asked my Secretary of Labor, as well as the head of Mine Safety and Health Administration, to give me a preliminary report next week on what went wrong and why it went wrong so badly, so that we can take the steps necessary to prevent such accidents in the future."

That jumped right out of the Radio at me. Not the Host, I'm pretty sure it was Rush, the Host's problem was "Where is the Union responsibility?" Good point. But that is not the reason it jumped out at me. What it was, was this.

"And that's why I've asked my Secretary of Labor,"

MY? Really? "that's why I've asked my Secretary of Labor?" The Secretary of Labor, is the Secretary of Labor for the entire Country. It is NOT Obama's own Secretary. Just a little view of how Obama sees himself. I keep telling you, he sees himself as a Ruler. Not a servant of the people. He sees himself as King Hussein Obama, Ruler of the Obamanation. I asked MY? No. Not yours. Most would have said, "I have asked THE Secretary of Labor. Not MY.

Kings and Tyranny identify everything as theirs. Not Presidents.

Today is Yom Hashoa

Yom Hashoa, or Holocaust Remembrance Day

Hey folks,

Yes today, 041110, IS Yom Hashoa, or Holocaust Remembrance Day. You can catch many specials on TV today, like the classic film "Diary of Anne Frank" on PBS, and many activities will be going on all over.

So WHY should Yom Hashoa be so important to non-Jews? The answer is simple. Respect, and remembrance to avoid this ever happening again. "He who is ignorant of history, is doomed to repeat it."

Look at 9/11. 3000 Americans died. We remember that dark day in our history every year. During the Holocaust, 6 MILLION Jews were tortured and killed. Does that not merit respect and remembrance?

The Holocaust was the systematic, state-sponsored persecution and murder of approximately six million Jews by the Nazi regime and its collaborators. "Holocaust" is the Greek meaning of "sacrifice by fire." The Nazis, who came to power in Germany in January 1933, believed that Germans were "Racially Superior" and that the Jews, deemed "inferior," were a threat.

Jews however, were no alone. German authorities also targeted other groups because of their perceived "Racial Inferiority" They also targeted Slavic peoples (Poles, Russians, ETC) the Disabled, Gypsies, and anyone that did not agree with them. Did not agree with them Politically. Religiously, or any excuse they decided to use.

The Holocaust ended, physically, May 7, 1945, but it will live on in the hearts and minds of many people forever. It is a forever scar on Humanity itself that will always be seen.

This is why when some of us, see another, like the original Hitler, attempting to rise to power, we yell from the roof tops, "Remember history." When people like Little Hitler, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, comes right out a denies the Holocaust in one breath, then says he will wipe Israel off the map in the next, we, who understand history, get VERY concerned. Then when that same Mahmoud Ahmadinejad starts to feverishly work on creating a Nuclear Weapon, we get EXTREMELY concerned. Then when we have a President who seems to be clueless as to history, we get ANGRY and Scare for our long time friends, and Humanity itself.

If we allow another Hitler to rise, we welcome what comes with him. On this day, and all days, we must ALWAYS remember and never forget. We must NEVER allow this to happen again. We MUST stop it by any means necessary.

Ecuadorian Battle Continues

More evidence that Chevron is being Shaken Down.

Most of you know that I have been following the the Battle in Ecuador between the Corrupt Ecuadorian Government, fraudulent Plaintiff Organizations, and Chevron, very closely. There is more here at stake than you think.

From the fact that it is actually the State Run Oil Company doing the pollution, other proven sources for the Cancer on a mass scale, to fake complainants, the Judge being bribed and forced to recuse himself, the evidence is pretty clear. This is nothing more than a shakedown.

On April 5th, 2010, Chevron released the following Press Release. I think this pretty much speaks for itself. Here it is.

Plaintiffs’ Expert Reveals Fraud by Lawyers in Ecuador Lawsuit

In Sworn Deposition, Expert Denies Authoring Reports Submitted in His Name SAN RAMON, Calif., Apr. 5, 2010 – Lawyers for the plaintiffs suing Chevron Corp. (NYSE:CVX) submitted fraudulent reports to an Ecuadorian court claiming dangerous contamination was found at Amazon oil well sites, the original technical expert for the plaintiffs revealed in sworn testimony last week.

Charles W. Calmbacher, Ph.D, a U.S. biologist and industrial hygienist who was the first expertappointed on behalf of the plaintiffs in the litigation pending against Chevron in Lago Agrio, Ecuador, testified in a court-ordered deposition last week that reports associated with inspections of the Sacha 94and Shushufindi 48 well sites were submitted in his name without his knowledge or consent. Dr. Calmbacher said he had never concluded the sites posed a risk to human health or the environment and that his opinions were known to the plaintiffs’ legal and technical teams in Ecuador. Nevertheless, the plaintiffs’ lawyers submitted reports contradictory to Dr. Calmbacher’s conclusions, fraudulently usinghis signature months after he ceased his participation in the case.

“Their own expert has testified that two of the plaintiffs’ earliest reports are fraudulent, confirming that the trial in Ecuador has been tainted from the outset,” said Hewitt Pate, Chevron vicepresident and general counsel. “Chevron will petition the Lago Agrio court to strike the plaintiffs’ false Sacha 94 and Shushufindi 48 reports and call on authorities to investigate the misconduct.”

After the lawsuit was filed against Chevron in 2003, the plaintiffs’ lawyers nominated Dr. Calmbacher, and the court appointed him to conduct judicial inspections of oil well sites in the former Petroecuador-Texaco Petroleum Co. concession area to assess alleged environmental damage. Dr. Calmbacher led those inspections for the plaintiffs, supervising the taking of soil and water samples, fromAugust to October 2004.

The fraudulent reports were filed in February and March 2005, and later used by Lago Agrio court appointee Richard Cabrera in his $27 billion damage assessment against Chevron. Cabrera neverinvestigated Sacha 94 or Shushufindi 48, yet specified more than $101 million damages based on the

fabricated findings. Dr. Calmbacher also inspected Sacha 6 and Sacha 21, yet the plaintiffs’ lawyersfailed to submit reports containing his conclusions regarding those well sites. Dr. Calmbacher testified that he did not find a risk to human health or the environment, or a need for further clean-up, at any of the Texaco Petroleum-remediated sites he inspected. He also said he never concluded that Texaco Petroleum’s remediation in Ecuador in the 1990’s was not successful.

In his March 29 deposition ordered by a U.S. federal court, Dr. Calmbacher said he sent signed signature pages and initialized blank pages to the plaintiffs’ legal team by overnight courier in late 2004for the submission of reports he thought would contain his true findings. Dr. Calmbacher also testified that the plaintiffs’ lawyers never informed him that the Lago Agrio court had ordered him to answerquestions on the reports after they were submitted under his signature in 2005.

Chevron has long claimed the lawsuit is baseless and tainted by scores of irregularities and fraud. The company last September filed a demand for arbitration with the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague asserting that Ecuador’s handling of the Lago Agrio litigation amounts to a breach of the U.S.-Ecuador Bilateral Investment Treaty.

"Hey Pete. Glad to hear you may be coming back. What is OSA? Is that not from the Bionic Man or something?"

No, that is the OSI, where Oscar Goldman worked. The Office of Strategic Intelligence, or as some would argue, The Office of Scientific Intelligence.

OSA is Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I talked about it a while back when the first Specialist I was seeing said that I had it. Obstructive Sleep Apnea Health and Science For Sunday 062809. Well, there is a new study out there that pretty much backs what all the others have said. Charles Osgood had it Thursday.

SLEEP APNEA MAY RAISE STROKE RISK FOR MEN.

It's quite common that sometimes when a person is sleeping, the upper airway is momentarily narrowed or blocked, and it disrupts your sleep and breathing.

Now, in and of itself, this is not life-threatening. But, there is mounting evidence that sleep apnea, as it's called, increases the risk over time of something that is life-threatening: a stroke.

And the strongest evidence of this is in a new report by researchers from the Sleep Heart Health Study.

"Individuals --- in particular, men --- were at markedly increased risk of developing a stroke, with even mild to moderate levels of sleep apnea."

So again, as my Doctor, Dr. K told me.

I asked why the head aches, tiredness, and other various problems, he said, "You already know the answer to that. It's your Obstructive Sleep Apnea. We need to do something about that as well, but let's take care of this thing first. Let's make sure that I'm right. But OSA will wear your body out. You are not getting enough sleep, nor are you getting enough oxygen. Therefore your immune system is down, your tired all the time, and you get the head aches."

That is what the first Specialist told me as well. More than just tiredness, OSA will cause MANY health problems, although mostly minor, but over time, can increase risks of other things. He said, get treated for it, "it will change your life."

So I hope that helps you out there. Although I would not mind to much being Bionic, I think I will be happy just being able to get a good night sleep.

So? {Laughing} You know her. You love her. You love to hate her. Sarah Palin. She responded to Obama's question as to her experience and or knowledge on Nuclear Weapons. Obama said this.

“Last I checked, Sarah Palin's not much of an expert on nuclear issues."

Well? She responded during the Southern Republican Leadership Conference Friday.



“Obama, with all the vast nuclear experience that he acquired as a ‘community organizer…'”

It doesn't matter what you think of Palin, she is right. This is a honest and open display of Logic. Where DID he get ANY experience? He FAILED at the whole Community Organizer thing. He said so in his book. He never ran a hot dog stand let alone a company. He has NO experience whatsoever.

We keep be told how brilliant he is. Yet no one can present real proof of it. No Educational records. No Health Records. No historic accomplishments. Nothing. He is the most inexperienced person in the room. ANY ROOM. Yet, Reporters report chills down their leg when he speaks, and call him "god like." The smartest President EVER. {Sigh}

Congratulations Sarah Palin, for this display of Logic, you are the DLA this week. Forget all the criticisms and attacks from the Left. They only attack what they fear. And they are SCARED to DEATH of you. Keep it up.

Who is Amy Klobuchar?

Hey folks,

Let's wrap things up with the IWA. Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar. Who is Amy Klobuchar? A Liberal Loon Democrat. She is pro-choice, supports LGBT rights, favors Socialism. She LOVES Obamacare. She said this.

"This bill is a beginning, not an end, and I will continue my effort to ensure that reform serves the best interests of Minnesota."

She is critical of the Iraq War. She is one of the many Loons that opposed President Bush's plan to increase Troop levels in Iraq in January 2007, claiming it would not work. She Voted for a Bill to set time limits in this addition of Troops which President Bush Vetoed. She then Voted against additional funding for Iraq without such time limits, saying she "simply could not stomach the idea of using our soldiers as bargaining chips."

She opposes free trade agreements that some perceive to cause a loss of jobs in the U.S. However, she has wavered on her opposition on such trade agreements since her election. A current trade agreement with Peru may achieve her support on grounds of expanded labor and environmental protections, even though they contain the same language of past trade agreements. She is a big "Chicken Little Crowd" Member, AKA Greenie. She DID Vote in FAVOR of the controversial "Protect America Act", but then voted against granting Legal Immunity to Telecom Corporations that cooperated with the NSA warrantless surveillance program. You get the point.

Some are currently trying to pass her off as a "Moderate Liberal." They are saying that she would be a GREAT replacement for Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens. Who announced his retirement just the last week or so. She is hardly a Moderate. She is a Loon. A Socialist, and a radical. She even went to the Superbowl with the Obamas. She IS a Perfect pick for Obama. However, even she knows that she is to Loony Left for some to give her a free pass.

Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar's (D) name has been floated in the media as a possible replacement for retiring Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens.

But during a Friday appearance on MSNBC's "Hardball," she once again jokingly dismissed the chances of it ever happening because of controversial speeches she has given during her political career.

"There you go. Shermanesque. As I said the other day on Rachel's show, I couldn't get it because of my past speeches, you know, all the times, remember Sotomayor – the 'wise Latina woman'? You can't imagine how many times I referred to myself as a 'wise Slovenian woman,' Chris. It's over," said Klobuchar.

Klobuchar, who is well-known in Washington for her comedic timing, was elected to the US Senate in 2006. Previously, she served as the chief prosecutor for the most populous county in Minnesota.

On top of any strikes that may come from being a "wise Slovenian," Klobuchar is damaged as a Supreme Court prospect by coming from a state, Minnesota, which has a Republican governor, Tim Pawlenty.

{Laughing} Yes those evil Republicans. Folks, Of course she is on the top of the list. If Obama DOES select her, you will hear these past speeches all over the place. Congratulations Sen. Amy Klobuchar, you ARE the Idiot of the Week. It was NOT the 'wise Latina Woman' comment that was offensive. It was the fact it was a RACIST comment, claiming that White Men were less wise. Then again, but you JOKING about this, yes I understand you were joking, but you joking about this, could ALSO be seen as Racist. What you are ACTUALLY saying is, anyone that opposed Sotomayor, did so out of Racism. So, anyone that opposes you, well? Maybe not Racism, since you are White. Maybe Chauvinism? I know, it couldn't possibly be your history or extreme views. Right?

GREAT NEWS!

I guess appropriate being so close to Easter.

Hey folks,

I have great news. I went to see a Specialist. He is said to be the best one in Florida and one of the best in the country. I do not have permission to use his name, so we will call him Dr. K.

Dr. K took some time to spend with me. I arrived at his office at 10:30 am and did not walk out the door until 12:15. Other than about 10 minutes to fill out some paperwork, Dr. K was with me. He did some strange things, like look at my hands and fingers, pulled my leg, {Literally} poked and prodded. We went over the Cat Scans and ALL of my, my Mother's, Father's, and GRANDMOTHER'S Medical history. We talked about the other Doctors I have been seeing, the medication I WAS taking, and my job and exercise routine.

He then just stopped. He looked at me and said, "You know Peter, there is NO Doctor on the face of the planet, including me, that can diagnose you with Emphysema or COPD with out a breathing test and a very specific Blood work up."

He told me that he was not impressed at all with the swollen Lymph Node. He said what he sees in the first one is that at the time I took it, I had severe Bronchitis and the second looks like Walking Pneumonia. He said that he does see a birth defect in my lungs. He said I have had it my whole life and most likely, although COULD, most likely will not get worse than it is now. Then he gave me the GREAT NEWS.

He said, in all his years of experience, my age, my exercise routine, and my over all physical condition, he would be MORE than surprised if I have EITHER COPD or Emphysema. I'm going to be taking that Breathing Test and the Blood thing, but he feels that I keep NOT Smoking and doing all the things I do, in the long run, I "will be just fine."

He then said this. "OK. Now that you just found out that you are not going to die tomorrow, do NOT go buy a pack. OK?" {Laughing} I asked why the head aches, tiredness, and other various problems, he said, "You already know the answer to that. It's your Obstructive Sleep Apnea. We need to do something about that as well, but let's take care of this thing first. Let's make sure that I'm right. But OSA will wear your body out. You are not getting enough sleep, nor are you getting enough oxygen. Therefore your immune system is down, your tired all the time, and you get the head aches."

So OK. First thing first I guess. But I DO THANK Dr. K. I thank him very much. For his time, expertise, and his {what seemed to be} genuine concern.

An Extended Leave of Absence

OPNTalk going off line.

Hey folks,

It is with mixed emotions I post this, this morning. This will be the last post for a while. I wanted to take time out to thank each and every one of you that have been with me from the beginning, and to all my new friends, thank you.

I've been Online since 97. From the early days at the Times Herold Record in NY, to EThepeople, all the various DBs and PBs. To the OPNTalk Blog itself, I have had the time of my life. I have made friendships that will last a lifetime. I have lost some very DEAR Friends. I have debated with the best of them, spoke with people from all over the world. I have both learned and taught quite a bit.

As you know, I do not make money from the OPNTalk Blog. For me, it is SHEAR entertainment. For you, it infotainment. {Smile} I have really enjoyed the years we shared together. What you may NOT know, is that this all takes time. About one to two hours a day for the daily article. Scanning countless News outlets, research, finding pictures, and formulating it to post here, for you to take 5 minutes to read it. The Big Sunday Edition? Anywhere from 5 to 8 hours.

This is all time away from my family, and other things I need to take care of. Now, due to my recent health Issues, and the fact that I have been getting sick about twice a month, I need to rethink my priorities.

I have been spending a lot of time with my Boy, and my family lately. Hence, I haven't been here that much. Some of you have caught on that there was something up. Between my absence, and the fact that some of the posts have not been up to the usual standard of excellence that you have come to expect, some of you have started asking me privately if all was OK. Truth? No. Not really.

I'm not quite ready to shut it down all together yet. I do have every intention of returning sometime in the future. I have no idea, nor will I give a date as to when that may be. Rest assured though, I will stay in touch via the Emails opntalk@gmail.com, and will stay in contact on Facebook - Peter Carlock. If I do come to the conclusion that the time has come to walk away all together, I will post a final Farewell. Right now, I need to step back and rethink some things. Time will tell if I continue, or not.

Again, I do thank you all for being there. I DO thank you very much for your thoughts and prayers. Never say never. I may be back sooner than even I think. It's in my blood. I do wish you all well. Be well, be blessed, and Peace be to you all.

219 Democrats Voted AGAINST America

They Voted TO Lay the Foundation of the New USSA.

This Vote Sunday was no real surprise. All the way back to 2007, January 14, 2007, I posted this. Liberalism Is The Quest For Tyranny. I explained that there is a VERY distinct difference between New Liberalism, or "Progressiveness" is NO WHERE even CLOSE to what original Liberalism is. As a matter of fact, original Liberalism IS Today's Conservatism.

On Monday, November 03, 2008 in a repost, I explained Why Socialism Is Possible, even in THIS country.

On December 17, 2008 I asked you this. Is The USSA Inevitable?

Little Hitler in Iran. Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, Kim Jong-il in North Korea, Putin in Russia, Castro in Cuba, now Obama in America? Is the new USSA, The United Socialist States of America, REALLY inevitable? I really am starting to think that it just might be.

I pointed out who Obama is AGAIN, who the people he surrounds himself with, AGAIN. I ended it with this.

“A new progressive direction for our nation” SOCIALISM He came out and said it. Well, it does not look like Bush is standing in the way anymore. It looks more like Bush is leading the way. In about 30 days, there will be no REAL opposition at all in Congress. There may not even be all that much opposition against the PROPAGANDA of the Mainstream Media, who simple write and report what they are told to.

Is the new USSA inevitable? It just may be.

With Obama and Crew? YES! There is little doubt about that now. This Vote Sunday night, in the dark, was the result of back smoke filled room deals. It was a result of 219 Democrats selling their Souls. They sold out America, the American People, and even themselves. History will show them to be who they are. TRAITORS. Insane Loons on a Quest for Tyranny. Governing against the Will of the American People.

However, to my Republican Friends, take heed, we are not going to defeat this by electing someone else that is just like them. No matter WHAT Party they claim to be from. One thing is for sure though, in all this, we KNOW that the current Administration and Congress ARE on this Quest for Tyranny and the only way to stop them in November 2010. VOTE THEM OUT. Let's stop this now and THEN let's send a message, WE NEED A REAL LEADER. We need a Conservative Leader. We need America BACK!

We need someone as determined to take America back, take Freedom back, as Obama and Crew is to destroy it. Those 30 Democrats that Voted against it? They deserve a second chance. All those Republicans that Voted, well, NONE Voted for it. However, for them, the RINOs? They need to be thrown out as well. Be who you are. But you are not worthy to be in charge if you can not even be truthful of who you are. Snow? McCain? Gramnesty? They need to be thrown out as well. You what to win? Find the Christies, Ryans, Rubios. Run with them. You WILL Win. Throw EVERYONE out that has a D, and Voted for this insanity. Talk about sending a message? And if Obama doesn't get the message, THROW HIM OUT TOO!

I firmly believe that he sees himself as Royalty. He truly wants to be King Hussein Obama of the Obamanation. Ruler of the New USSA. He is doing everything he can to bring it to be. It's time to remind those who Voted AGAINST America itself, just WHAT America is.

Welcome to the Big Sunday Edition of the OPNTalk Blog. We are live as live can be. Normally, I have everything ready to go by 12am Sunday, with the exception of the Preview. Can't post links to something that doesn't exist yet. However, today, I'm here live.

Just got in about 8:30 pm Saturday night. Spent all day at the Hatsume Fair At the Morikami in Del Ray. A great time had by all. Josh had a blast. Got some great pictures as well I will be posting sometime later over at Facebook. If you took the time to "Friend" me Peter Carlock, over there you would see I have the Chat open for a bit longer. So the Hatsume Fair was great this year. A lot of people showed up dressed in their favorite Anime Characters. The Shows and displays were great. Josh made some new friends. The Music, Food, and Education was fun for all. If you ever get the chance to check it out, it's well worth the $12.00 administration to get in.

Vladimir Putin, Russia’s prime minister, promised on Thursday that Moscow would help Iran complete a civil nuclear power station by this summer, drawing criticism from Hillary Clinton, US secretary of state.

His remarks highlighted the continuing differences between the two powers over how to contain Iran’s nuclear ambitions. Mrs Clinton was visiting Moscow on a trip partly designed to increase the pressure on Tehran by showing America’s unity with Russia.

But Mr Putin told a meeting held in Volgodonsk, southern Russia, that work to complete the Bushehr plant on Iran’s Gulf coast would soon be complete. “The first block of the Iranian atomic power station must be launched this summer,” he said.

Why?

Asked about Mr Putin’s remarks, Mrs Clinton said it “would be premature to go forward with any project at this time, because we want to send an unequivocal message to the Iranians”.

However, she added: “We have consistently said that Iran is entitled to civil nuclear power. It is a nuclear weapons programme that it is not entitled to.”

Nuclear Weapons are ALL they are concerned about. That IS what they are doing. You MORON.

Russian experts have been helping to build a light water reactor at Bushehr since the 1990s. Officials have previously said it would be finished this year.

Mrs Clinton is trying to build support for United Nations sanctions on Iran and has enjoyed more success in winning over Russia – which has signalled it could support limited measures – than other members of the Security Council such as China, Brazil and Turkey.

Appearing at the same press conference with Mrs Clinton, Sergei Lavrov, Russia’s foreign minister, said sanctions on Iran should be aimed solely at preventing nuclear proliferation rather than having any broader impact on the economy.

He added that construction at Bushehr, a project originally intended to be completed about a decade ago, was in its final stages.

Russia and the US agree that Iran has a right to civil nuclear power and Bushehr is not at the heart of US fears that Tehran is working towards nuclear weapons capability.

Idiots.

Mrs Clinton said that if Iran “reassures the world, or if its behaviour is changed because of international sanctions, then they can pursue peaceful, civil nuclear power.”

Senators' plan 'promising' By Stephen Dinan

President Obama gave a thumbs up Thursday to the outline of a plan to legalize illegal immigrants and create a flow of low-skilled foreign workers for the future, saying the immigration bill being worked on by a Republican and a Democrat is "promising."

That would be RINO Lindsey Gramnesty. He is No Republican.

In their broad blueprint, Sens. Charles E. Schumer, New York Democrat, and Lindsey Graham, South Carolina Republican, call for illegal immigrants to be put on a path to citizenship, offer green cards to keep high-skilled foreign university graduates and would create a temporary program for low-skilled workers, with some also getting the chance to become citizens.

The senators also proposed to turn all Social Security cards into tamper-proof IDs to be checked by employers when they are about to hire a worker. The cards would include biometric information designed to prevent counterfeiting -- but the senators said the information would not be stored in a government database.

"I congratulate Senators Schumer and Graham for their leadership, and pledge to do everything in my power to forge a bipartisan consensus this year on this important issue so we can continue to move forward on comprehensive immigration reform," Mr. Obama said in a statement soon after the two senators published their blueprint in a column submitted to The Washington Post.

The carefully orchestrated rollout came just three days before immigrant-rights advocates expect at least 50,000 supporters to rally and march in Washington, D.C., calling for Congress to act. The organizers of the rally had met with Mr. Obama last week and told him he needed to embrace a bill or else the thousands of marchers would be told that he had failed to live up to his promises on this issue.

But the outline is just a first step in what's still a very rocky legislative path.

Rep. Lamar Smith of Texas, the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, said flatly that it can't pass.

"The bill doesn't have a prayer, because the American people oppose rewarding lawbreakers, which then encourages illegal immigration," he said. "Allowing millions of illegal immigrants to stay and take jobs away from citizens is like giving a burglar a key to the house. Illegal immigrants should return home and play by the rules like millions of legal immigrants."

And adding to the bill's troubles, Mr. Graham has warned Democrats and Mr. Obama that if they use the budget process to push health care through Congress -- known as reconciliation -- that could poison any chance for bipartisan cooperation on immigration.

Also, the blueprint is broad, and doesn't delve into many key details that could still split the coalition of labor, business, religious and ethnic groups that have joined together to try to pass a bill.

Still, Ali Noorani, executive director of the National Immigration Forum, said backers have now checked off the first several steps on their to-do list: The senators have published their outline, Mr. Obama endorsed it, and earlier this week Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick J. Leahy, Vermont Democrat, said he was looking forward to moving a bill through his committee.

Mr. Noorani said the next challenges are to see if more Republicans will jump onboard the effort, and to get commitments from House Democrats to move legislation through their chamber.

"We have a bipartisan framework that is going to define a piece of legislation. From here onward, it's a political and legislative battle to get the 60 votes we need [to pass the Senate] and the 218 in the House," Mr. Noorani said.

Congress last took up immigration in 2007, when President George W. Bush joined with Democratic leaders to write a bill. But a bipartisan majority of senators joined a filibuster to block the bill.

The supporters of the 2007 effort concluded that Americans didn't trust the government to secure the borders and enforce the laws, even as they were offering legalization, particularly since illegal immigration has only grown since a 1986 amnesty.

To combat that impression, Mr. Graham and Mr. Schumer said they'll include new enforcement at both the border and in the country's interior.

"Once it is clear that in 20 years our nation will not again confront the specter of another 11 million people coming here illegally, Americans will embrace more welcoming immigration policies," they wrote.

They have been working on the proposal for months, sorting out competing interests from business groups, labor unions and immigration advocates. They said their plan has four key components: a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants, a program to let in future workers, the improvements in enforcement and the biometric Social Security cards to help employers weed out illegal workers.

The senators said their legalization would be a "tough but fair" program that would require illegal immigrants to admit they broke the law and make them perform community service and pay a fine.

Illegal immigrants would also have to demonstrate they are proficient at English and pass background checks to gain citizenship.

The plan would offer permanent legal status to foreign students who earn a post-graduate degree from an American university, and creates a future program for low-skilled workers. Businesses could only hire them if no American worker is available, and the number allowed would fluctuate depending on the U.S. economy's needs. Workers who have kept jobs for a long time and have proved valuable members of their community could earn permanent legal status.

If they get Obamacare passed. They WILL pass this also. This is why 2010 is so important folks. They will do whatever it takes to pass this also before then. Illegals becoming Legal overnight will be a lot of new Voters. Get the point?
