Hey folks,

Let me take you down Memory Lane a bit. Happy Friday to you by the way. Yes I told you about Soros. George Soros IS the MMD Guru. {Mass Media Drones} He owns and controls much of what they do and say. He OWNS Obama, therefore, Obama says and does what he says. Obama may even OWE Soros for getting him elected President.

Back on October 20, 2006, I posted this. Getting Closer To Unmasking The Mass Media Guru.

"As I’ve said before, I’m sure that there is a Mass Media Drones Guru behind the curtain, giving out the word or phrase of the day. Actually, I like that, mass media drones {MMDs} Today the magic word is multiple 500 pound bombs. The Guru wants them to use this as much as possible to put the image of a massive, over needed, use of force against a house. Then he wants them to conjure up the imagine that there is some kind of cover up. Then on top of that, make sure that you throw in there, innocent people dying."

I have given many examples. Like their use of "Towel snapping", "Collective Punishment." "Katrina", and my all time favorite, if there was any doubt, it was done away with "Political Jujitsu." September 8,

"Oh and the Guru word of the day seems to be "jujitsu", for those that might have missed that. Over and over again, in various outlets, "jujitsu" seems to be the definition of the President’s announcement. But no, they do not work together."

I pointed out this little tidbit

ABC’s "The Note." Guess what it says?

"The Old Media -- giddy with excitement over the prospect of the Bush-Cheney-Rove-Mehlman machine losing, filled with guilt over complicity in an Iraq war it wants ended, flush with anticipation over two years of anti-Bush leaks from a gavel-wielding Henry Waxman, and substantially more interested in revelations about congressional pages than in trying to tell voters the truth about whether or not the economy is strong and getting stronger -- can barely contain itself on its secret morning conference calls with Howard Dean and George Soros, during which it was agreed just this morning that, yes, we can keep the meta-narrative ('The Democrats are going to beat Bush and run Congress!!') going for another 19 days, without interruption."

WAIT A SECOND!!! "secret morning conference calls with Howard Dean and George Soros" The media is having morning conference calls with Howard Dean and George Soros? Then it says, "during which it was agreed just this morning that, yes, we can keep the meta-narrative ('The Democrats are going to beat Bush and run Congress!!') going for another 19 days, without interruption." The media ADMITS that they get their walking orders from Howard Dean, and or George Soros? They ADMIT that they have an agenda to get the LWL in power?

If I had to bet, at least between these two, I would bet that, the little man behind the big black and white curtain is none other than George Soros. Could HE really be the MMD Guru? It makes sense.

Since then, I have followed up many times on the fact that Soros is CLEARLY in charge of what the Media says, and since he DID get Obama Elected, well, you get the point.

Going to the Emails this week, this is from BG, who sent this in. He sent this note with it.

Nope, and thank you for sending it BG. It is a little bit long, but it is something to think about. It's from the American Thinker - What Soros Wanted, Obama Delivers By Kyle-Anne Shiver

In January 2004, George Soros proclaimed to the world, "I have made rejection of the Bush doctrine the central project of my life." To which he added, "America, under Bush, is a danger to the world. And I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is." Soros then waged a nearly one-wallet war against Bush, put more than $25 million of his own cash into Kerry's election bid and came out of the whole gambit with a tattered I-Voted-for-the-other-guy t-shirt.

In 2006, Soros declared in a depressive-mood pity party at the Council on Foreign Relations: "In the future, I'd very much like to get disengaged from politics. I'm interested in policy and not in politics."

If only he had stayed depressed and kept to his better intention.

But no such luck would come America's way.

Soros supported Barack Obama's candidacy, telling Judy Woodruff in May 2008, "...Obama has the charisma and the vision to radically reorient America in the world." When Woodruff queried Soros on whether it might be a concern that Obama lacked experience to lead in this dangerous time we live in, Soros responded, "...this emphasis on experience is way overdone..."

Experience was actually far underrated in that contest, but we'll have to save that subject for another day.

Now, it would seem that all Soros wanted, Barack Obama is delivering.

On "reorienting America in the world," President Obama started doing that before he even won election with his people-of-the-world speech in Berlin:

The walls between old allies on either side of the Atlantic cannot stand. The walls between the countries with the most and those with the least cannot stand. The walls between races and tribes; natives and immigrants; Christian and Muslim and Jew cannot stand. These now are the walls we must tear down.

These words were surely music to Soros' ears as he has been a lifelong Esperantist in the footsteps of his father. Soros is one of the world's few native Esperanto speakers and was wont to quell his youthful depression in London's famous speaker's corner, proclaiming the virtues of creating the Esperantist version of the tower of Babel in the modern world. For readers who might never have heard of Esperanto, it was the invention of a 19th century Jewish doctor, who dreamed of a world free of nationality. He invented a trans-European language to push the ideology and Soros' father, Tivadar was one of its leading proponents.

No American president thus far has professed more affinity for this absurd goal than Barack Obama. And he even has the preemptively awarded Nobel Peace Prize to prove it. Whether George Soros had anything to do with the award, we might never know, but it seems mighty darned fishy and definitely in keeping with both Soros' international influence and his aim of "reorienting America in the world."

We have gotten some idea what Soros means by "reorienting America" from his book, The Bubble of American Supremacy. According to Soros' written rants, America, under the leadership of George W. Bush, had gotten way too big for her britches. Soros saw our lone superpower status and stubborn fidelity to the principle of national sovereignty as painful thorns in his internationalist side.

Writing in The Bubble of American Supremacy, Soros expounded upon his belief that 9/11 was horribly mishandled by the Bush administration, should have been dealt with by criminal investigations not war, and that Bush's wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were merely the results of the President's faulty "supremacist ideology."

Soros took it upon himself in the same screed to define the Bush doctrine, saying it was "built on two pillars":

1) The United States will do everything in its power to maintain its unquestioned military supremacy.

2) The United States arrogates the right to pre-emptive action.

Never mind that Soros' definition of the Bush doctrine is both faulty and ideological at its core (see Krauthammer's essay defining the Bush doctrines). What's important to note here is that since his inaugural, President Barack Obama has defined his own foreign policy in nearly direct antithesis format to the pillars of the Bush doctrine as defined by Soros. What Soros wanted American foreign policy to be, Obama is delivering in spades.

The final word from Soros in The Bubble of American Supremacy is the unabashed statement of his own preference for American foreign policy. It boils down to a beneficent America giving lots and lots of carrots to every country in the world as a means of offering "preventive action of a constructive and affirmative nature." It's the liberal answer to every problem that has ever ailed mankind: throw money at every monster until it gets so fat and happy it no longer wants to cause difficulties or wage war.

And, lo and behold, that's precisely what President Obama has set out to do since day one. Obama, too, sees global poverty as the root cause of all evil in the world, including crime, war and terrorism. His single piece of signature legislation in the Senate was a bill that would authorize an additional $845 billion from American tax payers to eradicate global poverty, and legislate a demand on future presidents to bring America in line with UN mandates on percentage of national GDP given to fight global poverty.

In addition, Obama agreed at the G20 summit in April to give more money to the International Monetary Fund (of which Soros is a huge fan), and then slipped billions of cash and a $100 billion line of credit for the IMF into the emergency war-funding bill passed this spring.

While President Obama continues to dither, American troops die in Afghanistan. But there isn't anything that can be added here on that front. Only time will tell whether our President has as much stomach for protecting our interests in the Middle East as he has for beer summits and throwing our money at every comer.

But it hasn't been just America's military supremacy that put such a bee in Soros' bonnet. It's also been our economic superiority.

Now, George Soros is nearly universally regaled as a wizard at currency speculation and hedge-fund management, skills which one of his sons has said have far more to do with a certain pain he gets in his back telling him when to buy and sell, than with any sage economic formula. But since 1992, when he earned the title of the man who broke the Bank of England by becoming a major player in the downfall of that nation's currency, Soros has been more of a prophet reaping the returns on his self-fulfilled prophecies than he has even been a speculator.

It has taken Soros much longer than he perhaps anticipated to bring down the U.S. dollar. By 2003, Soros was already predicting the downfall of the dollar. In a CNBC interview, amid a slump in the dollar's value against the euro, Soros added fuel to that fire by stating that he was already selling dollars. His statement, in turn, caused a further decline in the international worth of the dollar.

In Davos last year, at the World Economic Forum, Soros even went so far as to say that the current housing "bust" would signal the end of the dollar as the world's default currency. "The current crisis is not only the bust that follows the housing boom," Soros said. "It's basically the end of a 60-year period of continuing credit expansion based on the dollar as the reserve currency," he stated to the press.

One would have to be living under a rock these days not to see that the American dollar has been walloped under the leadership of Barack Obama. Weeding out the truth of which nations are actively working (Some would say, "conspiring.") to ditch the dollar as the preeminent world currency is proving difficult. Reports surface only to be denied a day later.

But this much is certain. Soros has long thought America far too powerful, and has seen the dollar's supremacy as every bit as dangerous to his internationalist schemes as our military strength. So far, President Barack Obama has done nothing whatsoever which would seem at odds with those scheming Soros doctrines.

If all of this does not hint at a shadow presidency with a powerful oligarch pulling the strings on a neophyte president, I honestly don't know what would.

Now, if someone could only burst Soros' self-inflated bubble before he has a chance to burst ours, we just might pull out of this unfolding nightmare.

Obama is out there going around apologizing for America, bowing to Kings, saying he will work with Muslims everywhere, and saying he is going to give some of our tax money to Muslim Lead Countries to help "School their Females." He is NOT doing anything to HELP the Economy in this country. He is making things worse. Which as we see, may be Soros whole plan to begin with.

No folks, Obama IS on a quest for Tyranny. Soros has the funds to make that so much easier. Soros has the international connections to help. Soros is a willing partner in the State Run Media. So you can clearly see, there IS a Soros / Obama connection.

Now is Soros totally in charge of Obama? Is Obama nothing more than a puppet? Or is Soros simply a willing and powerful partner? I am unsure. But I AM sure of one thing. The Obama and Crew agenda needs to be stopped. It needs to be stopped NOW.

Seniors to Get $250 In Lieu Of SS Increase

Hey folks,

I so wanted to get away from Politics just for one day, but then I saw this. Obama wants to spend 13 BILLION more with admittedly NO WAY TO PAY FOR IT! Which of course, say it with me, will increase the Deficient even MORE.

Now I told you about the fact that there is no cost of living raise this or next year for those Seniors on Social Security. Well, Obama has an answer for that. Give them all $250.00.

Yup. Just cut a check for those 50 MILLION Seniors that are getting SCREWED! Oh and don't forget those receiving Veterans benefits, Disability benefits, Railroad Retirees and Retired Public Employees who don't receive Social Security.

Now a quick check on the math and you get 12.5 BILLION dollars on Seniors alone. Throw in the others, and the White House puts the total at 13. 13 BILLION MORE dollars.

So where is it going to come from? They have NO IDEA. Obama said this.

"Even as we seek to bring about recovery, we must act on behalf of those hardest hit by this recession," Obama said in a statement. "This additional assistance will be especially important in the coming months, as countless Seniors and others have seen their retirement accounts and home values decline as a result of this economic crisis."

That YOU and the Left CREATED! So HOW is it going to be paid for? Obama said that he is not against BORROWING the money. Which will do what? Again, say it with me, RAISE THE DEFICIENT! Stock Market closes over ten thousand, permission to spend more?

Let's leave aside what a one time payment of $250.00 will actually do for anyone and add this stupidity to the Healthcare Bill, Cap and Tax, Even MORE Bailouts to come. Where does it end? Obama has TRIPLED the Deficient in nine months. NINE MONTHS FOLKS. Now he wants to BUY Senior Votes by throwing them a bone? $250.00 is a LITTLE bone.

I really do not understand it. Someone care to explain this all to me? Seriously. A Foreclosure every thirteen seconds. 10 percent Unemployment rate. People losing their jobs all over the place. Obama spends MORE, fixes LESS. Most would say screws up the Economy even more. He is NOT fixing anything. No he and Crew want to take over one sixth of the Economy with Healthcare. We can see how great all the other things Government has taken over is working out.

Oh, as a side note, did you catch this?

Page 19 of the committee’s “plain English” text says: “The Secretary and/or states would do the following: ... Enable customers to enroll in health care plans in local hospitals, schools, Departments of Motor Vehicles, local Social Security offices, and other offices designated by the state.”

That's right folks, you will have to sign up for Obamacare at the DMV. Aren't those lines already long enough? Any doubt that Obamacare is Government run Healthcare?

So $250. for Seniors in lieu of an increase in their Social Security Benefits? What is that, one month Electric Bill? A nice dinner for two with maybe a movie? What will it actually do to help? What is WILL do is further erode the already failing Economy and add to the Deficient. But will it get him the Votes he wants? I guess we will just have to wait and see.

It really is unimaginable.

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,Foreclosure. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,Foreclosure. Every thirteen seconds in this country there is another person and family, losing their home.

10 percent. That is the unemployment number. 10 percent. The highest in over thirty years. That's the REPORTED number. The REAL number when you add in part timers that want to work full time, and people who's unemployment benefits have run out, and those that have given up looking for a job, the REAL number is around 16 percent. Heading toward the Great Depression high.

Credit? All but frozen. No one can get a loan. Because of this, and the nature of the economy in general, NO ONE is buying anything. Stores and retailers are reporting near record lows as we start to head into the Holiday Season. When sales make or break some.

Meanwhile, Obama is going on TV EVERYDAY to talk about Government taking over one Sixth of the Country's Economy, Healthcare. Obamacare. Government run Healthcare. Sen. Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) said this Tuesday, right before casting the single Republican Vote FOR Obamacare in the Senate Finance Committee’s version.

“Is this bill all that I would want? Far from it. Is it all that it can be? No. But when history calls, history calls, and I happen to think that the consequences of inaction dictate the urgency of Congress to take every opportunity to demonstrate its capacity to solve the monumental issues of our time.”

It passed 14 to 9 as expected. With Snowe's vote, Obama came out and thanked her for this "Bipartisan" accomplishment. No folks, this is NOT bipartisanship. Snowe needs to go. She should be honest and just change the R after her name to LL {Liberal Loon}, uh, I mean P {Puppet}, make that D for Democrat. She is now, and has always been nothing more than a RINO. {Republican in name only} She keeps the R for just this type of thing. So they can SAY Bipartisanship. When the farthest from the truth it is.

Let's look at the world. North Korea testing some more Missiles. Iran continuing to build the Bomb. Even Hillary Clinton just said this from Russia about Iran.

"At the same time that we are very vigorously pursuing the diplomatic track, we are aware that we might not be as successful as we need to be."

You WON'T be.

"So we have always looked at the potential of sanctions in the event that we are not successful, that we cannot assure ourselves and others that Iran has decided not to pursue nuclear weapons."

What COMPLETE BS. We KNOW they are. WE KNOW that they have the capability TODAY. We also know that Sanctions will NOT work. Russia will NOT back us in this. They are friends with Iran. As a matter of fact, while Hillary was talking to Russia about Iran, the REAL Leader of Russia, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin was in China, where he said Moscow’s cooperation with Beijing helps to “restrain” other powers, a not-so-veiled reference to the United States.

Meanwhile, Obama is on TV everyday pitching his Obamacare. Meanwhile Obama, and Crew, are still talking about Cap and Tax. Meanwhile Obama and Crew keep talking about MORE tax. Meanwhile Obama and Crew keep SPENDING MONEY! Money we do not have.

"The monumental issues of our time" are being IGNORED by Obama and Crew. They have an agenda and they are sticking to it. Even if you folks out there have made is CRYSTAL CLEAR that you want no part of it. 80 something percent of you LIKE your Healthcare. Take out the Illegals, Kids working Part time, People who CHOSE not to have Healthcare for WHATEVER reason, and the real number of those uninsured is somewhere around 10 million. Fix THAT. Find a way to take care of THEM. Do not destroy the GREATEST Healthcare system in the world. But then again, as I keep telling you, Obamacare is NOT about Healthcare. It is about Power, Control, and of course, MONEY. Just like Global Warming, Cap and Tax, and just about any other Liberal Program out there. They FAIL EVERY TIME they are tried. Ask California. Ask Chicago. Ask any other country that has a Socialist or Fascist System. Ask the PEOPLE, "How's that working out for you?" It ISN'T. Oh the Government might be happy. But the People are miserable. Why do you think so many what to flock to the US everyday? FREEDOM!

Yes, the world is heading down a very dark path. All most people in this country want is a JOB! Meanwhile, Obama is PLAYING Ruler of all he sees. Time to end the game. We can at least change the rules in 2010. Change the players, SAVE America! VOTE!

Complete System Crash, Apologies for Absence

My sincere Apologies

Hey Folks,

Now there is two words I have been waiting FIVE days to say. Yes I'm still alive a kicking. I want to personally thank, and I have, all those that have been truly concerned. I thank you all for your concern and well wishes. But my absence for these past five days were NOT due to my health or well being, it was due to the Master Home Base Computer.

Yeah, I understand, especially over at Facebook, that I have been open and honest about some health issues as of late. Then all of a sudden, poof, I disappeared. My Foopet Billy, 9 week old Pug, somehow survived. My Farm over at Farmville, lays to ruin, and I was gone. No response to Emails. No Tweets. No nothing. Just gone. So naturally, some of you were thinking something serious happened. It did. The good old OPNTalk computer bit the dust.

Technicians and myself, for whatever THAT was worth, worked on this problem all day Friday, Saturday, and even SUNDAY. Scans, checks, and tweaks galore. NOTHING. The complete OS {Operating System}, well, maybe not completely gone, but IMPOSIBLE to get to. Just nothing.

So Monday came, I fixed the problem. I bought a BRAND NEW ONE! Not until I sat back in "The Chair" and power up, did I fully realize just how ancient the old computer was. Yes I lost EVERYTHING on it. A Book I was writing, photos, personal information, ETC. Yes I will be down loading things as I go back to this and that site and realize I need this and that to run them. Yes FIVE days of stress and aggravation. But you know what? I LOVE THIS NEW ONE. It is the fastest thing I have seen in a long time. Crisp, clean, and well, FAR better than the old one. Which was three years old at the time. A new beginning.

Now I fully understand the NEED for something like Carbonite.com If you are like me, you most likely think that this will NEVER happen to you. Well, if you are like me, IT JUST DID! Photos, Music, Emails, Financial Records and other important stuff, all GONE!

I know what you are saying, I was too. I have antivirus protection. I did too. But it happened to me anyway. If you live in a home with muli users, you also have to think about that. Over the years, my Niece, about 12 at the time I think, dumped a hot-coco in the Keyboard. My Son Josh has hit whatever key making things just disappear, and others have downloaded this or than from unprotected Websites. Again, for whatever reason, you are at a bigger risk than you think.

Anyway, again, my sincerest apologies for my absence. But fret not, I will be back to normal soon. Some tweaking and loading to do, but before you know it, much to the shagrin of some of my more Liberal Friends, we will continue on. If someone out there really did send me a Virus that killed the old computer, THANK YOU! I like this one much more. {Smile}

NYT - Black Market Shows Iran Can Adapt to Sanctions

One thing you have to give Obama and Crew credit for, there is no shortage of things to talk about. We could talk about how that Doctor Conference was STAGED. How the White House ACTUALLY HANDED OUT WHITE DOCTORS COATS for the group to wear. I'm not kidding. We could talk about how he did NOT name Afghanistan, NOR Iraq, as the places we are fighting Al-Qaeda. We could talk about Obama’s pick for EEOC Commissioner, Chai Feldblum, who is nothing more than a RADICAL Homosexual Advocate who has praised Polygamy and contended that Traditional Marriage should not have privileged status, nor should Religious Liberty come before Sexual Liberty. How about that asinine fact that the Media are doing FACT CHECKS on a comedy skit by Saturday Night Live. How dare they poke fun at Obama. {Laughing} Where were the FACT CHECKS when they picked on Bush? Where was the outrage then? No folks, all that speaks for itself. What I want to talk about is Sanctions, and Iran.

I was listening to CBS News yesterday, yeah I know, but I was. I kept hearing how Congress has had it. Yes folks, they are ANGRY! The Senators are saying "times up Iran." They feel that Iran is crossing a line. Now that the American People KNOW that they have more than one Nuclear site and KNOW that they have all they need to make a bomb today, they {The American People} want to know what Obama and Crew are going to do about it. Well, have no fear, Congress is here. Even if they have to go it alone, I'm not kidding, they actually said that, THEY are tired of waiting. THEY will impose Tough Sanctions on Iran.

But we have already been doing that. I told you two years ago, SANCTIONS WILL NOT WORK. Hell, Ahmadinejad himself has been telling you for two years that SANCTIONS WILL NOT WORK! {Laughing} They HAVEN'T WORKED. "But uh, these, these will be tougher sanctions. Uh, we will brake Iran into submission. They will see the light and give up this Nuclear quest. Uh, we know how to deal with Iran in a peaceful way." WRONG!

Where is it? Yes, here it is. This is by one of the Lefts Holy Grails, the New York Times. This was on Friday. NYT - Black Market Shows Iran Can Adapt to Sanctions By CHARLIE SAVAGE and MARK LANDLER Published: October 4, 2009

WASHINGTON — President Obama has vowed to keep the pressure on Iran over its nuclear program after last week’s meeting in Geneva, and his advisers said the United States was intensively recruiting other nations to join in a harsher economic embargo against Tehran should diplomacy fail.

Black market networks have sprouted up all over the globe to circumvent the sanctions. A typical embargo-busting scheme was detailed in a plea agreement filed in federal court here on Sept. 24, the day before Mr. Obama and European allies announced the existence of a previously undisclosed Iranian nuclear enrichment facility near Qum.

In the court filings, a Dutch aviation services company and its owner admitted that they had illegally funneled American aircraft and electronics components to Iran from 2005 to 2007. Under the scheme, Iranian customers secretly placed orders with the company, which served as a front, buying the parts and having them shipped to the Netherlands, Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates. The materials were then quietly repackaged and shipped on to the real buyers in Iran.

The Dutch company was eventually caught. But the ease with which it had operated until then illustrates a key hurdle facing the United States: even if diplomatic challenges can be overcome to getting countries with significant economic ties to Iran, like China, to approve sanctions, it is virtually impossible to make an embargo airtight.

“The Iranians have a lot of experience at this point in evading sanctions,” said Michael Jacobson, an intelligence and sanctions specialist at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. “They are adaptable, learn from mistakes, see where the United States cracks down and move elsewhere. And on the part of businesses, there is a lot of willful blindness.”

All about money of course. THIS is one of the main reasons that Sanctions will NEVER work. They will get whatever they want WHENEVER they want it.

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton acknowledged last week that existing economic sanctions against Iran were “leaky.” But several senior administration officials said the latest revelations of Iran’s secret nuclear efforts had generated unprecedented solidarity behind new measures to pressure Tehran.

BS. Complete BS.

On Thursday, Iranian officials met in Geneva with representatives from the United States and other world powers. At that session, the Iranians pledged to give nuclear inspectors access to its clandestine enrichment facility and to ship most of its openly declared uranium outside the country to be further enriched by France or Russia.

Oh that is so much better. Declared Uranium? What about UNDECLARED? Russia? {Sigh} They have been hiding this whole Site. How many more might they have? This goes on to talk about more Sanctions that even the NYT just admitted will not work. Fuel? Russia. Even perhaps from some HERE in THIS Country. Little Hitler DOES have friends here. They do not NEED anything from us that they can not get from somewhere else. They do NOT WANT anything from us. They are on a quest to get a Nuclear Bomb and USE it to destroy Israel. If they can get two, they will use one on US!

There is only ONE solution folks. Well place bombs from US. Or, as a new friend of mine over at Tom Sullivan Radio Listener's Club said, Let Israel do it, at least they will not, uh, screw, {Smile} it up. She just hopes we have their back when they do it. Me too. I have my doubts, but I hope that Obama and the US Government WOULD support one of our longest and most dedicated Allies. I do not even care if they don't. As long as Israel does it, Obama will not have to worry that he is gutless and he can go on pitching Socialism, Fascism, and attempting to create the Obamanation.

Yes, as long as there are World Leaders out there willing to actually do what they need to do, Obama can have the freedom to be on TV everyday, PLAYING President. Meanwhile in the rest of the World, the grown ups are looking for REAL Solutions.

One year ago today, a bipartisan Congress voted to lift the ban on oil and gas drilling off America’s coasts and cleared the way for our Nation to responsibly develop more of our own energy resources, reduce our dependence on foreign oil, and create new jobs.

Next, the Bush Administration put forward a robust plan that would open up additional areas to drilling on the United States Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). However, immediately after taking office, the Obama Administration threw up a giant roadblock on the path to new American energy jobs. Instead of opening up the OCS for more oil and natural gas production, the Administration enacted a de-facto ban on new offshore drilling by extending the public comment period on the OCS plan for an additional six months.

The public comment process recently ended on September 21st. The Administration must decide if it will responsibly develop our own resources, only offer up a small area for new production, or continue to completely obstruct new oil and gas drilling.

As unemployment approaches ten percent, Republicans have regularly reminded President Obama and Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar that expanded domestic energy development would deliver tremendous economic benefits to the American people by creating 1.2 million jobs annually across the country and generating $2.2 trillion in total tax receipts towards the $9.1 trillion Obama-Pelosi deficit.

But, in light of the recent news that Iran has constructed a second nuclear facility, it’s critical that the Administration also view its current energy policy through the prism of national security. The President and his national security team must be able to implement the strongest, most effective sanctions against Iran and other countries that threaten the safety of Americans, as well as Israel and other allies.

However, as sanctions are considered against Iran, President Obama and his national security team will likely take into account that Iran controls the Strait of Hormuz, which the Energy Information Administration (EIA) describes as “the world’s most important oil chokepoint due to its daily oil flow of 16.5-17 million barrels, which is roughly 40 percent of all seaborne traded oil (or 20 percent of oil traded worldwide).”

In the past, when threatened with sanctions, Iran has countered with threats to close the Strait of Hormuz – a move that would threaten the international oil market and spike energy costs.

When our country has its own rich oil and natural gas resources, we should not have to even think about unpredictable threats from mad men, tyrants and dictators who control access to a significant portion of the world’s oil supply. The American Outer Continental Shelf is estimated to contain 86 billion barrels of oil and 420 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. If the Administration would allow our Nation to fully and responsibly tap into these resources, we could drastically decrease our dependence on foreign oil.

While the Obama Administration has said it supports all-of-the-above energy development, it has shown zero signs of moving forward with a robust plan for any new domestic energy development on our Outer Continental Shelf. In fact, Secretary Salazar recently suggested that the Administration may not move forward with a new plan before 2012.

And ironically, while shunning domestic oil and gas development, Administration officials have championed foreign oil production.

In August, the Wall Street Journal reported that “the U.S. is going to lend billions of dollars to Brazil’s state-owned oil company, Petrobras, to finance exploration of the huge offshore discovery in Brazil’s Tupi oil field in the Santos Basin near Rio de Janeiro.” This massive oil field in the Atlantic Ocean is estimated to contain between 5-8 billion barrels in this single field, making it one of the world’s largest discoveries.

And in September, Vice President Biden traveled to Iraq to persuade the Iraqi government to develop more oil and create new drilling jobs in Iraq. As one senior American official traveling with the Vice President told the Agence French Press “even one other deal would mean 50 to 60 billion dollars in additional investment in Iraq, 600 million dollars in additional annual revenue, and tens of thousands of additional jobs.”

Money for offshore oil drilling in Brazil and support for new energy jobs in Iraq? Enough is enough.

Instead of more rhetoric and double standards, the Administration needs to finally support comprehensive energy development in America. Republicans proposed the American Energy Act, an all-of-the-above energy bill that will reduce our dependence on foreign oil and create green jobs, drilling jobs, manufacturing jobs and nuclear jobs. We encourage Democrats to support this positive alternative. Our economy and our national security depend upon it.

No Parodies are fun. They can be funny as hell, especially if they are founded in some truth. But implying that someone RAPED or MURDERED someone? Or things like Letterman saying that Palin's MINOR Daughter was having sex during a Football game? These are not Parodies, they are PERSONAL ATTACKS and CAN and SHOULD lead into SLANDER Charges.

According to Reuters - Report says Iran has data to make atom bomb

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A confidential analysis by staff of the U.N. nuclear watchdog has concluded that Iran has acquired "sufficient information to be able to design and produce" an atom bomb, The New York Times reported on Saturday.

The Times report was posted on its website hours after Mohamed ElBaradei, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, arrived in Tehran for talks on a timetable for inspectors to visit a newly disclosed unfinished nuclear enrichment plant.

Iran, which rejects Western charges that it is seeking to build nuclear weapons, held talks with six world powers in Geneva on Thursday. Western officials said that in the talks, Iran had agreed "in principle" to ship out most of its enriched uranium for reprocessing in Russia and France.

Complete bull.

The analysis, according to the Times, says the IAEA "assesses that Iran has sufficient information to be able to design and produce a workable implosion nuclear device" based on highly enriched uranium.

They can make that Bomb after all.

The Times said unnamed senior European officials had described the document's conclusions to the paper. It said the report was written earlier this year and had since been revised, and quoted one official as saying the text was "not ready for publication as an official document."

So the Government, meaning Obama have KNOWN about this already. At the same time taking the Missile defense plans in Poland off the table? Interesting.

It said the report, titled "Possible Military Dimensions of Iran's Nuclear Program," described a complex program run by Iran's Defense Ministry "aimed at the development of a nuclear payload to be delivered using the Shahab 3 missile system."

The report said the program apparently started in 2002. It suggested "the Iranians have done a wide array of research and testing to perfect nuclear arms, like making high-voltage detonators, firing test explosives and designing warheads," the Times said, but it did not say how much progress they made.

"The agency's tentative analysis also says that Iran 'most likely' obtained the needed information for designing and building an implosion bomb 'from external sources' and then adapted the information to its own needs," the Times said.

The paper said a dispute had erupted in recent months over the report between the IAEA's senior staff and ElBaradei, the agency's outgoing director who opposes adopting a "confrontational strategy" with Iran.

So he LIED!

"In recent weeks, there have been leaks about the internal report, perhaps intended to press Dr. ElBaradei into releasing it," the Times said.

Really SIMPLE. Iran WANTS a Bomb. They are building the Bomb. They want to destroy Israel. They WILL use the Bomb once they have it. They WILL NOT NEGOTIATE! They do not care what Obama thinks, says, or promises. They WILL ACHIEVE THEIR GOAL IF THEY ARE NOT STOPPED!

So once again we are lead to believe that the "Experts" got it wrong again. They were surprised. GENEVA – Palestinian diplomats said Friday they will ensure a United Nations report on war crimes in Gaza "remains alive," despite agreeing to delay a vote in the U.N. Human Rights Council on passing the document to the General Assembly for further action.

The investigation, led by former South African Judge Richard Goldstone, concluded in a 575-page report that both Israeli forces and Palestinian militants committed war crimes and possible crimes against humanity during their Dec. 27-Jan. 18 conflict in Gaza.

So BOTH are accused of doing this. Let's see what both sides are accused of doing.

The 47-nation rights council had been expected to pass a resolution this week that could have brought Israeli officials one step closer to prosecution at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. It decided instead to delay a decision until March, after what officials described as "intense diplomacy" from the United States.

OK. We already know where Obama stands. He wants to shut Israel up. Give Israel's land away. And SOME in his circles have come right out and said the US should Shoot Down Israeli Jets if they attempt to take out Iranian Nuclear Sites. I'm not kidding. So, to be fair, are the Palestinians "one step closer to prosecution at the International Criminal Court in The Hague?" We still do not read what the charges are yet. Let's read on.

Palestinian deputy ambassador Imad Zuhairi said Friday that the deferral was a result of his government's desire to build broad international support for action next year. "This is not a victory for Israel," Zuhairi told The Associated Press. "The report is there and we will ensure that the report remains alive."

Hamas' {WHICH IS A COMPLETE TERRORIST ORGANIZATION} exiled leader Khaled Mashaal criticized the call for delaying the vote, saying Palestinian officials should not be silent about "Israel's crimes." He added that Hamas has some reservations on the report but did not elaborate.

"This is shameful," Mashaal said in a speech in the Syrian capital of Damascus Friday night. "We will curse anyone who neglect the blood of the Palestinian people."

Washington and its close ally Israel {Seriously? Maybe before Obama} have rejected the U.N. document as biased. {You THINK?}

Senior U.S. and Palestinian officials in Washington and Ramallah, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue, said the Palestinian decision came after heavy U.S. pressure and a warning that going ahead with the resolution would harm the Middle East peace process.

Palestinian officials said the leadership in Ramallah was bitterly divided over the issue.

The report recommended that the U.N. Security Council in New York require both sides to show they are carrying out credible investigations into alleged abuses during the three-week conflict — in which almost 1,400 Palestinians and 13 Israelis were killed.

THAT right there is the problem for the Left Antiwar Kooks. It doesn't matter that the Palestinians started it. It doesn't matter that Israel has given up land for peace only to be bombed MORE by those that want Israel DESTROYED. Uh, that would be the Palestinians. The resolution that was under consideration late Thursday would have only taken the report to the less powerful General Assembly.

So what is the CHARGES?

Goldstone and his team examined 36 incidents and interviewed dozens of Palestinian and Israeli witnesses in Gaza and Geneva to compile the report.

The incidents include one case in which Israeli forces allegedly shelled a house where soldiers had forced Palestinian civilians to assemble, and seven in which civilians were shot while leaving their homes trying to run for safety.

STOP! OK. So the Israelis are accused of War Crimes because they fired on a House that was FILLED with people FIRING ON THEM, because the Palestinians forced civilians to assemble as human shields. It is the PALESTINIANS that are the ones responsible for the deaths of these civilians. They are cowards. They are murders. Israel RETURNED FIRE from where fire was coming from.

On the Palestinian side, the report found that armed groups firing rockets into southern Israel from Gaza failed to distinguish between military targets and civilians, and several allegations that Palestinians were held as human shields by militants.

They do not CARE about distinguishing between military targets and civilians. They want ALL of Israel destroyed. Where did this notion ever come from that Terrorists, Murders, and Thugs, are going to follow the rules? They DON'T!

Taher Nunu, a spokesman for Hamas, the group controlling the Gaza Strip, criticized the U.N. delay.

"We warn the United Nations that ignoring this report and not taking any actions based on it will pave the way for a new war in the region with international cover," Nunu said in a statement Friday. "The occupation forces will commit even more terrible crimes."

Moron.

Hamas remains in a power struggle with the rival Fatah group, and is not represented at the Geneva-based rights council.

BECAUSE THEY ARE TERRORISTS!

Rights groups, too, expressed concern about the consequences of the deferral.

"The United States won Israel a reprieve on the Goldstone report, so now it must ensure that Israel genuinely investigates allegations of abuse," said Sarah Leah Whitson, Middle East director of Human Rights Watch.

"If this doesn't happen by March, then the U.S. should endorse the Goldstone report's call for international mechanisms of accountability."

Of course. They are Anti-Semites as well. This may be just what Obama needs to get rid of the problem in the middle East as he sees it. Israel. He may be able to break what he sees as a hinderence, OUR relationship with them. As I have pointed out before, Obama is NO FRIEND of Israel.

In the West Bank, Al Haq, a prominent Palestinian human rights group, said it was disappointed by the deferral.

"We did not expect that the Palestinian Authority itself would go against justice, and not uphold the universal application of international human rights law for its own people," said Shawan Jabareen, the head of Al Haq, which is affiliated with the International Commission of Jurists in Geneva.

Jabareen said human rights groups met earlier this week with the Palestinian prime minister, Salam Fayyad, and were assured by him that the Palestinians would continue to seek a war crimes investigation.

Where is Israel's side? You know folks, just because someone puts "Human Rights" in their name, doesn't mean that they are not what they are. TERRORISTS. WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. employers unexpectedly cut more jobs in September than in August, underscoring the fragility of the economy's recovery from its worst recession in 70 years as businesses remain cautious about the future.

No. The Recovery was NEVER as on track as they try to claim it is.

The Labor Department said on Friday non-farm payrolls dropped by 263,000, marking the 21st straight monthly decline and helping to lift the unemployment rate to a 26-year high of 9.8 percent from 9.7 percent in August.

Where are the NEW JOBS?

While the contraction in employment was worse than the 180,000 drop economists surveyed by Reuters had predicted, many believed it did not signal the start of a reversal in the trend toward stabilization of the labor market.

WHAT TREND?

Economists said September's reading was distorted by a 53,000 drop in government employment, likely reflecting cutbacks by state and local governments, many of which are facing deep budget problems caused by the recession.

{Laughing} Yeah, those Government employees don't count. Right? Where are all the new Jobs Obama keeps bragging about?

"We are more inclined to view September as a temporary setback than as a signal that the decelerating trend in job losses has stalled out," said Stephen Stanley, chief economist at RBS in Greenwich, Connecticut.

{Sigh}

U.S. stocks ended lower as investors viewed the jobs data as more evidence of a slower recovery from recession..

Despite the signs of economic weakness in the jobs report, U.S. Treasury debt prices fell, pulling up the yield on the 30-year bond from five-month lows as investors took profits before next week's $78 billion in debt auctions.

BAD NEWS FOR OBAMA?

The jobless numbers might be bad news for U.S. President Barack Obama's attempt to reform the U.S. healthcare system, as Congress will want to limit spending on a health sector overhaul if the economy is taking longer to recover.

Or that their LIES about the STATE of the economy are being realized.

While Obama's overall approval ratings have stabilized at 50 percent or above since August, deepening unemployment could drag them down, and polls continue to show significant opposition to his handling of healthcare.

The government has put in place a $787 billion stimulus package to help the economy and the administration has hinted a second package might not be needed for now.

"Today's job report is a sobering reminder that progress comes in fits and starts -- and that we're going to need to grind out this recovery step by step," Obama told reporters.

The government revised job losses for July and August to show 13,000 more jobs were lost than previously reported. {Uh, lied about}

A turnaround in the jobs market is viewed as the missing link in recovery from the longest and deepest slump since the Great Depression of the 1930s. The economy is believed to have started growing in the third quarter.

Proof? I have Proof to the contrary.

Since the start of the recession, the number of unemployed people has soared 7.6 million to 15.1 million, the department said. While the pace of job losses has moderated from early this year, companies are still not hiring on a big scale.

STILL ON TRACK FOR RECOVERY

"I don't think it argues against a modest recovery in the U.S. economy ... but this is why we are not in a rapid V-shaped recovery," Stuart Hoffman, chief economist at PNC Financial Services in Pittsburgh.

Among the main culprits behind the big drop in non-farm payrolls in September was the service-providing sector, which shed 147,000 jobs. Retail employment fell 38,500.

So there is a key for you to think about folks. Back from the brink? Economy coming back? Follow the money. Who is buying what. If Retail employment fell 38,500, that means NO ONE IS BUYING. Not a positive sign.

A gauge of labor market slack that measures both the officially unemployed and discouraged job seekers rose to a record 17 percent in September from 16.8 percent in August. The report also showed 5.4 million people had been unemployed for more than six months.

Some analysts reckon the unemployment rate would have breached the 10 percent mark last month were it not for the fact that the labor force fell by 571,000, a sign that some discouraged job seekers had given up the search for work.

The labor market slack and the anemic rise in wages suggest that inflation remains a distant threat for now and the Federal Reserve will probably delay withdrawing some of the support it is giving the economy.

A Reuters survey on Friday showed firms that deal directly with the U.S. central bank believe the Fed will not raise its benchmark overnight lending rate, currently near zero, until after the jobless rate has peaked. The jobless rate is seen peaking either late this year or early 2010.

Still, there were a few encouraging spots in the report. Manufacturing unemployment slowed and the number of newly unemployed people in the country eased to 2.97 million, the smallest in a year.

"It's yet another sign that the pace of layoffs has been slowing," said Bernard Baumohl, chief global economist at the Economic Outlook Group, Princeton, New Jersey.

The average workweek, which closely correlates with overall output and gives clues on when firms will start hiring, dipped to 33 hours from 33.1 in August. Average hourly earnings inched up to $18.67 from $18.66.

So you have a choice folks. Believe Obama, or believe what is right in front of you. Your choice.

NEW FOOD SAFETY LEGISLATION

COULD HELP OR HARM LOCAL AND ORGANIC SUPPLIERS

Congress has at last begun considering reforming the nation’s food safety laws. But family farm and local food advocates oppose parts of the current proposed legislation, especially its one-size-fits-all approach.

They argue that the Food Safety Enhancement Act of 2009 (H.R. 2749), passed by the House of Representatives in July, could impact Americans’ access to natural and organic foods.

In some area's, Natural and Organic Foods are already priced WAY higher than the standard. But in most cases, it is WELL WORTH the extra price.

The House bill, critics say, puts unreasonable burdens on small family farms, jeopardizes local food system initiatives and fails to focus on the riskiest sectors of the food system.

The Senate will be discussing its own version of the food safety bill this fall, the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009 (S. 510). There will be an opportunity to make further changes when these bills move on to a conference committee this fall.

Pros and Cons

E. coli in bagged, ready-to-eat spinach in 2006 and Salmonella linked to chili peppers in 2008 are among the recent, highly publicized outbreaks of illness that have prompted Congress to take a more thorough look at the safety of fresh produce. Until now, fresh produce Safety regulations have focused on afterharvest processing and handling steps, because of their comparative risk. The new proposals would impose mandatory standards that extend all the way back to the farm.

Provisions would also increase the authority of the Food and Drug Administration to regulate the production, processing and importation of fresh produce.

Adding extra fees of course.

While family farm and local food advocates agree that many of the steps are necessary and overdue, they also say the devil rests in the details.

It ALWAYS does. Especially with THIS Administration.

“We welcome stronger food safety regulations and were glad to see the final House bill provide the FDA mandatory recall authority when particular foods and food products are identified as causing health problems,” says Russell Libby, executive director for the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association. “But there are some nuances that the bill gets wrong.

For instance, it imposes a flat $500 annual fee for all farms that process their product and sell to wholesale and retail markets.” Thus, small-farm operations would pay the same fee per facility as large multinational corporations.

Told ya.

Many small producers also perform value-added processing to Increase farm income and to meet consumer demand—such as turning fruit into jam or maple sap into syrup, Libby explains. “We are concerned that a flat, rather than graduated, fee will create a disincentive for farmers to pursue value-added processing.” Small-farm advocates object to this registration fee for facilities, which is not in the Senate bill.

Another concern is that neither the House nor Senate bill instructs the FDA to coordinate with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s current National Organic Program, which already requires food safety measures for certified organic producers. Others point out that there is not enough distinction drawn between the food chain activities that are most risky.

You see folks, I like Organic and Natural Foods. I love free range Chickens and Beef. I have never understood WHY some feel that we can not put into our bodies, what God and Nature have put here for us to use, yet it's OK to pump Man-Made Chemicals into our bodies without thought of the Long Term Consequences.

Natural, Organic, Kosher, and the like DO have to meet higher Standards than those of the big Mega Food Service Industries. All these "Health Scares" came from Big Food. Not from local family type Farmers. Their standards need to be weighed in with all this.

Keeping Food Safety in Perspective

Some argue that, in the midst of the debate over details, we should not forget critical threats to the health and safety of our food system that is at the heart of the problem—the industrialized, global food system. “I’m concerned that the food safety debate is being limited by the parameters of the proposed legislation,” remarks Jim Goodman, a dairy farmer and a food and society policy fellow with the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy.

For example, says Goodman, “The number one source of E. coli is grain-fed cattle. If we want to prevent spinach from being contaminated by E. coli, we need to increase regulations to stop the factory-like conditions in which livestock are raised. We need to increase incentives for farmers to move their livestock onto grass, not simply put the onus on produce growers to keep manure from neighbors’ farms out of their fields.”

Which is also true. Free Range is FAR better and more humane than some of the conditions I have seen over the years. The animals are happier and FAR more healthy. So they produce far better product.

The point to this whole article is that there are some Farmers and Producers that are already doing the right thing. But these new "standards," and of course, COSTS will be evenly spread throughout the entire industry, including those already doing FAR more to produce a better, healthier, and safer Product. However, the shear size of some of these smaller Farmers will NOT allow them to continue without the local food system initiatives. It will not only take away money, it will THEN charge them MORE money to do what they are already doing, instead of going after those that TRULY need the regulations. That's like saying to the straight A student, you must stay after school because some in the class got a F. What sense does THAT make? But then again, we ARE talking about Government.

The "Victim" IS the Guilty Party.

Hey folks,

Once again, we are being told that the "Victim" is wholesome and innocent, being attacked {basically} by an evil perpetrator that needs to be wiped out. At least in the eyes of the LWL and the Mainstream Media. Seriously folks, Look at these statements by the "Victim."

"This whole thing has been quite scary."

"Because there's something insidious about (it). Is he standing down there? Is he hiding under the car? Am I going to get a tap on the shoulder?"

"I was worried for myself, I was worried for my family,"

"I felt menaced by this, and I had to tell them all of the creepy things that I had done."

"It's been a very bizarre experience,"

"I felt like I needed to protect these people. I need to protect my family. I need to protect myself. Hope to protect my job."

So what was the terrible thing that was taking place here. What was this poor "Victim" so scared of? He went to his car and found a package. The note said:

"I know that you do some terrible, terrible things and that I can prove that you do some terrible things." He acknowledged the letter contained proof.

The Horrors, the intrigue. Who is this poor innocent "Victim" who is full of fear for himself and his family? What TERRIBLE THINGS, CREEPY THINGS had he done?

He said "the creepy stuff was that I have had sex with women who work for me on this show. My response to that is yes, I have. Would it be embarrassing if it were made public? Yes, it would, especially for the women."

Yeah "especially for the women." is right.

Yup. David Letterman. Sounds like a plot right out of Hollywood. A Spy about to be exposed. But he is not a SPY. He is an ADULTERER. He is running around having sex with WOMEN, the would be plural, that work on his show. HE IS THE VICTIM? No. He is the Idiot of the Week. He is no Victim. He DID IT! He cheated on his Wife, how many times over? His Son. He is a SCUMBAG!

Now do not get me wrong. YES. Extortion is a crime. YES. Blackmail is a CRIME. I get that. But to run around with your pants down, having sex with whatever Woman you can convince or, perhaps FORCE, since they WORK FOR YOU, to have sex with you, a victim it makes you not.

No folks, according to the Left, he is the Victim. He will probably get a bigger viewership, people offering him interviews, and he will be depicted as Brave for having the guts to go out there and make all this public. This will be a resume enhancer as far as they are concerned. To me? HE is the Idiot of the Week, a Scumbag, and one that does not deserve the love and admiration that he has with his family. I still would love to see if any Sexual Harassment has taken place. Since these women WORK for him, do he promise, or withhold anything for them to have sex with him? Should be interesting to see THEIR side of it.

Last week, Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) introduced an amendment to the Interior Department appropriations bill that would have withheld federal funds for some 18 “czars” appointed by the Obama administration and not confirmed by the Senate. “There is no careful Senate examination of their character and qualifications. And we are speaking here of some of the most senior positions within our government,” Collins told USA Today.

Senate Democrats went on to kill Collins’ amendment using a procedural tactic which “deeply disappointed” Collins. It is a shame the Collins amendment was not allowed a vote. But Senate oversight is no solution to the proliferation of czars under the Obama administration. The problem is much more fundamental to our Constitutional system and far predates President Barack Obama.Yesterday the Environmental Protection Agency proposed a new rule that would regulate greenhouse gas emissions from hundreds of power plants and large industrial facilities across the country. The EPA claims it has the authority to issue these regulations pursuant to the 1970 Clean Air Act which authorizes the EPA to regulate any source that emits more than 250 tons of a recognized “pollutant” each year.

The problem is, the Clean Air Act was never intended to regulate carbon emissions so the 250 ton threshold would inflict job killing regulations on millions of small businesses nationwide. The Heritage Foundation’s Center for Data Analysis has estimated that if the EPA regulated carbon objectively under the law, the economy would suffer annual job losses exceeding 800,000 for several years and a cumulative GDP loss of $7 trillion by 2029.But EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson says she has a solution to this problem. “We know the corner coffee shop is no place to look for meaningful carbon reductions,” said Jackson.

This rule would not cover “every cow and Dunkin’ Donuts.” So Jackson has written the new rule to apply to only sources that emit at least 250,000 tons of greenhouse gas a year. But is that legal? Former EPA official Jeff Holmstead tells the Associated Press:

“Normally, it takes an act of Congress to change the words of a statute enacted by Congress, and many of us are very curious to see EPA’s legal justification for today’s proposal.”And that is the true danger behind a Czar State: the undermining of our Constitution and the rule of law in favor of an unconstitutional rule of experts. Boston University Law School professor Gary Lawson explains:

Many administrative agencies have authority over matters that are far removed from any of the enumerations in the Constitution. Typically, those agencies have power to promulgate rules under statutory mandates that are literally meaningless, such as mandates to set clean air standards “requisite to protect the public health”; to award broadcast licenses “if public convenience, interest, or necessity will be served thereby”; or to purchase real estate mortgages “the purchase of which the Secretary determines promotes financial market stability.”

The agencies also often adjudicate matters under their statutes with only limited court review.…That would be exactly the sort of thing that the Constitution of 1788 is specifically designed to forbid–about as clearly unconstitutional as a title of nobility or a 28-year-old President. And that, of course, precisely describes the typical modern administrative agency in America.The most egregious violation of this principle was the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act which granted the Secretary of the Treasury unchecked power to do whatever he wanted without any meaningful checks.

The result was a schizophrenic management of the Troubled Asset Relief Program which undermined the rule of law, destroyed market confidence, and led to the nationalization of America’s largest automobile manufacturer.

Did anyone in Congress believe they were voting for the government takeover of General Motors last September? No. Did anyone in Congress believe they were voting to allow the EPA the authority to regulate carbon emissions from Dunkin Donuts in 1970? No. Such are the evils of the Czar State.

The Washington Post consistently calls for legislation to tackle global warming instead of using the Clean Air Act as the Obama administration is moving to do. But the legislation introduced by Sens. John Kerry (D-MA) and Barbara Boxer (D-CA) is no better at containing the EPA’s power than the Stabilization Act was at containing Treasury’s. According to the Post, Kerry-Boxer:

The measure also calls for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to set regulations overseeing the carbon trading market, though it does not specify what those rules would look like.. …And the bill does not spell out how those rebates would be distributed, just as it leaves open the question of how the federal government would allocate carbon allowances to ease the transition to a low-carbon economy.In other words, Kerry-Boxer turns the fate of our economy over to the “experts” in the Obama Czar State with no chance for Americans to limit their power. 800,000 jobs lost a year. Cumulative GDP loss of $7 trillion by 2029. The harm caused by the destruction of the separation of powers just got a lot less theoretical.

You see folks, THAT is the whole point to Obama appointing so many Czars. They are NOT accountable to anyone. They will do whatever he wants, and there is nothing anyone can do about it. The NEXT President CAN fire them, and he or SHE needs to. We can still slow all this down though, in 2010. It's called VOTE.

Happy Thursday to you. I love this piece by the Politico. It's 3 pages long so I will just highlight a few things that I want to point out, but I encourage you to click the link and read the whole thing. The Left is insane. We already know this. They really think that YOU are the enemy, and they think that what is BAD for them, is BAD for the Right, but it is NOT working.

Liberal allies of President Barack Obama aren’t just getting mad at conservative attacks on his agenda. They are getting even in a way calculated to hit conservatives where it counts: their pockets.

Will not happen.

Former GOP House leader Dick Armey, former New York lt. gov. and conservative activist Betsy McCaughey and even Fox News’s Glenn Beck have all seen their financial livelihoods threatened by political activists — who in several cases managed to make good on the threats.

The latest prominent figure in liberal cross hairs is U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue. Environmental activists, citing alleged conflicts of interest, have begun a campaign to pressure him to resign from the board of Union Pacific Railroad or from his longtime post as head of the nation’s top business lobby.

“We’re losing our self-government with these Chicago-style arm-twisting tactics,” complained McCaughey, who resigned from the board of Cantel Medical Group after the firm was connected — unfairly, according to it and McCaughey — to her claims that Obama’s health care reform would lead to death panels and other calamities. “Clearly, it’s an effort to silence critics,” she added.

STOP! You see, right there is mis and disinformation. What the Firm, and many others said was the TRUTH. It WILL lead to death panels, and it WILL reduce care for Seniors, cut Medicaid and Medicare financing, and make it harder for Seniors to get healthcare. THAT IS ALL TRUE. But they did not like it. The White House even send a letter telling them to shut up. {Laughing} So she quit for the good of the company, and she is STILL telling it like it is. It didn't work.

Several progressive groups are employing versions of the tactic, not as part of a coordinated effort but often enough to seem more than coincidence.

Bull.

Faiz Shakir, editor of the progressive ThinkProgress blog, said the juncture of personal finances and political positions is fair game.

That is true. We on the Right have done it. Let you know the truth, and let you decide.

“The information we’ve put out is reliable, accurate and truthful,”

BS. But some is. The majority is false which is easy to defend against. Some is so false it's not even necessary to defend against. Ask Rush.

“They put themselves out there as the leading opponents of health care reform, and, in doing so, they were not truthful and transparent about other motives they may have had.”

WHO is NOT truthful and transparent about Obamacare? Obama and Crew!

Justin Ruben, executive director of MoveOn.org, {Moron.org} is also unapologetic for pushing back against Obama’s critics.

“We said all along that we would take on the opposition and anyone standing in the way” of the White House agenda, he said.

Because they are well funded good little Kooks. Soros is proud of these nuts.

“August was a real wake-up call for progressives {LWL Left Wing Loons} when health care reform was endangered by an angry mob organized by an alliance of insurance companies, oil companies and right-wing fear-mongers,” he added.

You see folks. Once again, they just can not see that it is NOT a REAL Grassroots movement. It can't be, in their mind, that the majority of Americans do not like there agenda. No. They are right and wise. You are to stupid to know what is best for you. You are just mindless robots doing what you are told to do. You could not POSSIBLY be against them.

Truth is, the folks I have talked with that go to the Tea Parties and Townhalls, tell me they are there because they DO NOT WANT Socialism. They do not want their healthcare taken over by Government. They are scared of what is coming with this Administration. No, Not ONE of them ever told me that they are there because they have been ASKED by anyone to go. None of them have been organized. The events have been, but the PEOPLE that attend are there because they WANT to be. Here is more misinformation.

One of the architects of that August campaign against Obama’s health care plans was Armey, who heads FreedomWorks, the conservative organization that spearheaded the “tea party” protests of anything from health care reform to government spending.

Freedom Works did NOT spearhead the Tea Parties. Sorry.

At the time, Armey’s day job was as an adviser at DLA Piper, a lobbying firm in Washington. Armey resigned in late August after MSNBC and others publicly questioned whether his opposition to Obama’s agenda was tied to DLA Piper clients.

Which they never proved.

In an interview, Armey called such claims “unfounded and ungrounded.” But, when he couldn’t stop them, he and DLA Piper agreed something had to change.

DLA Piper suggested Armey quit FreedomWorks, but he refused. Armey felt that DLA Piper was overreacting some, he said, because MSNBC’s ratings aren’t the best. “I said to them: ‘Who’s watching?’”

{Laughing} True.

Ultimately, it came down to one choice: “I could have kept my job and quit talking about public policy issues,” Armey said, so he resigned from DLA Piper.

So instead of sitting down and remaining silent, he quit. Can you say PRINCIPLES? Anyone? Now he get's paid millions by Freedom Watch, with is funded mostly be YOU, so he is not hurting. After this show of principle, he will most likely get MORE money. Just ask Joe Wilson who shouted "You lie" about Obama saying Obamacare will not cover Illegals. He is out fundraising his opponent something like 2 or 3 to 1. The American people heard him. They KNOW truth. They LOVE truth.

Now The latest "Victim" in the Loon's cross hairs is U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue They say that he can not speak out about the GWBS Obama agenda, that would be Waxman - Markey Cap and Tax, because he serves on the board of Union Pacific, a railroad that delivers tons of coal.

However, as Eric Wohlschlegel, a chamber spokesman, puts it, there is no conflict of interest because Tom Donohue does not set the policy. He said the group’s policy positions are determined not by Donohue but by “policy committees, in a democratic process. Those recommendations go to the full board for consideration, again, in a democratic process.”

So they will not win with that. Then this piece wraps it up with this. I love this. According to this:

Fox News commentator Beck’s case is a bit more complicated, since he is both a practitioner and a target of the new pressure tactic.

Beck grabbed credit for costing Van Jones, an adviser to the White House Council on Environmental Quality, his government paycheck.

Jones resigned the “green jobs” czar position after Beck highlighted his prior association with radical left organizations. Jones called it a “smear” campaign but quit rather than become a distraction for the White House.

Which was all true. Beck was not the only one to tell you about Van Jones. Van Jones IS Obama. Rev. Wright IS Obama. Obama IS a Radical. Which people are starting to see for who and what he is.

Earlier, Beck infuriated Obama supporters by calling the president a “racist” and accusing him of having a “deep-seated hatred for white people.”

Which is ALSO true.

In response, ColorofChange.org,{More Left Wing Loons} which tries to elevate the political voice of minorities, {Yeah, like ACORN is Pure and Wholesome} set out to drive advertisers away from Beck’s talk show. About 60 firms have agreed to not run ads on the show, according to Color of Change. {Laughing} Says THEM.

Beck’s program for now relies on a hodgepodge of advertisers, including some with a conservative ideological message.

Always has. This is no surprise. The NYTs is funded by CORPORATE Liberal Kooks. So is NPR, NBC, CBS, ABC, So on and so forth. So is Bill Maher’s HBO show Real Time now.

Despite the success of the campaign — or, in part, because of it — Beck’s ratings have soared. And Fox hasn’t lost revenue because the ads were just moved to other programs.

Nope. They just keep GROWING. So does Rush, Hannity, and others on the Radio. So does The Heritage Foundation and others On Line. People are fed up with the Left's OBVIOUS push to destroy this country and remake it into something it should never be.

Shari Anne Brill, director of programming at Carat USA, a media-buying firm, said she hasn’t “heard of any show that has survived an advertising pullout of this magnitude.”

Uh, yeah. BECK? {Laughing} Or more likely, the size of the pull out is fictitious.

The boycott is reminiscent, she said, of one experienced by Bill Maher’s “Politically Incorrect” program after he commented about the relative courage of the Sept. 11 terrorists. When Maher’s ratings also declined, the show was canceled.

That is why he does not rely on advertisers anymore. Maher is an Idiot.

A similar fate could await Beck if he continues to be considered too radioactive for national advertisers. “As long as the rating levels are there, the network will keep him,” she said. “If that goes, he’s done. He’s toast.”

Psst, He's NOT going anywhere. You just told us how he is SOARING in the Ratings because he is NOT afraid to speak the truth. An attribute I WISH more Politicians on the Right possessed. I wish there was a Rush Politician. I BET you he would be the next President of the REAL United States of America.

Truth is folks, none of this is new. This is page one of the LWL Playbook. They can not win in the arena of ideas. They can not win in intellectual debates. So they simply ATTACK their opponents. Label them Racist, Evil, Corrupt, or whatever. They try to discredit and destroy their PERSONAL lives. Problem is, it only works if the target allows it to. If you stand up against these people, you will win every time. The American People KNOW the truth when they hear it. They are NOT as far gone as the Kooks what you to believe. We still LOVE America, and we will fight until the end, and then some, to KEEP it free.
