Hey folks,

In what turned into being a Trayvon Martin day here at the OPNTalk Blog, much to my chagrin, we wrap things up with the Idiot of the Week. Now I have often asked over the years, when it comes to Reverends Jackson and Sharpton, Reverends of WHAT? Where are their Churches? Where do they Preach? What do they Preach? Well, we know WHAT they Preach. Hate and division for Profit and Fame. But Seriously, Reverends of WHAT?

What is the Definition of Reverend? rev·er·end/ˈrev(ə)rənd/
Adjective: Used as a title or form of address to members of the clergy.

Noun:

A clergyman, priest, minister

Synonyms:
adjective. venerable - honourable - honorable - worshipful

So if used as a title or form of address to members of the Clergy? What Church? What faith? What are the teachings? Where are the Followers? If an attempt to be seen as Honourable? Why? Why should we Honour someone because they CHOOSE to add the "title" of Reverend to their name? Did you know, and this is true, I could become a Reverend Online for a small fee in about 15 minutes? That's right. I would then be the Legal Definition of a Reverend. I can Marry. I can absolve of Sins. I can be Tax Exempt. I'm not kidding.

So we have two guys, in this case, I want to focus on ONE, who calls himself a Reverend. I thought Reverends we suppose to bring people together and teach about God, Sin, and Faith. But all this Reverend, of whom I will never refer to again as such, does is create strive and division while getting Famous and Rich from doing so. That's it. He exploits his own people and they, well, some, prop him up on this Pedestal and give him what he seeks.

None of this is new. Anytime a Black Person is "a Victim of Injustice" real or imagined, he jumps into the fray, stirs things up. He then collects his 15 minutes and Money, and goes home. Or goes and Fathers another Baby. But in this case, he crossed the line. In this case, he is actually calling for the Crucifixion of a fellow Citizen. He is calling for the Murder of a Person who, agreed of not, has not been arrested, Tried in Court, and found Guilty of a Crime. In this Country, we are INNOCENT until Proven Guilty. This Idiot is calling for him to be MURDERED. Not that most of you know this. NO ONE is reporting this. But he said it. He said....

"This is Easter time, you don't have to be guilty to be crucified. We come more than asking for him to be arrested today"

Now to be fair, he went on to say this...

"I ask we join hands together to repeal this law."

So if it HAD been reported, which it wasn't, he would have just said, "I was talking about repealing the Law." but it is CLEAR what he was saying. Here, again....

"This is Easter time, you don't have to be guilty to be crucified. We come more than asking for him to be arrested today"

As a Christian, I find this offensive Jesse Jackson. Are you going to Protest yourself? Maybe another FALSE Rev. Your Brother in Solidarity Sharpton will take up my cause? Yeah, I know, don't hold my breath right?

Congratulations Jesse, you are no doubt, the Idiot of the Week. You are no doubt, in the running, for Idiot of the Year. At least the top Five. To call for the execution, the Crucifixion, of a fellow Citizen, using the Crucifixion of Christ as an example? You are actually more Stupid than I originally thought. I will no longer, even in jest, address you as Reverend. You should have never held that Title to begin with. I hold YOU accountable for the death of innocent people, based solely on the Color of their Skin. YOU are creating a situation here that HAS already escalade to Violence all over the Country. YOU did it. YOU and Al, another I will never again address as Reverend. YOU are to Blame you Moron. You are to a Reverend what Satin is to God. And it really is, just that simple.

Is There REALLY Any Question of Race?

"Peter, you always talk about race. Well, maybe not always. But often. a couple of examples off the top of my head is The Jena Six, The Black Panthers, ETC. Then I saw this on your Blog. I had forgotten all about this. JB is right. Back on Sunday, September 05, 2010, I DID Post THIS: More Political Correctness BS / More Racial DivideThis was all about a group of 30 Blacks yelling "It's Beat Whitey Night."

A supplemental report about the Aug. 20 incident filed by Sgt. Dave Murillo said, "On-duty officers at the fairgrounds advise there was a group of 30 to 40 individuals roaming the fairgrounds openly calling it 'beat whitey night.' "

Then they got into trouble for telling the truth. I wrapped it up like this:

Yeah but if it is TRUE, then SAY SO. Stop prancing around the issue. If you have a group of Blacks, going around attacking people just because they are WHITE then they are GUILTY of Hate Crimes. Stating the FACTS is your JOB and screw those that are offended by someone telling the TRUTH. It goes on to talk about the transfers ETC. But this is the sort of thing that does NOTHING to further Race Relations.

By the Police NOT following up on the FACTS. For them being fearful to speak the truth. By the thugs getting a pass on Hate Crime Legislation, all this does is BREED MORE RACISM, increase the Racial Divide, and creates MORE problems by encouraging more of this type of behaviour.

There are Racists in EVERY Race. There are those that Hate in every Race. Those that act out on the hatred, must be held accountable for their actions. As I keep saying, if we are to ever have TRUE EQUALITY in this Country, we have to treat everyone EQUALLY. The good, Bad, and ugly.

That was back on September 05, 2010. Now today we have this. According to Fox News - Questions Arise Over Whether 'Flash Mob' Attacks in U.S. Cities Motivated by Race

Police departments in several cities around the country are investigating what appear to be incidents of "flash mob"-generated violence, in which packs of dozens or even hundreds of youths appear seemingly out of nowhere to commit assaults, robberies and other crimes against innocent bystanders.

The motive and circumstances surrounding the attacks that have resulted in numerous arrests around the country are being investigated -- and law enforcement officials in at least one city are looking into a possible racial component to the crimes.

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter, who recently imposed a stricter curfew in response to the city's latest attack, addressed black youths directly from the pulpit of his church on Sunday, reportedly saying, “You have damaged your own race.”

"If you want …anybody else to respect you and not be afraid when they see you walking down the street, then leave the innocent people who are walking down the street minding their own damn business. Leave them alone," Nutter told a mostly black congregation at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in West Philadelphia, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Nutter, the city's third black mayor, spoke after a mob attack July 29 in downtown Philadelphia during which 20 to 30 black youths allegedly beat and robbed innocent bystanders, according to law enforcement. Several people were injured, including one man who was reportedly hospitalized for a fractured skull, and police arrested four people.

The incident happened the same day police said a group of all-black teens beat a man on a street in Philadelphia's Old City section -- which was caught on surveillance video obtained by Fox affiliate WTXF-TV. Three juveniles were arrested Wednesday in connection to the attack, Officer Tanya Little of the Philadelphia Police Department told FoxNews.com.

Similar attacks are also being investigated in cities likes Los Angeles, Chicago, Cleveland, Washington, D.C., and Milwaukee, where 30 people were arrested after alleged mob attacks erupted at the Wisconsin State Fair on Aug. 4. At least 18 people were injured in or around the grounds, including seven police officers, authorities said.

Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn called the attacks "reprehensible," and some fairgoers, including Norb Roffers, said it appeared bystanders were targeted because of their race.

"It looked like they were just going after white guys, white people," Roffers told Wisconsin’s Newsradio 620.

So WHERE is the question? All Blacks attacking Whites? Why is there ANY question whatsoever? Get this.

But while some witness accounts suggest the attacks are race-based, law enforcement officials say they have no evidence to prove it.

There was “no confession or anything else” to suggest the July 29 attacks in Philadelphia were “racially motivated,” Philadelphia Police Department First Deputy Commissioner Richard Ross told FoxNews.com.

"You can’t just simply look at the race of the offender and the race of the victim and say it’s ethnic intimidation. It may be, but we’re not sure. Does it give us pause? Yes it does,” Ross said.

PC BS! Or? These Law Enforcement Officials are complete Morons. Seriously. But because they are Black, they will NOT be charged with a HATE CRIME, even though there ARE Witnesses, Video Tape, and EVERYONE knows what is going on. Listen to this LAME Excuse that they are attempting to get you to accept.

Without a confession, a witness account or some epithet overheard by the victim, no charges will be filed related to ethnic intimidation or a hate crime, Ross said.

“If we don’t know and can’t prove it, we can’t charge it,” he said. “It’s just a very difficult charge to prove … We’re in the business of what we can prove, not what we think.”

Authorities in Wisconsin, meanwhile, say they are investigating 11 new allegations of race-based assaults near the state fairgrounds in which the alleged perpetrators were all African-American and the victims were either white or Hispanic.

West Allis Police Chief Mike Jungbluth said the victims, who ranged in age from “young all the way up to adults,” suffered broken bones in the alleged attacks.

“They were targeting anyone who was white or appeared to look white … We are actively looking at violations of hate crime statues in Wisconsin,” Jungbluth told FoxNews.com, adding that the alleged attacks were “an outrageous occurrence at an event that is truly designed to be about the family.”

Is there REALLY any question of Race? No. Just PC. What do I mean by "if we are to ever have TRUE EQUALITY in this Country, we have to treat everyone EQUALLY. The good, Bad, and ugly?" Simple. I do not just talk the Talk. I walk the Walk. I have and have been teaching about this for YEARS. I have practiced it my whole life. When I meet someone, I extend my hand. They take it, or chose not to. THEIR choice. In time, we get to know each other. I learn who you are, and I discover if I care to further a relationship with you based on THAT. I do not care about your Skin, or Shell. I care about what is inside. I do not care WHAT you are, WHERE you come from, or WHAT you GOT. I care about YOU. If you are someone I find I dislike, I move on. It really is just as simple as this. Follow Martin Luther King Jr.'s teachings.

"I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."

Simple. Easy. Makes sense. Why not follow this? There are good and bad PEOPLE. For the lack of better terminology. It doesn't matter what you look like. What matters is who you are. But we, in a warped and completely ignorant way, have attempted to over compensate for past misdeeds. In this ignorance, what we did was actually magnify the problem. Here is what I mean.

A White guy, or group of Guys where to beat up a Black Person. They are charged with a HATE Crime, which means they get punished, not for the Crime alone, but for perceived thoughts. That's because the Person they attacked is seen as special, more important. Right? As we see here, and all the time, Blacks attack someone who is White? We get an Eh, never mind. Not important. No big deal. They skate. We hear complete and utter nonsense like, "Blacks can't be Racist." Etc. Stupid. Of course they can and some ARE. But some Hatred is the DIRECT RESULT of Special Privileges.

Blacks and other Minorities are taught, White people are Evil. Look at all the things they did in the past. It's Payback time. Screw those Rich White folks that want to hold you down. Whites are told, that because of past Sins of their Father's THEY now have to understand that Minorities must be put on a pedestal. You want that Job? You got a 100 of the Test but they hired a Black guy who got a 70? Well, to bad. Oh you are not making enough money? Well, sorry. If you were a Minority, you would be standing in line at the Grocery with $200.00 of free food too. But you are White, so? Uh, So sad, so sorry, see ya.

Now we have groups of Blacks going out to actually seek out and attack White People, just because of the Color of their Skin, and NO ONE has the testicular fortitude to call it what it is? Hell, we have a Justice Department that came out with an official Directive, that they will NOT prosecute Criminals if they happen to be Black. You know what is going to come of this if nothing is done. Do you not? Some where there is a Skin Head Red Neck watching all this. Before you know it, he will be saying, "Time to go find us some Black Folks to beat up. Hey, what good for the Goose."

Until we stop all this nonsense and start treating everyone EQUALLY, not only will we continue to have Race problems, we will continue to CREATE them.

You Are A Victim of Bullying, Unless You Are White

According to Obama's DOJ that is.

What do you think of Hate Crimes? You know where I stand on this. Crime is Crime. Does it make it less terrible if the Victim is White, rather then Black? Christian rather than Jew. Man rather than Woman?

Seriously. Are you MORE Dead if you were killed by someone of whom it is perceived to have Hated you? Are you more dead? Does a Rape of a White Straight Woman mean less than a Rape of a Black Lesbian?

Well it does if you are a Liberal. Yes. If they think that they can get inside your head, or rather, put you into one of their little box of stereotypes, well, then they will charge you more because you are that much more evil,,wait, can't use that word. Uh, you are more, uh, Oh forget it. It just is badder if they say so. Those poor Minorities deserve added and special protection.

So is the same, it would seem, for Obama and his Wife. They have taking up the cause of ending Bullying. As long as the Bullied is not a White Guy. I'm not kidding. According to The Washington Times - DOJ to white male bullying victims: Tough luck

The viral video sensation showing a bullying incident at an Australian school has brought the issue of bullying back into the spotlight. Here in the United States, the Obama administration has made school bullying a federal issue. Last week, President Barack Obama addressed an anti-bullying conference with First Lady Michelle Obama at his side. The administration's anti-bullying campaign has been ongoing since the beginning of Mr. Obama's term. The Department of Justice announced in December 2010 its intention to hold liable school districts that fail to protect students that are bullied.

DOJ’s website states:

The Civil Rights Division and the entire Justice Department are committed to ending bullying and harassment in schools, and the video highlights the Department’s authority to enforce federal laws that protect students from discrimination and harassment at school because of their race, national origin, disability, religion, and sex, including harassment based on nonconformity with gender stereotypes.

The statement later says:

The enforcement of the Equal Protection Clause, Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 in school districts is a top priority of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. Additional information is available at the Civil Rights Division’s Educational Opportunities Section website at www.justice.gov/crt/edo/.

Here is the catch. DOJ will only investigate bullying cases if the victim is considered protected under the 1964 Civil Rights legislation. In essence, only discrimination of the victim’s race, sex, national origin, disability, or religion will be considered by DOJ. The overweight straight white male who is verbally and/or physically harassed because of his size can consider himself invisible to the Justice Department.

Apparently, the Justice Department is going by George Orwell’s famous Animal Farm ending: “All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.”

“We can only take action where we have legal authority,” wrote DOJ spokeswoman Xochitl Hinojosa in a December 2010 e-mail to The Washington Times Water Cooler. She continues:

“As stated in the website below, we are statutorily authorized to initiate suits under Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Educational Opportunities Act of 1974, and under Title III of the American with Disabilities Act. More information on the Civil Rights Act, Equal Educational Opportunities Act, and the ADA can be found here:

So there you have it folks. Poor White Male Kids beware. The Obama Administration and his DOJ do not care about you. Worse than that, they have basically just declared open season on ya.

The Justice Department’s anti-bullying initiative is tantamount to bringing hate crime legislation to the public school system. Obviously, not only is the heterosexual white male student out of luck but inner city minority students lose out in this deal too.

If a schoolyard bully is a straight black male and his target is another straight black male where does that leave the victim in the eyes of Attorney General Eric Holder? What about two female students of the same sexual orientation and race? Is the victim in the latter situation considered to be less equal in the eyes of Obama’s Justice Department than a minority student who is picked on by a heterosexual white male student with no disabilities?

Unfortunately, the Justice Department is politicizing its priorities yet again. One must wonder why the administration believes it should be micro managing local school districts bullying problems. When the Justice Department is more interested in making ideological statements through seemingly sugar coated campaigns, no one should feel protected.

Do YOU feel protected? Seriously? We have already learned that the DOJ will not investigate crimes when the Defendants are Black. We already know that Obama only seems to get involved in overthrowing Governments that are being opposed by Islamofascists. I mean help the people. We already know that he doesn't care about some of our own Allies. He is on Vacation again while the World Burns. So do you? Do you feel protected?

Hey folks,

I saw this article while signing off on Friday night. I had to catch it so I could comment on it today. This is NOT helping race relations in this country. THIS is one of the reasons, some in this country that are not inherently racist, start having some problems. Some see things like this, and ask, why? Why is this. Just because of the color of their skin? THIS type of thing can actually lead to more racism. More on this in a second.

According to the AP-Teen's conviction tossed in La. beating By JANET McCONNAUGHEY, Associated Press Writer

A state appeals court on Friday threw out the only remaining conviction against one of the black teenagers accused in the beating of a white schoolmate in the racially tense north Louisiana town of Jena.

Mychal Bell, 17, should not have been tried as an adult, the state 3rd Circuit Court of Appeal said in tossing his conviction on aggravated battery, for which he was to have been sentenced Thursday. His conspiracy conviction in the December beating of student Justin Barker was already thrown out by another court.

Bell, who was 16 at the time of the beating, and four others were originally charged with attempted second-degree murder. Those charges brought widespread criticism that blacks were being treated more harshly than whites following racial altercations involving Jena High.

STOP!!! What do you think would have happened ANYWHERE USA, if five WHITE kids jumped and beat one Black kid?

The Rev.s Sharpton, Jackson, would have packed up and headed out. The school would be blamed for promoting racism, for their failure to prevent this. The five WHITE kids would have all been arrested, some high profile Prosecutor would be calling for hate crimes. These kids would have been charged and tried as adults. The Mass Media would move into the town for 24-7 coverage of the “tragedy in Louisiana.” The experts would come out of the wood work to analyze “What went wrong.” Who is to blame?

But because it was 5 BLACK kids, jumping a white kid? They, THE ATTACKERS, are being treated too harshly? This is enough to make one sick.

Civil rights leaders, including the Revs. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, had been planning a rally in support of the teens for the day Bell was to have been sentenced.

So instead of coming to the aid of the VICTIM, they came to the aid of the ATTACKERS This just proves that they nothing more than a joke, and part of the continuing problem. They are NOT helping race relations. They are PROMOTING racism for their own gain.

Teenagers can be tried as adults in Louisiana for some violent crimes, including attempted murder, but aggravated battery is not one of those crimes, the court said.

What about HATE CRIMES?

Defense lawyers had argued that the aggravated battery case should not have been tried in adult court once the attempted murder charge was reduced.

The case "remains exclusively in juvenile court," the Third Circuit ruled.

Juvenile court is nothing more than a joke also. They will get nothing for this violent HATE CRIME. But I guess it’s ok, because they are Black. Now I really do not believe in hate crimes. I think if you beat someone up or kill someone, you should be charge as such. When you get into trying to judge what someone was thinking, you start to make a mess of things. But since we DO have hate crime legislation, and this WOULD be a hate crime had it been five White kids beating up a Black kid, then this IS a hate crime.

So let me ask you this. What if five White kids decide that what’s fair is fair, and they go find one of these Black kids that did this. They beat him up. Should THEY then be charged with a hate crime? Should they be called racists? Should they be charged as adults?

If this stands. These five Black kids 16 and 17 years of age, will at most, be spending the next year or so in juvy, and then their records will be sealed or expunged when they turn 18. So where is the payment for their crimes? What are they capable of doing as adults? Are they racists? Will they kill someone in the future? We do not know. But what we do know, is that right now, they know they can do whatever they want, with minimal consequences.

This is what I mean. Some that are not inherently Racist, could very well look at this situation and say, “Screw it, if it’s good for one group, it’s good for another.” Racism BREEDS Racism. Hate BREEDS hate. This type of situation produces worst.

These five “kids” SHOULD be charged and tried as adults. They SHOULD be charged with hate crimes. They SHOULD pay the price. But that doesn’t seem likely to happen. Reason? Just because they are Black. Is this right? Is this just? Will this help race relations? I think not.
